So far I've only been twice to have my comforter dry cleaned. I've never gotten anything dry cleaned before so I don't have anything to compare it to when it comes to pricing and such. Customer service is really nice here, they are always nice, saying hello and answering my questions. There was even a time I needed to pick clothes up so I called like 2 minutes before closing to see if they were still there and I asked if he could please wait to close so that I can get the clothes he said yes, no problem. I was very thankful. He waited at least another 5 minutes for me to get there. WOW! The clothes always look neat and clean when I pick up. I told the guy I was a new customer and he immediately started to input my name and number in his system. He counted my items and printed out a pick up receipt for the next day! This place has horrible customer service. I was doing my bf a favor by picking up his suit he needed for an interview the next morning up and they did not have it ready. I guess known of the machines broke during the day. When I told the young girl that it was important to have the suit ready for an interview in the morning she said it wasn't her fault. Seriously!? Upset due to the lack of accountability I demanded that they discount the dry cleaner for their error. She has the nerve to tell me " uhm-no" it wasn't our fault, you need to come tomorrow. Went into this location today to pick up my Dry cleaning I was greeted by one of the owners. He asked me about my previous experiences there and I told him they weren't great no one ever greeted me and they would always be wearing headphones he explained to me that he was aware of this problem and is going to put a end to it and higher better employees. He had a good positive attitude. If you have had a bad experience there give them another chance They do a great quality Job on my clothes. I will be back to this location. I want to thank the owner of this place for being such a poor businessman as to send me looking for another cleaner. I found one closer to my office that costs less, gets my shirts clean and is appreciative of my business. I had been using this location for about a year spending between $15-$30 per week to clean my business suits, shirts and slacks. I began noticing that the shirts were not getting clean. I thought it was because they were getting old so I threw them away and bought new ones. Again, the new shirts I noticed were not getting clean. ....What the Heck? I'm thinking to myself that I can get these cleaner at home. If not for the ironing that I completely loathe, I would do it myself, have cleaner shirts and save more money for BEER! I then bought a brand new white French cuffed business shirt still in the package and brought it to them. I simply wanted it pressed but they insisted on cleaning and pressing...OK..I'm OK with that. Who knows what creepy crawlies got in through that tightly wrapped plastic right? ...So after they clean my brand new already clean shirt and press it, I wear it 1 time and bring it back to them for service. I was going out of town on a 5 day business trip and wanted to look nice. They suggested dry cleaning. A little more money but OK. I brought it in before 8am and needed it back that day...(They advertise that they can do this..."In by 8 out by 4" it says)... Guess what?. Not only did they not have it done at 4pm, they did not know where it was..(I suspected it was because I had it dry cleaned..I normally just use the laundry service unless it is my black shirts...I dry clean the black ones so as not to fade)..OK..mistakes happen. I'll just have to go buy another French cuffed shirt for my trip..(but I'm certainly NOT going to take it to them for a pressing...been there done that)... When I get back I will make it a point to talk to the owner I thought to myself. So, when I get back a week later the owner was there. I asked for the shirt that didnt make the trip and I noted that it was not clean.. Normal body oil around the collar and cuff area was not removed from my ONE time use!...Even worse is that they pressed in the cuff stain. (I thought to myself, this is the perfect time to address the overall deterioration of cleanliness that I have noticed over the past year). When I brought it to the owner's attention, his response was: "Oh, well you should have paid to have it dry cleaned. Most people don't want to pay $4.00 to have a shirt dry cleaned and this is what they get" 2 things wrong with this statement. #1) I DID pay to have it dry cleaned and it even said so on the tag... ..But, #2) Even if I did only have it laundered, why are you selling me a service that is not effective?? I pointed out that it was dry cleaned and and even said so on the ticket. He responded with, "Well, we didn't charge you for dry cleaning. If you want it clean, it will be another $4.00" My first instinct was to drag this ass clown over the counter and give him some instruction on how anger challenged rednecks like myself handle this type of BS. And in my younger days I would have. It wouldn't have been the first time...I also would have been looking at another hefty bail amount and I'm really tired of paying those. So, I opted for the lesser route of demanding my items back (yes I was about to turn over yet another $30.00 worth of cleaning when he said such a stupid thing) and decided to vent the details of my interaction here on Yelp. Since this occurrence, I have talked to 4 other people with similar experiences. All have said they now use a different cleaner. As do I. read more

Been in a few times, thought I don't use cleaners very often. They have been comparable in price to others I have used, and nothing has been ruined and I received it when they said it would be done. Like that they offer a same day service, drop off before 7 or 8 a.m. and can get it a bit after lunchtime. Score. The staff is not overly friendly,but they are not rude. I was just impressed about there service.I had function to attend on Wednesday and I needed my clothes cleaned gave them on Tuesday evening at 6:50 almost before the guy was ready to close and was ready Wednesday morning 10am with no extra charge Prices are good for there service just a lil bit extra for a winter coat for $15. Do not waste your money here, customer service is terrible, and over Priced for a job you ask and they charge you yet do not do it as requested. I had came before and was not happy and gave them 1 more chance in which they ruined it. I asked for heavy starch and they charge extra so I agreed and when I went to pick up pants they were just pressed not starch and she said no one does that, well for 1 I get them done all the time at other places , for 2, I payed what you asked just to not do what I payed for.
