This is the first time I have ever used a tailor. I needed my tuxedo to altered for my upcoming wedding. I came in and was greeted by Victor who took my measurements and asked when I needed my tuxedo done by. I wasn't in a rush, so I said I will be back in a week to pick it up. When I got my suit I was very impressed with how it fit and couldn't be more happy with the service I received. My fiancé then had some issues with her wedding dress and I recommend that she bring her dress to Victor. Keep I'm mind this was a week before our wedding day. My fiancé explained to Victor what she needed done and that she needed her dress done as fast as he possibly could. Victor then replied that he wasn't very busy and to return in 21 minutes. When she returned Victor was finished and the dress was perfect. Victor is a true professional and an artist when it comes to tailoring. You can tell he has been doing this for a very long time and that he also takes a lot of pride in what he does. I had my three year old with me this time and this guy was SOOOOOO RUDE to my 3 year old. Glaring at him and snapping at him for grabbing a pen on the counter and a ruler that was ON THE GROUND. Victor was so prompt and funny. I called to see if he could put a patch on a cut but he missed the called and tried to call back my number. When I did reach him he was able to do it the same day and within about a 10 min time frame. Work was clean and I look forward to getting some more patches put on my jackets. I honestly could not give Victor one star. I do not know how this guy is a business owner. He is RUDE, BRASH AND ABRASIVE. I called Victor ahead of time to ask him about a formal gown that I needed tailored (hemmed and cups sewn in) for my sons wedding. He told me when to come in. I arrived at 9 am-opening hour. No Victor. I left messages and kept calling-for 3 hours-no return calls. Around noon that same day he finally answered and I told him I would be coming in promptly. When I arrived with my formal dress, I told him again what I needed. Victor replied loudly and in front of male customers that were in his store, that he doesn't have cups-this isn't Joannes! I asked, excuse me? He then replied he could not supply cups for everyone and I'd have to get cups myself. He then asked me in a loud voice in front of all customers, why can't you wear your own bra?! I was embarrassed and blown away by his tactlessness. I took my dress and left. Victor is a first class jerk. Don't walk-run away from this business. read more

My friend went in to get a fair of pants tailored. When she went in she was ignored and he acted like it was an inconvenience to help her out. When he finally helped her he was very rude and when she tired them on he told her "you should get suspenders for those, they look big" being very sarcastic and unprofessional. He pinned one side of my friends pants and when she asked for them to be tighter around the ankle, the man seemed like it was a burden to make this small adjustment. When he was done pinning the pants he told her the total and told her to come back Saturday and they'd be done, not giving her a ticket or anything to return with. When she came back to pick them up she was again ignored until the man felt like coming to help her. He then asked if she had a ticket because "how could he tell which pair was yours without a ticket". She then explained that he had not given her a ticket to which the man said "why would I not give you a ticket? You must have lost it." So to put the man at ease my friend dug through her purse looking for the ticket she knew she didn't have. He then looked her up by phone number to confirm the pants were hers. Turns out the pants weren't even done and told her to return around 3 the same day. She returned when he told her to, the door was open so she walked in and the man was sitting there doing nothing. He then told my friend that he was closed even though her pants were done telling her "what do you want me to do about." She had already paid for her pants she just asked him to hand them to her so he reluctantly did because "he was closed". On her way out he asked "did you ever find that ticket?" The man was just very rude to my friend and didn't have good customer service at all. My friend will not be returning here. He lost business because of how rude he was. Wish I could put zero stars for this business. read more

This guy is so rude. Went in today to get my skirt fixed. I asked him will it be done by 31st , he replied, hell no that's cheating, but if you give me 50$ I'd do it. I said 30!? He said where in the world you can get for this cheap price. His language is just unacceptable. Ruined a $200 bag. Wanted the zipper replaced. "Ohhh no problem!" Picked it up. The lining was backwards. Asked him to fix it. He refused saying the material was weakened. Went home. Started thinking about why I didn't ask for the $40 refund. Went back AGAIN, all of a sudden he told me he can fix it! A miracle! No refund. Said he just "told me that" beforehand to basically get rid of me. He confessed to that. So when's the lying start?. Showed him the exact photo of the bag and the replacement cost and asked him to agree to replace if he ruined it. He refused and threw $35 at me. Told me I only paid him $35. Another lie. My husband had picked it up and paid the $40. Big rip off. Arrogant. Smug. Find it interesting that the negative reviews are all women plus...when he doesn't want to let you know what he's saying he doesn't speak English read more
