Recently I had a family member that sent out their laundry and forgot they left money in their clothes. When we received the laundry back, in s separate clear bag was the cash. June2024- PCS move had all our clothing, linen, some military uniforms and towels in boxes that smelled of mildew and had mold. We were able to get a one day turnaround on 125lbs of laundry they folded items and even bagged like-items together! My washer decided to breakdown on me and I was stuck with a few loads of clothes that needed washing. Being a busy mom & student who works fulltime, I had no time/patience to spend at a laundromat. After a quick search, I discovered Laund3r. I followed the instructions online and was quickly scheduled for next day pickup. I started off with 20lbs of laundry to test the service (I should have just sent all my laundry!). My laundry was returned to my doorstep in a nifty reusable bad that contained neatly folded clothes bagged together with like items. I had items needing to be bagged separately, hand washed, folded and put in sealable bags individually and a few other requests. I LOVED this service, until my clothes started to go missing. As a career mama this was literally a life saver. At first I thought maybe they were misplaced and I would never be flippant to accuse anyone of theft but it quickly became clear that my clothes were GONE! They reviewed the tapes supposedly and took a long time to circle back with me, they did confirm that they have "blindspots" before and after the bags leave the facility. I was offered a credit but I'd MUCH prefer to continue to use the service and have my clothing back. In total I was missing multiple lululemon items, pants etc. very disappointing :( read more

Avoid. After being a loyal customer for 2.5 years, I was subjected to items missing from my laundry and the final straw - one of my shirts ripped to shreds but folded and placed back in my laundry. When I complained, I was told "well do you want to cancel services because we can't meet your expectations?" Sorry, but having all my items returned to me clean and in usable condition is some kind of high expectation? Seems to me this would be a pretty normal expectation of any customer getting their clothes serviced. Im a pretty easy customer. I just need wash and fold. Instead I was treated like some kind of problem, which is completely uncalled for. I decided to give them another shot and arranged for another pickup. They didn't show. I texted to ask about the pickup. A few hours later I received a call saying they didn't pick it up and would no longer do my laundry because they "couldn't meet my expectations." So *I* had to contact *them* to get this info. And now I'm the one stuck w dirty laundry that isn't getting done when I work 80 hours a week and don't have access to a washer and dryer where I live. This is a completely unprofessional way to deal with anyone, and frankly, pretty rude when I had been getting regular service every 3 weeks for the past 2.5 years. This is how I get treated? This was HANDS DOWN the best service I have ever paid for!! My laundry room and kitchen flooded and I had to use all my clothes to soak up the water. And since I hate doing laundry and I don't have time to sit and do 10 loads...let alone 1 load...I found these guys and it was AMAZING!!! I live on the east coast and my sister & brother in law live on the West coast in Murietta, CA. Update: Company changed management, and customer service is not nearly as good. They are inconsistent with pick ups, and laundry isn't all folded the same, so it's hard to store it without re-folding it. Not worth it, when you pay for that service. This is a great service! I used Laund3r.com for the first time yesterday. I made my appointment on-line, I received conformation via text and e-mail. I had 91 pounds of laundry in 8 large garbage bags. The laundry was returned in 2 heavy duty laundry bags, all shorted and place in individual bags based on item types, towels, underclothes, etc. Everything smells great and I couldn't be happier with the service. I placed by first order a week and a half ago, laundry was picked up and delivered on time but unfortunately when delivered I was missing an item. I had placed work clothes, normal daily clothing and my bedding. All of the regular items returned but my queen size Kate Spade velour blanket was not in my order. I emailed thinking maybe they just forgot to package it with my things but they emailed back three days later saying they were unable to locate. I called them to discuss and they said they checked their cameras and basically it's my word against them and there was nothing they could do since I couldn't prove I sent the blanket? So I would avoid sending high end or designer items as according to other reviews that's what seems to disappear. They offered a refund of my 60 dollar order but unfortunately that will not come close to replacing the blanket. I would not recommend using this service for anything of value or importance. read more

Having to go to the laundramat is a royal pain in da butt AND expensive. I had a month of laundry bagged up in my car and kept procrastinating about gettin it done. So I went online and found Laund3r and now I am a very happy camper. The whole process was sooooo easy. Called them up, scheduled the day for pickup, took the bags out of my car (lol) and sat them on my deck. They came by and picked them up and delivered back to me the next day. My clothes were clean, smelled fresh and were all folded and packaged up neatly. I am really impressed with their service. I also think the price was well deserved for all that was done in the process. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to all. Oh.....and very nice people too!! Great Service! I started the service when I decided to do a spring cleaning in all the closets. The laundry had a next day turn around and not only was the clothes clean but all my husband's work clothes was ironed! I also got great friendly service. The laundry was picked up and dropped off in my front porch so I didn't have much face to face interaction but I would receive a text when my laundry was picked up and when it was dropped off, sometimes I would receive follow up text asking if the service was satisfactory and if there was anything they could do different. If I asked for anything to be done different it would be taken care of right away. I even forgot one time to put the laundry out and went out of town I received a text asking if I would like to reschedule or wait until next week and was able to reschedule for the next day. I kept the service on going because it was well done, convenient, friendly and affordable. read more
