I feel like only people with bad experiences (which are only a few) have been posted Yelp reviews here. I only come here like once or twice a year to drop off my wedding or big party outfits (suit/jacket, pants). I think they are super cheap compared to other Dry Cleaners (prices are clearly displaced online). They also do delivery, but I didn't mind driving to pick up my clothes. I used to see the owner at the front, but not anymore; I have been seeing this asian lady in the front for both drop off and pickup. When picking up your Dry Cleaned clothes, it will be on a hanger and plastic cover for you take home (which I love). I like how they have a designated parking spot for their business only that is right outside their business. read more

DO NOT waste your time if you're looking for alterations. The original girl at front is friendly but clueless in tailoring etc. She said she didn't feel comfortable attempting the alteration so a man came out and was also clueless. I had to prompt him to get pins out for measurements and he stuck one pin in and was like okay we're done.. If you're familiar with tailoring alterations you'll know that's terrible, cheap and sloppy. Clearly they had no idea what they were doing. Then the girl tried to telling me all you need is one pin. I wanted to laugh at her because it felt like talking to kids but I didn't wanna be disrespectful so I asked them to just forget it and take the pin out. They then handed me a business card explaining this is where they take clothing for alterations so I could just go straight there but I've actually been to that specific business and it's terrible, go figure right? I hope the owner sees this. If you're NOT EXPERIENCED in a specific service then DON'T OFFER IT. Stop wasting people's time and money. read more

I needed too get my white Cal King comforter washed and folded. I walked asked them do they do comforters? There was a lady behind the counter and a very older gentleman sitting off to the right. When I asked how much the older man blurted out $40. I asked the lady behind the counter can you get out any and all spots and I showed her a few of them and she said, "yes, I can" So I left it. Laundry has become very challenging due to physical limitations so I searched for a service that would pick up and deliver. Express Cleaners had previously done a beautiful job on two of our down comforters so I chose them for weekly or bi-weekly laundry service. They did not disappoint. You just bag & tag with any instructions such as 'hang dry only' etc. They supply the canvas bags. Upon return, items were nicely hung on hangers in plastic and other items folded and neatly placed in shopping bags and finished with a protective covering of crisp tissue. I've been taking my clothes here for YEARS. Abraham knows everyone by name, and I've never had any issues with my clothes. They use eco-friendly chemicals on their clothes, so you can feel good about getting your clothes cleaned. Location: This place is really easy to get to, centrally located in La Quinta on 111 and Dune Palms. You don't see a sign on the street, but it is in the same complex as Angel View. A lot of business have gone in and out of that complex, but Express Cleaners has been there since the complex opened years ago. Service: Service is excellent. The quality of work is good, everyone is friendly. Though I've never had my clothes delivered, I know that Express Cleaners was the FIRST dry cleaners in the desert to do free pick up and delivery to its customers. I've talked to people who have used the delivery service and they have been really happy with it. If you don't want to get stuck with an impersonal dry cleaner who doesn't care about your clothes, go to Express Cleaners. They always care and always go the extra mile. Highly recommend! read more

First time here. Way overpriced. Been here 20 Minutes and they can't find my clothes. They keep asking me what my blouses look like - I don't know I dropped off 10 items! Finding some pieces now and they're not even ready even though they were supposed to be ready Thursday and it's now Saturday! Also their opening hours are silly - closed Sunday and only open 8-3 on Saturday?! Update March 14th - 38 days after first dropping off my drycleaning. One of my items was damaged, an oversized custom bed sheet. The third time I went back after my items not being ready I discovered that the bedsheet was ripped. They said they would replace it, I explained they would have to have it made as the size was so large it cannot be purchased. I've called 7 times, driven to the store 4 times, it's been 38 days and I finally have all of my items back. read more

Finding a dry cleaner should be a simple thing......Right? That is what I thought. I used the same cleaner in the beach cities for 12 years (Patterson Cleaners in Manhattan Beach). I thought all cleaners were that good. When I moved to the desert I learned the truth. Most cleaners suck. We went to one place in Indio that shrunk my shirts and could not get stains out. The next place in La Quinta was twice the cost of Patterson's in the beach cities. The next place never met the commit date and lost a shirt (and then went out of business). After all of this, I was planning on doing Monday to Friday casual days. I figured I could get by wearing vendor golf shirts and give up on looking professional. That is when a neighbor told me about Express. The are right next to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants (Taquerilla Teotihuacan). I brought a few shirts, a suit and some slacks in to test these guys out. They are PERC free, which is supposed to be a good thing according to someone somewhere. The owner is a guy named Abraham, and he is always there. he does a great job and has not lost a single thing yet. He always has our clothes done when he commits them. I strongly suggest you use these guys if you want decent service. He has suggested I use the delivery service they have (he does a bunch of people in my neighborhood, but I do not have anyplace to leave my cleaning out if I am not around. read more

It's Friday afternoon and I drove all the way across town to this dry cleaner because of the high reviews here. I called to confirm their closing time and received an answering machine, I left a message stating that my GPS puts me there 2 min before closing time. Being new to the area I didn't know where I was going and I wasn't sure the GPS was correct (which sometimes it is wrong) so I called again to get better directions and once again was greeted by the answering machine. I ended up finding it on my own and arrived right at 6pm; closing time. I imagined I would find the hard working owner just locking the door, however, it seemed to have been closed well before the posted closing time.
