This actually was once a pretty good laundromat with nearly always all the machines working every time I went there AND it was open 24 hours. When it was still in operation you could also buy snacks and cans of soft drinks for only 50 cents from their vending machines! Really cool. I miss Thrifty Wash. As of this review im standing outside Washtime Laundry in Palm Springs dejected with nowhere to go at 10pm (Their last wash was at 945). Im cold, Im alone, and my clothes are soiled. There don't seem to be a lot of laundromats around! This one was closest. It was busy, but one oversized washer was available when I arrived. The laundromat was clean, the change machines worked, and there were plenty of boxes of detergent available for those who didn't bring their own. I would return if I needed a large washing machine for bedding, or if I couldn't do laundry at home. read more

Laundromat was clean and cost $4.50 for the 40lb machines(I washed a king-sized comforter). There is a snack machine, soda machine, TV and some seating at the front of the laundry. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it was hotter on the inside of the laundromat than the outside. NO A/C...both back and front doors open. The fan blowing down near the seating area just blows hot air on you. A/C would have bumped this review up to 5 stars. The lady that was working today was very nice. Thanks for reminding me of my Ravens cup. P.S. To the owner...you need to turn on the A/C. I will be going to PD in the future. I cannot bear to sit and melt while I do my big laundry. P.S. Closed. Went to wash some dog beds and found door locked and machines removed. Not sure if this is a remodel or a permanent closure.

I decided to utilize the wash and fold service here while recovering from surgery. Bad mistake. Frankly I don't even fathom how they managed to ruin my scrubs so badly that after an hour of ironing not even one top can be salvaged. It's common knowledge these perma press cannot be allowed to sit in a crumpled pile in the dryer, obviously that's what happened. I've never had worse service from a laundry service anywhere. read more

I usually don't like complaining. i just moved cities and found this place! my first time was pleasant. how ever last night I the lady was so rude miserable. every time I asked her a question she would get angry anyways at the end she locked me and other female customer inside the laundromat we asked to open the front door for us and she denied and made us walk behind an alley full of homeless people. we were the last costumer and our cars were park infront. honeslty this lady ether should quit her job if she miserable there or get fired. she shouldn't be treating costumers like this. read more

Today I went to do my laundry at Thrifty. I parked my car and entered to get quarters for the 7 loads of laundry in my trunk. As the coin machine dispensed the quarters the cleaning lady walked up to me and stood 6 inches from me (despite Covid social distancing rules) and pointed to a sign that said that the coin machine was for customers only. I attempted to explain my laundry was in the car however she continued to literally follow me out of the laundromat and back to my vehicle waving her hands around and shaking her head. I felt so uncomfortable I left immediately. I WILL NOT be returning to this business again. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. read more

Tbis place is always clean. Like any other wash place mid werk is best if you like it empty like me. Variety of machines i use the silver one i feel like they tirn and wash best! And if you want you can go hiking for 25 minutes whilst ur. Lothes wash - there is a trail right there! read more

I went in yesterday to drop off my clothes to be wash dried and folded and when I walked in I went to the back to speak to the lady working and when I walked up she had 2 food stamps cards sitting on the desk and she was sitting there cutting her toe nails and black dead skin off her feet so disgusting I walked out and left never would I ever leave my clothes there with them I probably won't ever see them again I will never recommend this wash place!! read more

There's is a very MEAN older women here named Sandra (Hispanic women) ... she is rude and not welcoming at all!! She seems to be sleeping on the job !! Used this laundromat a couple weeks back and was amazed at how clean it was and how cheap and yet worked. Washers were as low as 2.50$/load. Dryer is 25¢ for 8mins. The dryers were sufficient at drying too especially for only 8mins. The vending machine is a plus as well, 50¢ for coke cans as well as snacks. Definitely will frequent this laundromat. read more

Excellent laundromat nearby with lots of machines. Very clean and good hours. I don't have great expectations of a laundromat but this place exceeded them. Good location. You can multi task by doing a quick food shopping at Vons while your clothes wash. Great for big bulky rugs and comforters I do not want to risk putting in my machine. read more

Used to come here all the time.. however, lately, the driers haven't been working right. A month or so ago we lost over $2. We left a VM for the manager/owner to let them know that a given drier doesn't work and that we would like to be reimbursed . No call back. We decided to give this place one more try and encountered the SAME issue. The lady who works here said that they don't reimburse the money and can only give you a token. What's the point of having industrial sized driers if you can only put 10 articles of clothing? If you put the same amount of clothes that came out of the washing machines in the driers, the chances of those clothes coming out dry are very low! NOT COMING BACK HERE! The owner is making money off people who are clearly there because they can't exactly afford their own laundry machines! Figures. read more

A nice and clean laundromat in Von's shopping center. The large wash is $3.50 and to dry for 30 minutes is $1.00. The staff is friendly and they have vending machines. Also, you can watch CNN while you wait for your laundry to get clean. They stay open until 11pm. read more

The lady named Martha is very rude and six times the quarter machines have taken money, you put a $20.00 bill and get $17.00 only or a ten and five and you only get $14.00 the machines are stealing from you so count your quarters, also the magnets don't work holding the dryer closed, it will keep popping open read more

I'm confused about the operating hours. On this sight as well as others it shows 24 hours. When you actually are there they close 11:00 pm. Calling all clean freaks. If you're like me and cringe at the thought of going to a public place to wash your clothes, than this pace is for you. It's clean and organized. The manager, Annie, is helpful and sweet and the machines are well taken care of and wiped down constantly. The attendant is very rude and the owner should be out of business. I could not even dry my clothes since the owner was harassing me and discriminated me. I left with wet clothes. I will be filing a DFLH claim. The owner is breaking the law and I have it all on video. Also accused me of making telephone threats which are completely false. The washing machine would not work and attendant was rude and very discriminating so I called the owner to report her. The owner tried try to turn it around on me that I'm the problem but I'm a paying customer and I have rights in this country. Apparently the owner thinks he is above civil code 51. The owner banned me for being unhappy with the way his employee treated me and the washing machine not working. This is a discriminatory reason. We are vacationing in Palm Springs and needed to get caught up on laundry. These facilities are maintained impeccably. It is, by far, the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. The attendant working is kind and friendly and even gave our kids some money to use in the vending machine. The washer and dryers were great prices as well. If we stay longer we will definitely be back. read more
