I am beyond impressed. My wedding dress was 10 years old and never gotten dry clean since then. I took it to the cleaners and now is better than new. I can't believe all the black edges has vanished completely. I am so happy and thankful for this service. I love it and recommend it.

Too pricey on charging to sew a patch on a jacket. One flag patch 3 x 3 inch, cost $15 to sew on a jacket. I found another place that can do the same thing for half the price. Would not recommend coming here for sewing on patches. read more

Drove out of my way to executive cleaners because I was looking for a place I could reliably get shirts clean and pressed. One shirt was $5.99. I've got at least 20 to 25 shirts a month I need to do, it made no sense at that price point. I would say anybody considering this place, make sure you check their pricing! read more

I'm sorry to give them a bad review... but my husbands shirts came back still dirty! The sleeves & collar were not even cleaned. Additionally I brought in a dress I needed cleaned for a trip. The gentleman knew we needed these clothes back soon because we asked for a slightly earlier date. When I picked the clothes up, he handed back my unclean dress and said he couldn't clean it because of a belt. He could have called us so I could remove the belt and have a clean dress for our trip. read more

There are tons of cleaners that are much closer to my home, but I choose to drive across town every week to go to Executive Cleaners because their quality of work is that good. I bring my work uniforms in regularly with very tight deadlines and strict standards for how they need to look and they have never let me down. My uniforms always look excellent thanks to Executive Cleaners. On top of that, they are always friendly and accommodating of the seemingly impossible deadlines I come in with. Wow what a friendly and accommodating professional dry cleaners! I dropped off a tuxedo and dress pants last minute for a press on a Friday hoping to get a one day turn around time and instead they said they will get it done in 20minutes!!! I am switching this this business and the cleaners I have been going to wouldn't even accommodate a one day turn around time let alone press while I wait. For the jeans, instead of being taken in through the back seam (as is standard for jean alterations), fabric was taken in on both sides. The stitching is very obvious, and there is a thick, bulky clump of folded fabric left inside each pair, which looks and feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. This is not how jeans are typically altered, especially at $25 per pair. I ended up having to spend more money and take them to another place that was willing to fix the mistake and alter them correctly. The dress was partially fixed, but an important detail was missed. I specifically asked for the back clasp/snaps at the top of the dress to be sewn back on, and that was completely forgotten. Overall, the workmanship did not match the price, and I felt like I wasted my money. I wouldn't return or recommend this service based on my experience.

I had a solid experience with Executive Cleaners. The staff were friendly and really attentive, which made a difference. My clothes came back looking fresh and clean, though one shirt wasn't pressed as well as I expected. Overall, a good choice for dry cleaning if you're in a pinch! read more
