The worst service I've ever experienced. Under new ownership & I will never use their services again! It is understandable that we are all human and we all make mistakes but after the third one, you'd think the owners would show humility or at least an interest to make it right. Not at all. Also, DON'T USE THEIR TAILORED SERVICE! They ruined a dress of mine. In addition, they lost a dress shirt of my husbands because they are still learning how to run their business? A pair of pants went missing & three visits later, we were able to retrieve them (stain still in tact). Makes me wonder if they even dry cleaned them? STAY AWAY if you value your clothing!! The photo shows what a horrible job their tailor (the owner) did to my dress! Didn't even bother trimming off the excess material! Now it will cost 2x more to get it done right. The worst part of the whole experience is that they showed no remorse and didn't care to try to set things right. I feel bad even leaving a negative review on someone's business but I've had now 2 bad days experiences here:( I dropped off one of my dearest leather vest to get dry cleaned and decided to get it tailored just a bit. I was supposed to pick it up the next week and when I went back neither of the items I dropped off were done:( I went on vacation and came back to my vest being pretty much ruined. He said that the sewing machine he used got black marks all over it and he couldn't get them out. On top of that the tailoring job he did was terrible :( He basically just said sorry and that there's nothing else he could do. No refund or anything was offered. I am very sad about my vest being ruined and I would highly recommend NOT going to Dutch dry cleaners. read more

Came to Dutch Dry Cleaners for the first time two weeks ago with a bunch of stained clothes thanks to All Bright At Last laundromat. The stains were quite substantial and I was fearful of having to throw everything out. I asked them to do their best to get them out but would understand if they couldn't. The staff let me know they could try a few chemicals, but that I would risk damaging the fabric if they try too much. I agreed to it since it was high quality clothing and I would otherwise throw them away anyway because of the stains. Two days later I picked up the clothes and the stains were almost entirely removed. A faint outline can be spotted here and there if you look very very closely. But I am super grateful for their work, especially in saving my favorite hoody. Their prices cheap in my opinion for the work that they did on them. read more

I have been going to Dutch Dry cleaners without incident for the past nine months. Until recently, they were friendly and met my expectations when it came to the quality of their cleaning and packaging, as well as, their turnaround time. In pulling a white business shirt they recently cleaned out of my closet to wear this week, I realized that they destroyed the collar. It looked like they took a claw to the seams as material was missing. When I brought the shirt to the cleaners to discuss what happened, along with some additional shirts to be cleaned, the lady tried to blame it on the shirt, telling me that the shirt was too old. Had the shirt been old, I might have been inclined to believe her. However, this was not the case. Furthermore, she tried to use a couple of my newest shirts (2-4 months old) that I had brought to be cleaned as examples of aging shirts that need to be replaced. She took no responsibility for any of the damage and made a scene in front of other customers. She basically informed me that she had spoken and I had spoken and that was that. When I asked her to clarify their warranty policy and to confirm that they were blaming the shirt for its own damage, she said nothing. Her lack of response or escalation to others within the company confirmed to me that everything was fine as long as nothing was lost or damaged and despite any warranty they may carry, you are really on your own. I asked her, "So what you are saying is that it is the shirt's fault, you warranty nothing, and you are willing to lose my business?" She simply looked at me and said nothing. I ended up taking my damaged shirt and the clothes that I had intended to drop-off for cleaning with me and left telling her that they have lost my business. My expectations were: 1) They obviously recognized that the shirt was damaged before it was packaged along with my others clothed that had been cleaned, they should have separated the shirt from the rest of the cleaning and informed me about the damage so that we could have had a conversation when I picked up my cleaning rather than me having to discover it on my own when I pulled it out of the closet. 2) I did not expect them to necessarily pay for a new shirt, I simply expected them to be professional and take some responsibility for what happened. 3) They would warranty their service and want to retain my business. The fact that they were willing to loose and regular customer over an incident with a shirt, taking the position that it was the shirt's fault and that I needed to buy more shirts on a more frequent basis (once every three months?), was unprofessional and did not scream that this is a company that I want to continue to do business with going forward. They are not a company with which you should continue to do business and I strongly recommend you reconsider using them unless you think that nothing bad will ever happen to your clothing and you are willing to buy new clothes every three months. read more

I've been using this cleaner for about six months. After the third button on two separate shirts cracked, I asked what they were doing to my shirts. They told me my shirts were old, which is not true. The older woman is very aggressive and rude. She always tries to charge me for the clothes I'm dropping off along with what im picking up, which I've told her a dozen times that I'm not ok with. The last incident was the worst, I had a fourth broken button on a shirt I purchased two months ago. As I left with the laundry I picked up and paid for, she ran out with more clothes to be picked up. She wanted me to pay cash, then she said my card didn't work. When I told her it was the same card, she yelled that each swipe costs her $0.75. At this point, I'm finished. The broken buttons, the worst customer service and the prices are high. I asked for the clothes I dropped off and told her she was the worst and I would never be back and that she needed me more than I needed her. She told me she was the owner and that she doesn't need customers. We'll that is pretty obvious. Don't waste your time or money. Simply the very worst. read more

This is the best dry cleaning service in Riverside County. I gave them several formal shirts on the Monday before Thanksgiving and they were able to get them done by Wednesday before I had to fly out for the holiday, just as I requested. I also pointed out some areas of my shirts that needed a little extra cleaning and they were able to clean all the areas. Very good quality and great service! read more

My company goes here for our dry cleaning. We probably only go here because it's close to our office, but every time I or my supervisor picks up our items, there are issues. They take an extra 10 minutes to find my linen or it's not dry cleaned by the scheduled date and time. The last few times we have been here, it's never ready by the time that's stated on the receipt. And most of the time, we give them a week or over a week's notice! It's very frustrating, especially when we need something cleaned for a special event. What's even more annoying is they never seem apologetic about it. You are inconveniencing me and my business! I'm hoping we go somewhere else for future dry cleaning, but we'll see. read more

PERFECTION: I took a pair of jeans and a pair of dress pants to be shortened. They are EXACTLY the length that I requested!!! I also took a vintage Pillsbury apron with horrible stains and a terrible sour smell. They were able to get most of the years of built up stains out, but more importantly, it smells so very clean and fresh! They suggested that I let them try bleach next time to give it an even brighter look! I was also very happy with their friendly service and low/reasonable pricing. The couple who own the business appear to be over the top nice. That's as long as you don't have an issue with their service, otherwise, you'll see another side to them, at least her. I've been going there for a few months now. Their cleaning services are fine but whatever you do, think twice before you get her to do any alterations. She has no idea what she's doing. All I needed was to get her to hem a few pairs of suit pants I had recently bought. They were way too short the first time then too long then too short again. I gave up finally and took them somewhere else. She charged $9 per pair of pants initially and then $5 for each time she worked to correct her mistakes. read more

I brought two shirts in for cleaning and when I returned to pick them up they only had one, and had given the other one to someone else.
