Went in again to do more laundry since I had left over funds and my first experience was great. I had $22 on my card and used the 100lbs washer which is $11.69 for hot water but it charged me twice (unbeknownst to me) so when I went to use another washer (80lbs, 9.69 for cold water) it said insufficient funds which shouldn't make sense if my math is correct. Went to check my funds and it said I only had $0.31 cents so I spoke to an employee but she wasn't much help, her math wasn't making sense like why would I have insufficient funds if I walked into the laundry mat with $22, spent $11.69 on one load but my balance is $0.31? I don't think she understood but luckily, she brought over the manager who was AMAZING! I've never seen a manager who was quick and ready to help and explained everything so clearly! She gave us a refund and even offered to dry our clothes for free! Oh my goodness, she was an angel! I'm so impressed by her ability to step in and guide us and help us that I'll make sure to come back more often! Thank you so much Coin Less Laundry! I use lots of products to clean my clothing, towels, and sheets. After using the 55lb dryer today on back wall of main room of laundry mat, my stuff smelled like smoke?????? the laundry mat looked like it had a fire or something, lady working there said it was just a remodel.....but several open pillars looked like there had been water splashed up or down from fire sprinklers. I've been here a good amount of times, both afternoon and evening, and though it can get a little busy in the late afternoon, early evening, I've never had issues not being able to find a washer/drier. The girls that work there don't speak english very well, but are friendly and always keep the machines and place really clean. I've literally never seen it dirty. Someone is always cleaning and now during covid they're wiping down everything after every single use. Please wear a mask, everyone deserves respect. Also, they're only allowing one person per wash. There is no reason to bring your whole family. Panda Express is right in front as well as ice cream which is a plus. read more

Some of the staff are very rude and talk about you if they don't think you speak Spanish also I added 4 scoops of soap to a 60lb washer that washes 9 loads at a time with a fluidly blanket and it started foaming out of the washer and I know Downey cuts out suds but I am allergic to Downwy and when I wasn't looking they added ALOT of downy to my laundry without consent. When I asked to speak to a manager they completely ignored me. read more

Wasn't impressed at all. If maybe I had 3 kids to hog the machines for me while the attendant on duty I'm sure was giving her friend free washes I'd feel differently. Coin less spend more is what it seems like. Too many signs about pricing you could get if you came another night. Machines that sucked and some that were good. I lost a sheet. During the summer time (most of the year) avoid coming to this laundrymat! It is disgustingly hot and humid! They only have a cooler going on in this 120 degree weather! There's other options were they provide AC and you'll have a pleasant experience. If I could I would rate this place ZERO stars. PS. Restrooms are never opened and if you ask the attendant lady, she rolls her eyes and gives you attitude when opening the door. Also, there is no ventilation in there so you might want to walk across the street to use the restroom. read more

I went in the morning hours on a Sunday. Large washers to wash my dog beds. Clean, areas to sit, air-conditioned. Takes a credit card very convenient. Staff present to chase off any people who are coming to cause any trouble. I cannot vouch for how it is later in the day. read more

She's pointless , and her job responsibility was simply to clean the machines and at the point the "broken" stealing machine was no Match to her. this place is always clean, always see at least one worker constantly checking every isle and cleaning. i've had some mess ups with the vending machines though but the staff helped me everytime. wish they'd keep refrigerated drinks in the back for when the vending machine doesn't work properly and they give you one from the back but it's room temperature. read more

I set my prepaid card on the counter while transferring my clothes. Well someone switched my card with theirs. It said low balance, although I had loaded $20 on it. When I talked to the manager, she was very rude and laughed when I asked her to check the cameras. She said,"yes, we have cameras, but not for that." just walked away and jumped in her car. Overall experience was mixed. Plenty of machines available, super easy to load money on the cards they use. The place was clean for the most part. HOWEVER: there was a staff member there who identified herself as Daniella that was extremely rude, aggressive, and arrogant. She walked up to me (mind you, I've never had an interaction with this person in my life) and she says in this bratty entitled voice: "hey you need to move your clothes out of the washer or I'm just gonna let that lady do whatever she wants with them. She needs to use it". Then she walked over to a group of about 4 or 5 women and starts gossiping and talking about me. I was dumbfounded; this employee was unprofessional, incompetent, rude, and has no business working in a job where customer service is a primary duty. She did a very poor job representing Coin-Less Laundry and may want to consider hiring someone to replace her. I'm sure there are hundreds of people when will work harder to keep a clean image for that business (pun intended).
