I like washing at this place but this lady with a bum and a head band is away look at us weird and away telling us something , but other then that all the other workers are nice just not the lady . Also makes sure to count your coins after you get them from the Machine some time it won't give you the right amount. read more

This place is hotter than the devils @ss h0l3! It's such a health hazard. They have like 4 or 6 fans that are mounted & oscillating but they're not making a difference. Don't even get me started on the music they play which is super loud, coupled with loud useless fans and scorching heat, this place is a sensory nightmare! Stay away! read more

Always have great customer service, I called the 23rd to check availability. I was told they would be open 24Th until 2pm. Last wash at 1pm. My wife an I arrived 1:13pm and they were refusing us entrance to dry. I explained I phoned in yesterday. The young lady said she would verify with the assistant. She walks over and says you can dry, but you need to grab your clothes and leave when the others are done. You can't fold. WOW HOLIDAY SPIRIT I SEE. NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE FUTURE I SUGGEST YOU REDUCE YOUR HOURS IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DON'T WISH TO STAY THE TIME THAT THEY LIST ON THE DOOR. read more

The worker Monica. I think that's her name. She's the one with reddish brown hair, works in the evening on Mondays. She is alway trying to get on my nerves by doing things that are unprofessional. Like sweeping over people feet. Not attending to clients when needed. Today was the last straw, she took my cart knowing I was using it. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT. AT ALL. The attendant Melissa wants to pick fights with the customers and is little more than a BULLY. She is NOT an agreeable or pleasant person, but makes being there difficult at best. This goes for 99% of the staff there. The staff are little more than gang stalkers. The laundromat is over run with roaches which crawl over and around the washing machines in plain sight. The place is chaotic and the clients are disrespectful as well. Every few months they raise their prices. I'm praying for my own washing machine soon so that I will be able to avoid people like Melissa the Hun, who gives this establishment a very bad name. This place is clean with a very nice attendant clean bathroom the machines are big and nice wash and dry fast takes half the time then normal it has plenty of tables to sit they use cards you can load with any amount you think you'll need better then having to carry cash I live near Downey but I'm willing to drive that far it's that nice read more

I've been going there since 2015 and using their fluff n fold service while while staying in town to work the Coachella/Stagecoach music festivals. 2019 price was about $27 when I dropped off weekly. Last week I dropped off and price had increased to about $33 which is understandable. Today I went to drop off a pound less of clothes and they said prices had increased so it would cost $52. I told the lady they were crazy and they just lost a customer. My guess is they're trying to take advantage of workers like me in town for the festival. read more

I travel on the road a lot, so I use my fair share of laundromats. This place is HUGE, the biggest laundromat I've ever seen! There are five aisles of washers and dryers on two walls. They also have some extremely large washing machines I've never seen before (I think it said the capacity was 7 loads), which would be perfect for king-size comforters. The place is clean and all of the machines look to be in good working condition. We went here on a Sunday evening and it was very, very busy, but because they have so many machines we didn't have to wait. Parking is available in front of the store as well as behind it and on the street. read more

I will be moving away and I am sad to say I will miss this place. Been going here since I was a kid. Love the fact that on days it is round the clock. Especially, if like me, you work crazy hours and need to really squeeze in washing clothes at the last minute before your last set of uniforms are gone! Lol Literally wash and dry. 4 to 5 loads in under an hour and gone before the sun comes up so I can still go home and sleep some more and enjoy the rest of my one day off.
