To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money.
