This was my first visit to Town Center Laundry. Since we have a washer and dryer at home, It had been some time since I was in a laundromat - but I wanted to wash my comforter - and it was really too big to wash it at home. I quickly found that there were several things that really set this laundromat/laundry service above all the others I have ever been in. First, the cleanliness. Second, the wide variety of machines available - relative to size...so many! Third - and this probably should have been number one was the helpfulness of the staff....and in particular Rosie! She was so helpful with both the washer and dryer because I have never seen one like those they have - they are probably state of the art. I really wish I had taken pictures there because it's an amazing place - conveniently located, very clean and obviously very safe. In any event, it was a very positive experience and my comforter looks like new again - and it was far more economical that if I had taken it to the cleaners!! read more

We decided to stay a few more days at Pechanga, last minute, so I needed to wash a few clothes. At first, I checked on the prices the hotel was charging and it was basically $4 for each item of clothing... ridiculous! So I googled the closest laundromat to the hotel and this was one of two options. From first glance on Yelp, Town Center was the cleanest looking place out of the two and seemed to be surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants because I would need something to do while waiting on my clothes. So, I headed there. I've never used a laundromat before, so I was pretty clueless on how things work. I went to the store to get cash for quarters for the machines and I guess machines don't take quarters anymore. All payments are with a card and they have laundry vending machines with all of the necessary items if needed. They have plenty of rows of wash machines and dryers with different sizes for small or larger loads. Lastly, it seemed like every where I looked there were assistants on every row helping people with questions or advice on the size of their loads and the best machines for which. They were super helpful with anything I needed. It took about an hour and a half so I went and grabbed a bite to eat in the plaza, came back and watched some football on the flat screen TV's they have on the walls. Big and nice do it yourself laundry mat. The machines do accept pods. The machines vary in price small machines are $3.50 and up. We paid $7.50 to wash since we had a big load. That could fit up to 2 comforters. Dryer is $3.50- $5.50 depending on how long you want to leave it in for. There is an attendant available to help with questions. There is also several TVs and plenty of places to sit while you wait. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. We are in the process of moving and have accumulated SO much laundry in the process of not having a washer and dryer set up. I Googled laundromat's near me and saw this as the nearest. I looked up reviews and everything looked perfect and the pictures showed a really clean place. Me and my daughter brought blankets and clothes first thing this morning and the experience has been phenomenal. A huge bonus, they have a vending machine with supplies since I didn't bring soap or anything with me. It's so clean. There are a lot of washers and dryers so we don't have to wait for anything to become available. The staff is the absolute kindest! Jengky, the laundry attendant, was so helpful and helped me immediately when she saw me a little lost. It was perfect having someone guide us on paying and the settings. She's was also kicking hurt with the laundry service they offer. Talk about amazing customer service from her! The prices are great and the machines clean and dry amazingly! I forgot some laundry and towels and look forward to coming back tomorrow. read more

Dropped off a week's worth of laundry here today for their "Drop Off Laundry" service. The service has always been great. Rosie was the one who helped me and I just love her! She's super friendly and very pleasant. They do a very good job w your clothes and I love the way they fold the garments! This service is extremely convenient when you don't have time to wash your clothes yourself. *Btw, let's be clear... this is NOT a dry cleaning spot. It's a laundromat in the Target shopping center. *You CANNOT wash horse blankets here. They have the big 8 load washing machines that I'd use for big comforters and heavy blankets. read more

Recently returned to Town Center Laundromat for my 3rd visit - all for the same large comforter. I have been there twice before (see my Google review as well). I love this place! It is immaculate and the employees are SO kind and helpful. This last visit was about a week ago. Not a family friendly laundromat!!! I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. My washer at home broke down, so I am at the laundromat with my 2 boys, 5 and 6 doing some laundry. Mind you, I have no idea how to work their washer and dryer. I am watching my boys, they are playing hide and seek. I go to unload the washer and put my wet clothes in the dryer. I accidentally put money in the wrong dryer so as I'm figuring this stuff out, I do not have eyes on my boys for a couple minutes. Once I'm all done, I start looking for my boys. I cannot find them. I am looking frantically for them. They are not inside the laundromat. They are outside. This specific laundromat is located next to a very busy Target and an extra busy parking lot. My 5 and 6 year old boys are outside in the parking lot. My kids could've been hit by a car, or taken by a pedophile!! I ask them why they are outside without notifying me. They said some lady kicked them out. So we go looking for this lady, and she is very confrontational. She says she asked my boys multiple times to stop running, but I was never made aware of the issue. I asked her, next time to notify me and to not take action with my 5 and 6 your old boys. She starts getting confrontational, we start yelling at each other. Her name is Rosie, she works at this laundromat, Philippina, and she was wearing a black MAGA hat. I am Mexican, and my kids are brown. They definitely look Mexican. I felt extremely discriminate against. I understand if my kids were a problem, and I have no problem apologizing and accepting fault, but please come find the parent and address the issue so it can be resolved. But that did not happen. She kept telling me to discipline my kids, but how am I supposed to discipline my kids if I am not made aware of the issue. That was my biggest problem. Worst experience ever. Never going back there again. Definitely not a family friendly laundromat!!! read more

