They are great! I was a bit apprehensive after the business was sold to the new owners, but the service and quality of their work has continued as before. I must recognize Erica, who primarily works the front counter. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied and happy. Honestly, Erica is the face of the business and having her there to help with my needs is very important to me. read more

Great quality and the staff have wonderful personalities. We have been coming here for years and I was worried about the change in ownership. But the new owners and team are just as friendly and welcoming. We love this place! read more

I've been coming to this dry cleaner for years, and unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my experience has been very disappointing. As a Black woman, I was genuinely excited to support a Black-owned business, especially since there aren't many in Menifee. Because of that, I really wanted to continue giving them my business. My husband and I have visited three times since the new owners took over, and each visit has been the same. The owner never smiles, greets us warmly, or even says "thank you." Customer service goes a long way, and while the cleaning itself may be fine, feeling welcomed and appreciated as a customer matters just as much. I truly wanted this business to succeed and was looking forward to supporting it, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope they can improve the customer experience because a little kindness and appreciation can make all the difference. read more

Perfect little dry cleaners! Quick turn around...trusted with a lot of first responder/sheriff uniforms... highly recommend!

Friendly service, clean-looking facility. I left a few silk dresses, a sweater and a dress jacket for dry cleaning, paid up front (about $40) , and I got my clothes when promised. Everything looks good! Pretty good value too, I think. Thank you! read more

Fixed two jackets for me. Charged a very reasonable price. Quite happy with the end result. Would recommend their tailoring service.

They did an EXCELLENT JOB altering an expensive wool jacket I purchased from Nordstrom! If it does/doesn't matter to anyone, it is a BLACK OWNED DRY CLEANER in the city of Menifee! read more

I've had two items tailored by them. They were able to get the items back to us quickly.

Erika was very cordial and delivered prompt service when I needed my toga to be done in two days. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations thoroughly cleaned, stains removed , and every pleat pressed. It was like brand new. I will continue to bring all my delicate clothing that needs attention. read more

Excellent Management and customer service! Their prices are really good. They go above and beyond the your service request. I am very satisfied with their services - every time I go there. They have excellent communication! I highly recommend them. read more

Their website says same day and next day services available but when I went to ask about their services it wasn't even mentioned. I let them know I was on a time crunch and that I would be willing to pay extra. read more

Great service and good quality work . Always greeted with a friendly smile by Erica and her team .

The ladies who operate Antelope Cleaners are the kindest, most pleasant and professional business owners I have worked with in some time. Dry cleaning requests are completed promptly and with the highest degree of care. Their pricing is very reasonable. On a last minute suite for dry cleaning the lady who help me was so kind & saw I had just received some bad news while waiting to drop off and was so kind and comforting. Then when I went to pick up the gentleman was kind enough to allow me to pick up even though it was my fault for being late. Great customer service! Definitely recommend and the out fit was well done. read more

Really happy I was able to find a dry cleaning place that I can trust! I was a longtime customer at a nearby dry cleaners that closed down. I drive 45 minutes to drop my things off here. I highly recommend them! read more

Oh my word!! This dry cleaner is the best I've ever been to! I moved from San Diego three years ago and in these three years I haven't found a dry cleaner I was totally satisfied with until I came to Antelope Dry Cleaners! After they did such an amazing job on cleaning my husband's suits, dress shirts, slacks, etc. I decided to trust them with a an alteration. I've had a red Michael Kors down jacket in & out of my trunk for about a year, it had some kind of ink stains on the collar which was visibly noticeable, regardless of whether I had a zipped up or down.It looked like some of the Michael Kors print on the inside back actually ran onto the jacket! I decided to have them try to fix it. I knew the stain wouldn't come out because it was Ink and it had been there for a long time. It was a down jacket so the outside of it is nylon. I tried many things trying to get it out myself many home remedies even took it to some dry cleaners and they said they couldn't do it so I decided to give Antelope Dry Cleaners a shot with doing an alteration by giving them the little red pouch that the jacket came in which was of the same fabric and I asked if they could just use that pouch and cover up the collar. My husband just picked up the jacket for me today and it looks absolutely amazing! They did an impeccable job! you would never know that they actually use a different piece of fabric and covered over the entire collar. The price was amazing as well. They are truly the best cleaner/alterations I have found in all my adult years! I'm 68 so that says a lot! Scotty, the owner is so sweet & friendly, as is everyone I've met on the entire staff. You can see they take a lot of pride in their business & give great attention to detail. It's a family owned business which I especially want to support. They have our family's business for good! Thank you Antelope Dry Cleaners! read more

