So I was looking for a nearby dry cleaner and this was the nearest place I could find. The door was opened, I grabbed my clothes and as I got closer to the the entrance door I saw a lady standing with her dress talking to the owner inside the shop. I could see her dress bottom was all dirt. I thought she was there to drop off her dress but their interaction quickly revealed as I got closer to the door, they were having some conflicts. It sounded she was picking it up instead. I forgot what they said to each other but she got upset and marches out with her dress. I happened to be right behind her, still outside the shop, and as she passes by me she says "don't go here" and, then the owner comes out follows her to her car and I'm still standing outside struggling to hold my clothes, shocked and frozen as this was happening in split seconds, he says to her "what she (me) do to tell her not to come here?" then said F her. She gestures the F back from inside her car, then he walks back to store then as he passes by me he says' "I don't want to do yours" and goes back in. I'm standing there frozen, shocked, speechless... The owner needs to learn how to manage his anger and emotions. This should have been a zero star but I'm leaving it three in hopes that he can turn this around, learn from the experience and change for the best. read more

This was one of the oddest experiences ever with a business. Someone had left on two separate occasions a advertisement for dry cleaning for 2.00 an item ( I know right). So I decided to drop off 6 shirts for dry cleaning, the clerk said to me that it would be 2.50 per item, I said I got a card on my windshield that stated 2.00 per item ( she looked my like I was crazy) I showed her the card that was left on my windshield. About an hour later the owner calls me to tell me that the items are 3.50 each ( because the shirts were size XL)I informed him that a card was placed on my vehicle ( blah, blah, blah) he said that his son put out the wrong cards on windshields. Before I could say anything he said " I don't clean your clothes, come pick them up". WHAT!!! How rude!! read more

I needed a dry cleaners that would be able to take out purified water stains out of my Satin dress. My son spilled his water bottle water on my satin dress last night & II was frantically looking for someone who'd be able to do it same day cleaning. I called Magic to ask if they've ever dealt with Satin, and the guy I spoke with said yes, that they'd do it all the time...So then I informed him that my dress had some rhinestones sewn on the side and that I'd like to know what his cleaning process would be on my dress...he then asked me if I was a professional dry cleaner, I of course answered no...Then he came back with a rude comment saying then how will the machines name matter to you? How will you understand what I'm saying? I'm not here to educate you! I don't have time for this, if you want it, you want it, if you don't I don't time for this! All I wanted to know is how this cleaners was going to handle my dress. Because even with my normal hands, (not rough) when I touch my delicate dress it pulls on the fibers. So if this gentleman would have put my dress in his big rotating machine it would have completely ruined my dress! Super Rude! read more

Since moving to Temecula I continued to drive to Murrieta to my dry cleaner of years. But I thought I'd try a local dry cleaners. I take my clothes to magic cleaners. I asked to have my pants creased and to have my shirts starched. First thing I thought was weird was they needed 3 days to get my clothes back. But ok I can wait. In big bold letters on his windows it advertises next day service.@ $2.50 a garment. When I picked up my clothes my total was substantially higher than $2.50 ea I inquired why and the answer was. $2.50 is for small and medium shirts. Large shirts or bigger cost $3.00 And a long dress for my girlfriend was $7.00. I get home and 2 shirts have sleeve buttons broke. All my shirts were unstarched and pants not creased. When I went back and asked why he charged more he said the shirts were large. I informed him about the problems and suggested my old cleaners charged less and worked hard to get done right. He then insulted me by saying "You have no idea what your talking about". Magic cleaners also has no computer tracking. When you drop off they don't give you a receipt of your dropped off clothes. So how can you track the count of what you left so you can confirm what you get back. With so many choices of dry cleaning I highly suggest NOT using them. You too will be sorry. read more

Great prices, unless you're getting just your dress shirts laundered. They have a $2 flat rate for shirts, pants, and sweaters. For me it's good cause I'm usually getting a mix of stuff done, so it saves me money. But for just dress shirts you can get them "laundered" somewhere else for cheaper. Otherwise, quality is up to par with what you expect. Bonus point for getting a bad stain out of my shirt. read more

Turns out they charged me $4 an item flat rate. I was a loyal customer as they do a great job but all rates should be standard posted prices not what I look like I can afford. I'd give it zero stars but can't. Terrible place. The man who works here/owns this place is the worst. Went to pick up my usual dry cleaning from this place, which i frequent. The owner, for no apparent reason, complained to me and said "why you only bring me hard stuff. You never bring me any easy stuff. You barely only come to me every 4-6months." I've Been going to this cleaner for a long time and he had the nerve to say I was lying and and he was mad that I brought him a shirt with a difficult stain. I bring all my cleaning to him every other week. I told him "I come in here all the time, sir." He said he had no record of me and said "you're lying. You don't come in here. You are going to another cleaner, obviously." He also said i must be taking all my easy dry cleaning to another cleaner and only giving him the hard stuff. . However, he seemed to have an idea that I apparently don't come get dry cleaning done frequently enough for his liking. He said I was lying and he didn't like that the stain in my shirt was too difficult and took him 3 days to get out. He said "if i have to, i only want easy stuff to clean. You're stuff was too difficult." He was also upset and angry that I gave him a credit card instead of cash. Incredibly rude, unprofessional business and person. He was yelling and waving his hand in my face. DO NOT give your business to this jerk. Seems he thinks insulting, yelling at, calling them liars and guilting his customers is a way to get more business. Whatever you do, only bring him cash so he doesn't have to report it to the IRS. And don't bring him any difficult stains because he doesn't want to work hard for his living. He apparently doesn't like to do his job. Never in all my life did I think I'd see the day where I would get falsely accused of cheating on my dry cleaner with another dry cleaner! read more

Horrible, horrible service! My clothes always smelled dirty after I got them back. So I requested this time that they use a different cleaning product and the lady said that they would. When I went to pick my clothes up today they smelled the same exact way, dirty! When I brought this up to the lady at the register she said she will go and get the owner. When the owner came he was very upset that I was making this complaint. In the process, the customer behind me left. So the owner looks at me and says, "You made me lose a customer!" I could not believe it! His own employee was shocked!! All I was requesting was for them to use a different cleaner so that my clothes smelled better. I was not rude about it, I was not raising my voice I was very calm and very polite about it but the owner could not handle that!! So he blames a customer for making him lose a customer?! This place charged me $10 more than what their sign listed for a queen size comforter. The guy ringing me up said it was because it was really wrinkled coming out of the washer. They all come out wrinkled. So why was it charged as a king size?! Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off.