I came here to use the big washers. It is very convenient to be able to use Apple Pay. Sunday afternoons are usually really busy. Mid mornings are slow enough you can move around no problem. The cost is competitive but they do have 6 load washers. The quality is really worth the money. I would recommend coming here if you need to wash big loads. read more

The Laundromat was decent overall; the price of the washing machines is a little high but given that I needed a larger washing machine to wash our Ruggable and can't reasonably wash it at home I understand that I need to use a more expensive washing unit. The major frustration which caused me to lower the rating is that the website and Yelp reviews mention free wifi, but when I arrived and tried to connect I was asked to enter a password. I looked around the building and couldn't find any signs listing a password and when I asked one of the employees they told me there wasn't any wifi. I had some work and a meeting I was going to take care of while at the Laundromat and had to reschedule things since I didn't have wifi. read more

Executive Cleaners recommended that I go to Town Center Laundry and use the Fluff and Fold service for my white cotton gorgeous cal king quilt! I was hesitant , I had not been to a laundromat in many years. I went in and talked to a lady names Rosie! She explained the service and that the service did all the work. I just dropped it off and they texted me the same day that it was ready! It turned out beautiful! Just like new! My only memories of visiting the laundromat is from my college days. Hell, back then we would wait until the dirty items stood up on their own before they went to the laundromat. Fast forward 40+ years and I am sitting in a state-of-the-art laundromat cleaning our California King Comforter. We used to let the drycleaner do this but now in retirement we have no excuse. We decide on Town Center Laundromat to clean this large item. We enter and notice how clean the place is. There are wall-to-wall machines of all sizes and the machines all work using a credit card or store card that you can purchase. The oversized washing machine was a little over $8 to clean the comforter and the dryer was just $3. This is a lot cheaper than what the drycleaner would have charged. They even have attendants there to help dumbasses like me. I inserted my credit card, put in the correct time for drying the item and watched it do nothing. I said outloud to myself, dumbass machine won't work. An attendant came over and pushed the start button for me. He did not say anything to make me feel bad, rather he said "it happens all the time". I love that guy! Total time to clean the comforter was 50 minutes which included drying the item. Town Center Laundromat also offers a drop off full service wash and fold. Don't know the cost but would think it is a great service for a busy professional. Our visit to Town Center Laundromat was an easy 5 stars. They earned our business the next time we need to clean an oversize item. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars, I'll even give you a picture of the outside so it's updates and you can find it. This is probably the cleanest, update to date laundromat I've ever been too period. Staff was friendly and helpful, as I knew nothing on how to get or work the card machine. Everything is in working order, but what caught my attention the most is the types of washers they have, need to do 2 loads, go to the 2 loads load washer, 4 go to the 4 washer, etc all the way up to 8 old washer. At the same time you get charged for that type of load rather than just doing a normal load and having to rewatch because it wasn't all the way clean. Staff is always walking around checking on customers and just ensuring everything is well, I appreciate that a LOT. read more

I have been coming to this establishment for the last four years since I moved into the area. This past Saturday I had an incident there. I had just put my cloths in the driers and was walking out to my car when I crossed paths with a guy, he tells me that he's walking there for me to move. I just took a step back and ignored him I tried to walk around away from him but we met up at the front door. He kept blocking my path and smirking as he kept blocking me, I managed to walk around him and made it to my car. When I came back inside he was speaking to the owner and point me out to him. I was just like what ever and went on about my business. He then started to harass me. I first tried to ignore him he got very agitated and was slamming the washer door against the laundry cart I was leaning up again. I told him to leave me alone and get away from me. As he continued to yell at me and me telling him to leave me alone and get away from me he just kept on I dialed 911 because I felt very threatened by this guy. Long story short, when the owner finally comes over to where I was. He makes a gesture with his thumb across his throat (you know that gesture signifying to cut your throat) as he makes eye contact with me. I asked him if he was going to do something about the guy that was harassing me and that I had 911 on the phone. The owner walks up to me points his finger in my face and tells me to get out, he says he doesn't want me there. I was the one being harassed but I'm the one that has to go! I tried explaining to him what had happened. He said he didn't care and that I needed to go. I asked him to check his cameras so he could see the whole incident, he just didn't care to do that. He went as far as calling the sheriffs to ask me to leave. I feel that the "owner" didn't even do the decent thing to do and get both sides of the story and then decide what to do from there. Needless to say I will never go back to this place or will recommend it to anyone for sure! read more

The place HUGE! They have small machines for small loads and huge 8 load machines for HUGE LOADS!! They have vending machines with drinks and another with soaps. Clean bathrooms! They also have people on the premises to assist in ANYTHING you need! Super friendly, and helpful! They clean & sanitize the machines, floors and counters everyday. The machines are new and up to date and wash very well! Same goes with the dryers - They have small to XXL size dryers!!! They offer reloads leather cards if you only have cash.
