Even though he is a joy, I had to drop a star and thought about taking away two because they've messed up two very expensive pieces of clothing, both silk. Their prices are also high and it seems like they go up every time I come (e.g., $35 to replace a zipper on a jacket). When I've pointed out their mistakes, they're quick to fix them without complaining. However, I'm worried they're going to damage something beyond repair, and I'd rather avoid the extra errands of bringing and picking up my clothes multiple times. If anyone knows of another cleaner who does a better and more reliable job in the area, I'm all ears!

The stains were quite substantial and I was fearful of having to throw everything out. I asked them to do their best to get them out but would understand if they couldn't. The staff let me know they could try a few chemicals, but that I would risk damaging the fabric if they try too much. I agreed to it since it was high quality clothing and I would otherwise throw them away anyway because of the stains. Two days later I picked up the clothes and the stains were almost entirely removed. A faint outline can be spotted here and there if you look very very closely. But I am super grateful for their work, especially in saving my favorite hoody. Their prices cheap in my opinion for the work that they did on them.

I told him this is unacceptable and want to buy two new Tommy Bahama shirts with the pattern that I want and I want him to reimburse me for those shirts. He said no. and was only willing to give me two used random Tommy Bahama shirts that I do not get to choose myself. This place is incredibly crooked and corrupt. The owner is dishonest and not a man of his word. I got screwed in this transaction and did not get any new shirts. Dropped my beautiful Tommy Bahama shirts off and poof. They disappeared.
