When it was time for final fitting, I was given the wrong size pants and wrong leg width. The replacement I was given was not the right color/style. I was then told to come back to pick up the right one. I finally was able to come pick it up while scrambling for family and wedding details. I could not do another final fitting and also thought they would have gotten it right by then. On wedding day, I realized I was given the wrong pants since they were very tight on the legs. I had no choice but to wear it since I was out of time. I told the staff as I returned the suit, but she just had a grin on her face as she "apologized". I get some people smile when they get put in awkward situations, but don't act like I did not pay for the rental or did not make an effort in the beginning stages or the rental to have the issue fixed. I did not want a refund, I just wanted staff to actually think about what they could do to improve next time. Since I was given that reaction, there will be no next time. The wedding was not a great experience being uncomfortable and not feeling like I looked good.

One of them called the new owner on speaker, who rudely explained I couldn't try on a lot of the dresses without an appointment and tried to make different excuses as to why. Cool, no problem, I get that they would want appointments for more expensive dresses. I was there anyway, so I tried on a couple of dresses that were allowed. They have new smart locks on the fitting room doors, which is odd. They also have two cameras directed towards the elevated area with the multiple full length mirrors. I fully support businesses having cameras, but why would two need to be pointed towards the area where CHILDREN shopping for school dances or for quinceañera dresses are going to be standing and posing in front of mirrors? It made me uncomfortable as a grown adult. I would absolutely advise anyone not to bring their children here. I left as soon as I stood there and saw both cameras directed towards me. I was the officiant for the wedding, so they added me to the list to ensure I looked as good as the other gents! A few weeks later I received an email and text message from the store notifying me that the suit would be ready for try-on and pickup 5 days (a Wednesday) prior to the wedding. When I arrived that Wednesday the young gentleman (very professional and respectful) who helped me ensured everything fit well - coat, slacks, shirt, tie and shoes - all was great. The jacket was a perfect fit and the break of the trousers were just right. The suit was navy blue. The tie was a slight shade lighter than the suit and the shoes were light brown/tan in color. Upon return I was helped by the manager, Matt. Matt is very upbeat, courteous, and professional. He runs a tight ship. Based on my experience, I would definitely seek out Men's Warehouse again - particularly this location. I will also recommend them to others, like I'm doing in this review. It is not like the dresses here are inexpensive. The man that works there, Johnny, is nice. But he is seriously lacking in a lot of responsibility, reliability, and overall customer service. ( we even had to ask him if he was high at one point, seriously). I walked in with the bride and the rest of the bridal party. We all chose our own style of dresses, yet we stressed to him how important it was that all the dresses were the same exact color. He said yes yes don't worry they will all be the same color, he seemed so calm about it so after a being a bit skeptical I decided to trust him. Note, we tried to get the cheapest dresses, yet we paid $97. Dresses come in a couple of days later, my dress was the wrong color, another dress was out of stock, the third dress came in the right color. To make this easier, we all decided to wear the same dress (the one that came in the right color). Therefore we let him know and he said he would order them. About a week later the bride calls to ask for our dresses. He said there was a slight problem. The car where all of the dresses were in was impounded (who knows why) and all of our dresses were held at the impound. Dresses finally make it back to his shop. We can't pick them up on Thursday (2 days before the wedding) because they are being "altered".The bride finally picks them up and hands them out. They fit us all super big, I got a 2XL, when I am a size 5/6. And let me tell you, these dresses are not altered at all. I know what an altered dress looks like and these dresses were in their original state. Another weird thing, the dresses were filled with cat hair or something, so disgusting. And they were super wrinkly. This was a very stressful situation, thankfully my mother knows how to alter dresses. There is no way I'm taking it back to actually get altered one day before the wedding! I do not trust them at all, who know what could happen this time. Wow was this a harsh experience. Especially for the bride who has more things going on. And another thing when the bride walks in she sees some girl working in her dress, her dress was laid out on a table, and she saw many customers grabbing it and what not. Like I said if you are a bride the last thing you want is more stress, so I suggest to think about it twice before you decide to come here.
