I picked up my suits on Friday and had employees try them on Sunday. They put the wrong pair of pants, and another employee told me. They gave me the wrong pants, which were the wrong color, the wrong fit, and even the wrong size. I checked the suits before taking them to the cleaners, and I'm just very upset with them. The first time this happened, they lost a shirt of mine and had to replace it. Honestly, ever since then, they've never had that issue with me. I've been taking all my stuff to them, and they've been really good. The owner really knows me, but now, being the second time, I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't recommend this place, especially since they lost a suit item that was a lot of money that our employees have to wear on May 23rd. Now, I have to try to fix the situation and see what I can do. Buying and paying out of my pocket and paying for that is not good. So, next time you guys go, please make sure you check your items once you pick them up or check them before dropping them off.
