We're not sure one of the dresses was even retouched. The pair of pants were also done incorrectly. The owner only offered a 20% discount, we weren't willing to try for a 3rd time. Now we have to find someone else to fix the problems. Take your alterations business somewhere else. I don't mind paying good money but this was a complete ripoff.

The counter person said they hand-washed the garments even thought the tags on both garments clearly said dry-clean only. I took it back to the local retail vendor and they kindly sent it to their factory to clean correctly. I asked three times for my $49 to be returned and left messages for both the manager and the owner. No one has ever called me or acknowledged my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I brought in a king-size Pottery Barn duvet cover (oatmeal color) to be cleaned and pressed, which cost about $25. It took almost two weeks to get the item back. When I picked it up and helped my mom put it on her comforter, we immediately noticed something was wrong: there were greenish-blue, crusted stains in several spots that had bled through the fabric. The substance appeared melted into the duvet, preventing the comforter from sliding through properly. I called Classic Cleaners right away, left a detailed voicemail, and never received a call back from the owner or manager. After a few days, we returned the duvet and spoke with an employee (Claudia), who took the item back and issued a new ticket with yet another long turnaround. Once again, no one followed up with us during this time. When I returned on 9/20/25 to check on the item, I was shocked to find that they were ready to charge me again for cleaning--despite the fact that the duvet was damaged under their care. The staff insisted the substance was "gum" and claimed it came in that way, which is simply not true. At no point did anyone contact us to discuss this issue before proceeding with cleaning and pressing, when it should have been obvious. When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, I was told only "the boss" and offered a mere $50 in-store credit--not a refund, and certainly not compensation for the ruined duvet. They refused to take responsibility, insisting it was not their fault. In the end, I requested a refund of the original $25 charge and believe they should also take responsibility for the cost of the damaged duvet. Sadly, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive service have left me with no confidence in this business. Recommendation: Avoid this cleaner. The service was slow, careless, and unprofessional, and they did not stand behind their work.

They lost a customer for sure I come regularly and this time I went to pick up my pants I always get them done with no crease and I noticed one of them had a crease on them So I let the lady know "hey I asked for no crease on all of them. "She rolled her eyes and didn't even say anything to me She just took the pants out off the bag and hangar and told me to wait a couple minutes. No apologies no nothing , she didn't even ask if I could wait a couple of minutes she just decided on her own that I had a couple of minutes to spare. Luckily I didn't have anywhere to be. When she is done she just hangs up my pants and yells "it's ready" and walks away. I wasn't asking for my money back or trying to argue with them I was just trying to solve a problem which THEY made and I get treated like if I started the issue.
