I brought in a custom-made 100% silk women's tuxedo jacket for cleaning and was very frustrated with the condition it was returned in. A few months later, when I removed it from the plastic directly from the cleaners, I noticed the fabric looked different. Upon closer inspection, it appeared roughened, almost scraped-looking, and there was no longer the same shine on the lapels that matched the satin pants it was made to coordinate with. I consulted the original designer and another clothing designer, who estimated it would cost approximately $1,000-$3,000 to replace a garment of this type. I brought my concerns to the business directly, but they disputed that any damage had occurred while the jacket was in their care and did not offer a resolution that reflected the value of the garment. read more

That Lady had a few items that she needed to be cleaned because of the Palisades Fire and smoke damage at our home. Brought in a pair of dress pants and my favorite dining companion's favorite dinner jacket, which had blood and grease stains on it (long story,do not ask). The cleaner staff was super friendly and was quick to point out one of the blood stains that I had not noticed. I received the garments back in a timely manner with the pants neatly pressed and the dinner jacket almost like new. My favorite dining companion was absolutely thrilled with the results. I rarely had a need for a dry cleaner until I had RM Cleaners wash and press my sheets..once you have that done you can't stop. I have taken silk blouses to them too. I have never had a cleaners that stuffs the sleeves with tissue paper and pins the sleeves in the front of the shirt so they don't get wrinkled. Wowwwww I am handicapped and RM Cleaners takes my items to be dry cleaned into the store and brings out my cleaned items..Can't ask for better service than that. A+++ recommendation!!! read more

I called several cleaners and Rancho Mirage Cleaners was the only one who could turn them around in 24 hours. Not only did they do an incredible job, the comforters were done in less than 24 hours. I live in the desert part time when caring for my 90 yr old mother. Looked at Yelp reviews to find a good cleaners. Based on the reviews, I selected this place. I had 3 cashmere sweaters to clean and one had wholes under the arm pits. It's a fav of mine so when they asked if I wanted it to be sent to a tailor to fix, I said sure. They kept me updated via txt and any questions I had got answered promptly, professionally via txt. The fees I found quite reasonable. There was alittle snafu regarding my order @pick up but it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The tailoring worked well, better than expected. I will definately use again. Joe and Debrah are the owners and are just wonderful--so friendly, helpful and very professional. From my first interaction, I was so impressed with their level of service and caring - almost as if my clothes were just as much their concern as mine. I've had several garments dry-cleaned there and even challenged them with a cashmere sweater that had gotten mixed up in our wash and shrunk. They took on the challenge of fixing it and were able to make a significant improvement on the shape, size and definition of the cable.
