Last week, I took in my suits to get cleaned because we have an events. This isn't the first time they've done something like this, and it's actually the second time. I picked up my suits on Friday and had employees try them on Sunday. They put the wrong pair of pants, and another employee told me. They gave me the wrong pants, which were the wrong color, the wrong fit, and even the wrong size. I checked the suits before taking them to the cleaners, and I'm just very upset with them. The first time this happened, they lost a shirt of mine and had to replace it. Honestly, ever since then, they've never had that issue with me. I've been taking all my stuff to them, and they've been really good. The owner really knows me, but now, being the second time, I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't recommend this place, especially since they lost a suit item that was a lot of money that our employees have to wear on May 23rd. Now, I have to try to fix the situation and see what I can do. Buying and paying out of my pocket and paying for that is not good. So, next time you guys go, please make sure you check your items once you pick them up or check them before dropping them off. read more

Was a regular customer until 3 years ago, when we moved to a new home, and started using another cleaners closer to the new house. Recently picked up cleaning from the "new" place and saw that minor stains on two pairs of pants had not been removed. Asked them to clean both pair again. When I returned several days later, stains were still as visible as when I first took pants in for cleaning. Discussed with owner, herself. She was dismissive and replied, "Oh, well". Did not appreciate that. We had been her loyal customers for three years. Drove over to Madison Cleaners, who remembered us. Explained what happened, and left pants with them. Worst tailoring service I've ever had AND they refused to refund my money (over $75) I had a suit taken in a little - the jacket was taken in correctly but I had to return 3 separate times to have the pants altered. The 2nd and 3rd times NO CHANGES were made. I asked repeatedly to have the waist taken in and the clasp moved. They kept saying they'd redone the pants but there was no change. I paid over $50 and still can't wear the suit and will need to find another tailor. I also asked them to patch a white sofa slipcover. At $6/patch for 4 patches, I paid $24 upfront. When I picked it up the material used to patch was cream colored and barely stitched on - each patch was sewn on with only a few stitches. I told them the patches should be white! When I returned a week later I was told they don't have any white material so they couldn't help me. I said fine, give me my money back. The lady at the counter told me she is not authorized to give any refunds, the owner would have to do it. I left my name and number but obviously never heard from them. Now I know why they want you to pay upfront - so that you have no recourse if they do a terrible job! They still have over $75 of my money and I have nothing! I still need to have both the suit and the slipcover fixed. So dishonest. read more

So after seeing good reviews on Yelp, I decided to try this place out even though I had to drive a bit more. Issue #1: Even though they advertise same day cleaning, I brought my clothes in on a Thursday and was told the soonest they could be ready was on a Monday. Issue #2: One of my shirts was missing a button, and another shirt had an oil stain that I had never seen before. Issue #3: I asked him if he could get the black marker and oil stains out. He said "well I can dry clean them for $5, but I'm not sure if I can get them out. You should just get a new shirt." Sorry I can't replace all my work shirts every year... Not sure about the prices, but my 6 shirts and pants laundered was about $20. Won't be coming here again. read more

My cleaning was done on time and very nicely pressed. I would recommend this place for all your cleaning or pressing needs. My only complaint would be the parking. Which has nothing to do with cleaners at all. The center's parking is tight because of grocery store and credit union. Area is busy. read more