Dry cleaned 2 Comforters and one blanket . Fast service; reasonable price- friendly. Eco- friendly dry cleaning

I move out to Murrieta in the past six months. These people take care of my clothes. They're very genuine, very friendly and they take care of detail on the clothes and I'm gonna be wearing my next event. Please give them an opportunity to take care of you as well I usually never do this, but they do deserve a five star rating based on my experiences on a weekly basis that I have with them. read more

I went in to get patches put on my vest and all three occasions they were installed correctly and on time! The lady(I'm sorry I forgot your name) is the nicest person I met in a long time and like people have said she calls me by name. Great price too! I will stick with them from now on. read more

Nice lady who runs this spot - they did some alterations that turned out great. Give them a shot for your local dry cleaning needs.

Went to have a dress altered (taken in right underneath breast line) and she did an amazing job! It fit so perfect and am so excited to wear it! Both ppl I interacted with were kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I was searching everywhere for a good dry cleaner in the area. I decided to try out antelope cleaners. The owners are so friendly which is a huge plus. I got my clothes in a weeks span and I have no complaints. This will now be my regular spot to come to! read more

It's alright. I mean, they get the job done, clothes are clean. Nothing special, but also no complaints really. Prices are okay, maybe a tad high? I'd probably go back if I was in a pinch, but wouldn't be my first choice." read more

I use Antelope cleaners all the time. They have very good service and they do a thorough job in cleaning my clothes and linens. The value is good for what I expected from a dry cleaning company. read more

Just got ripped off. Took in a shirt to have the sleeves shortened. They said it could be done for $10. It even had that on the receipt. Just picked it up and they charged me an extra $10. They said it's because the seamstress made an adjustment to the price! How dishonest! I liked this place better when it was the nice friendly Asian woman who was the owner. They may have stolen my $10 today but they lost a customer for life. read more

Excellent service. First time here to get my shirts laundered and pressed. Totally happy with the service provided. Totally recommend this establishment... read more

First time using this dry cleaner. The service was great, done when they said it would be and at a fair price.

Absolutely excellent, small business. Locally owned and operated. Always greeted with a smile! We use them regularly for dry cleaning and recently had a pair of jeans with a broken zipper that they were able to repair! The prices and turn-around times are always reasonable! Absolutely our favorite local dry cleaner after trying many others! read more

This is a very good place to bring your dry cleaning. Price the quote is the price you pay

I took by mother of the groom wedding dress there. I talked to the owner because I was nervous to leave it. She assured me that they would do a good job. When I picked it up, the cape was missing. I called them and was told that it was damaged. I'm not sure why they did not return it to me. We immediately went back to pick it up and the buttons and strings to attach the cape were all ripped. I was upset and wanted to know what happened and was told that I must've brought it in that way, it was brand new and had only been tried on. They were very unprofessional. They offered to repair it, but I did not trust them at that point and I did not take it back. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything that you value there. read more

I was at church on Sunday and I noticed a piece of dirt on my suit at which point I thought I need to get this dry cleaned. So I took my suit jacket and two other jackets along with the bunch of my wife's dry cleaning into antelope cleaners. The spot that I noticed on my suit jacket is still there all three of my jackets smell musty like somebody's body odor, Gross. My wife said she had similar results that her clothes smell like someone's else's body odor. We paid these people just under $100 For all our dry cleaning and they totally failed. Stinky dirty clothes for 100 bucks. Antelope Cleaners stinks and your clothes will too! read more
