I had two suits hemmed. I was testing the waters with what I got from Amazon since it was a first time here. They did great so I entrusted them to hem my Adidas maxi dress. Perfect job. Looks like I bought it that way. Next up will be my Adidas blazer :) then the rest of my Adidas stuff. The price seems fair, though I've never had clothes hemmed at a dry cleaner before now . The lady at the counter... I need to get her name the text time I'm there... She's very nice. They're fast too. Takes me longer to walk from my car parked right in front then I do dropping off or picking up. I haven't had anything drcleaned yet, but I will update this review when I do. read more

So I dropped off a cream coat and Klein business woman suit on a Friday and I needed the Pat legs to be hemmed. I have gone to this dry cleaners for years, but I haven't gone since Covid as I entered the cleaners. There was a woman that I never saw before and I told her I needed my pants hemmed so she had me try them on, and had me stand on a little platform, and she only hemmed one leg. I said that's all and she just put like a safety pin no straight pins and said yeah that's all cause normally when I've gone to to tailors they use straight pins all the way around the hem for both legs, but she didn't. she was very standoffish not very good customer service not really listening to what I needed. So she gives me the ticket I paid for the dry cleaning and the hemming which was $37. It was $20 for the dry cleaning and $15 for the hemming of the pants and she told me that they would be done on Wednesday so I come in on Wednesday. The pants were hemmed, but the liner inside the pants was hanging out. It wasn't hemmed. I was very upset. I said I needed this suit on Saturday because I have an event that I was going to so the young lady that helped me there which she was very kind said that she'll try to get it done for me by Friday cause she was telling me the following week it wouldn't be done so I picked it up on Friday after three and I was in such a rush and I was so flabbergasted because it was the Coachella fest and the traffic was horrible on 48th so I get home with my dry cleaning suit and the hyena on the pants are two different lengths. They're not even I have one pant leg longer than the other, you can see from the pictures I will never go back to this dry cleaners again come to find out that the lady that first helped me was the owner, which is a crying shame because she had such bad Customer Service,. I have not even been compensated for them ruining the hemming of my pants. read more

Polo Cleaners did a fine job. They washed and pressed 11 long sleeve shirts. All came back perfectly on hangers without starch as I requested. Both people were friendly and welcoming. Will NEVER return here. WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE. It's very convenient for me to have come here since it's close to my house but when the manager doesnt call you back to discuss an issue, I'm done. They charged me 41$ for two vand uniforms. I called and ask to speak with the manager to ask if possible for a discount since its school related and most businesses would do so. Marshals Cleaners in Indio only charges me 26$. I thought the amount difference was large enough to ask for a possible discount. The receptionist does not know how to handle and type of conflict. It took to the next day for me to call them back again. All they kept saying was the manager will call you back in 10 min. 30 min later I called and she said shell call you back right now. Right now was 1 month ago. I dont understand why a business would not like to at least have the courtesy to return a call. I have no problem with their work there but a problem with the lack of management. Even if she couldnt give me a discount she could have picked up the phone and done her job. Marshal cleaners is a bit out of my way but they always have special discounts for any BAND UNIFORM. and they always are courteous and efficient. read more
