Worst dry cleaners in Lake Elsinore. Rude customer service. Do not take your garments there. They ruined my $300.00 dress. I took it to the cleaners to get a professional cleaning on my white and black dress. The manager states that it was their machine. So if it's the machine! Then get it fixed or get a new one! I'm Livid, I've been comming here faithful for more than 5 yrs, spent some good money as well. They ruined an exterior of a jacket by requesting the interior to be cleaned. And said did you know this was ripped so we couldn't wash it. Well they did wash it because it no longer smelled bad. So lie number one. Not even a sorry.. Today 5/30 was what really pissed me off. I brought in a white sports jacket and was returned with a huge stain spot at the end of the sleeve. And I asked do I get a discount for that. Wish I would have looked at yelp before I chose to come here. I left my family's dinner table to run over and grab the dry cleaning by 6pm when they closed (which by the way seems early to close for a company who cleans clothes for business men/women.) I pulled up at 5:55pm and the lady who runs the place was pulling out of her parking spot. So she not only closed early (which is super annoying) but also inconsiderately parks in the very front of the business! Apparently the customer's convenience is not their priority. Good dry cleaning but poor customer service. i would take my clothes to another business if there was another one close to my home.

I wish I could give them no stars. I brought in two expensive dress pants, I figured if I spent close to $100 on each pair, I beat have them dry cleaned. I dropped them off and a week later when I go in to pick them up, my pants are nowhere to be found. The lady asked me to come back a week later so they could look for them! I was very upset, but remained calm and when I returned still no pants! They then tried telling me that I had picked them up before. They lied to be and tried to make me believe I had picked up my clothing! I was livid at this point, not only did they lose my clothing, but they lied and tried to put it on me. I still had the receipt and when I told them, if I had picked them up I wouldn't have the receipt? Luckily, a few weeks later a very nice lady called me and told me she had found my clothing with her husbands clothing! Thank goodness for kind people. Please be warned, this is not a good place of service. Avoid the headache and take your business elsewhere. read more

Prices are high and not the best work. My son took his military uniform in to get dry cleaned and have some patches sewn on. When he got to the car he noticed that one of them was falling off. They told him he was lucky that their tailor was there. REALLY? ? He's Lucky?? I don't take my clothes there anymore either. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. We've been going there for a few months simply because we are new to the area and that's the first place I found. The work is so so, they take a week to do the work. Today was the final straw. I picked up my clothes that had been dropped off a week ago last night, about 5pm. Ran errands, went home and took all my pieces out of the packaging. I find that my expensive, black pants have a burn, large burn at the bottom. I left the tags on and took it back this morning. The guy I assume is the owner, (tall, Asian man) comes out and I said to him, I picked them up last night, paid you directly and took my pants home and found this. He instantly went to a rant about how the stain was there and his lady showed it to him. So I said, it's not a stain, it's a burn, feel it. You can feel burns. He said well I don't know maybe from you riding motorcycle?? Um, no. I'm a mother of 4, I drive a suv. He said that it was there, it's my problem. I asked if it was there and he saw it why wouldn't he say something when I picked it up, 14 hours prior. He had no answer. I said this is BS and I will never bring anything back. He then FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR YELLING AT ME THAT HE HAS NOTHING IN HIS SHOP TO BURN CLOTHES!!! Literally followed me to my car. Last time I checked, irons burn.
