The lovely ladies at the front desk are super sweet and easy to communicate with, I called ahead of time before driving to check if there was availability with the time frame of when I need my dry clean ready. They overnight dry clean 3 of my items and only for $35, highly recommend them because they definitely value you as a customer. There was smuck and stains on the ranks from not properly storing and the ranks look brand new. I really wish I took before and after pictures because I am amazed!! I appreciate that the times I have come by right at closing the employee has been kind enough to patiently help me. That's good service. It's at a convenient location too with good parking. Overpriced tailor for low quality work and lack of customer service. On the day of my event, I picked up my dress to find it was much longer than expected. I brought this to the tailor's attention and he responded with, "well you should have tried it in before." ????? I let him know when I initially dropped off my dress, the cashier did not give me that option. I even asked to try on the dress to be sure. Another cashier said, "she should have let you try on the dress." Yes.. she should have.. but she didn't and I am the one who had to pay for it. Clueless employees led by clueless management. EDIT: since the owner wanted to be catty and lie, I'll go ahead and add more. I never said my dress was "fine." In fact, I complained right away. We always like supporting local family business, so we recently started using Lewis Cleaners. They are friendly and seem to do a good job, however... they are way overpriced. My husband brought in 4 polo shirts for dry cleaning and they charged $8 per shirt! I didn't see any prices posted, so we paid the inflated price, but never again. I am updating this review because I saw what you responded and first I'm not sure if you have me confused for another customer because I went there in the afternoon and there was a lot of people There so not sure how you waited for me after everyone left but very well, second I had dirty uniforms and a new pair that's why I asked if the dirty could be cleaned and when the lady on the phone so said no, I asked if they could just be pressed, I wouldn't get dirty clothes pressed that's not how you wear a uniform properly, and last this was a NEW set of clothes so there was no previous "discount dry cleaners creases" the uniform comes with creases from the manufacturer. It seems it was not aligned properly to the crease that's naturally there but Thank you. read more

I am a women and I like to look good and I also have my hubbys work shirts/suits.. and Lewis is amazing and reasonable in price- which is a huge plus- keeps us loyal customers now going on 3 years. Lewis Cleaners- WONDERFUL they listen to where the tears, stains, rips, buttons, zippers, hemming etc.. there has not been a stain yet, they have not been able to get out and red sauce is a killer on white. They almost always have our stuff ready before the pick up date and any last minute drop ins/same day - if its a reasonable request is great. Seamstress is in 2 times a week and is a miracle worker hands down no contest. Prices are reasonable here and they do wonderful Military Creases on uniforms. Brings me to Laundry by the Pound.. ever heard of it? here you go! Novel as it may be-- Laundry by the pound is not a new concept- I have teens boys that I introduced " laundry by the pound " when they got jobs... And frankly I think it saves me the headache and for moms all over LISTEN TO ME- It teaches them responsability for when they grow up and move out-- their wife will thank you.
