My sister in law wanted him to have the Honor Guard present and have my brother buried in his Dress Blues. A friend got the uniform; however, the trousers didnt have the blood stripe. Big John's Military Supply store recommended Central Cleaners to me for same day alterations. I spoke to Lupe on the phone about my situation and told her about the time crunch I was in. I brought the trousers to her at about 430pm and she had them ready for me in less than two hours. She was accommodating, professional, and very empathetic about my sitaution. Thanks to Lupe my brother will be buried right & tight in his USMC Dress Blues. I highly recommend Central Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations. Lupe is the best!!!

My husband picked it up on Wednesday, but I forgot to mention that they don't accept cards, only cash. A little outdated, but it was fine with me. He had a bit of an issue with customer service attitude, so that's why I had to deduct a star. Based on the work done I'd come back but The attitude would keep me away.

I brought in my Army uniform to have a unit patch and rank added. When I dropped it off, I was told…read morethey had done many Army uniforms before, so I trusted that they knew the regulations. When I picked it up, the unit patch was placed incorrectly and was out of regulation. I brought it back and was told they could fix it. Two days later, I picked it up again, and they had made the exact same mistake. If you say that you have experience with military uniforms, you should know the proper regulations or at least verify them before altering someone's uniform. Very disappointing experience, especially after giving them a second opportunity to fix the issue.

Their customer service could be a little better when trying to remind their customers to pick up…read moretheir dry cleaning. They always come across like jerks in their text reminding folks by saying how long it's been that a customer hasn't picked it up. I personally think it's comical, but at the same time super ghetto. Not sure if that's what they're trying to do. No complaints on the dry cleaning process itself, so I will give them 2 stars. But not a fan of how they treat customers which is why I don't intend to return and plan to warn ppl to take business elsewhere such as Canyon Tailor. I work M-F 12 hour shifts, and by the time I get home they're already closed. Meanwhile, I'll get a text that is intended to make me feel like a crappy customer. on how late I am on picking up my stuff. I get it you need the money/space. But I also gotta feed my family so you can wait until Saturday when I am off. I don't know who their owner is or if they're even aware that they are doing this, but I would advise that instead of texting and chastising your customers. maybe they could just send out a simple reminder that fees will be incurred if not picked up within x amount of days. It gives the customer incentive to want to pick up their clothes and makes you some extra cash.
