I've been coming to Lewis Cleaners for years now. Shocked I failed to give them a review. They are family run and are good people. I bring my pricey clothes here even if most can be machine washed. I just want to prolong the life of the colors and the every day wear and tear. I know I can trust them to keep my clothes looking like brand new. I also bring my comforters here for cleaning once in a while too. Thank you guys for your great service! read more

Do not use... damage my clothes and they dont care... go somewhere else not worth it.. horrible service DO NOT USE... and yes the owner got triggered acted like he had a gun with my kid in the car... dashcam footage and audio will be posted... Temecula police is aware of the situation and given a copy of the micro sd card... over a parking spot... wanna say thank you For standing behind my truck not letting me back out coming to my window screaming at me acting like you're gonna pull out a gun with my six-year-old in the car talk about a Piece of work... this is not done by far read more

How could I have never thought before to rate these guys?!? They are my go to spot for clothes. No one else touches my stuff! They are ALWAYS personable calling me by name even when they are slammed. And to top it off, they are generous with their time limits and prices. You guys rock thank you! read more

The best in Temecula. We've Been in Temecula 38 years.. Friendly and Family owned!! You get what you pay for..

Awesome service. Awesome people. I've been a customer for 25 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else even if they started charging me double. They make you feel like family every time you go in. My shirts and suits are always perfect at a great price. Thank you Lewis family read more

I've been on a few occasions and each time I feel that I am bring over priced. I paid over $4 a shirt. They are not very clear with prices. I had left some pants to be sent for sewing and came back from them without a receipt. I thought remembered that I had paid already and the lady behind the counter only gave me attitude when I asked her to check my past transactions just to make sure I didn't already pay for my pants like I had thought it did. I was made to feel bad for asking her to check as if I was trying to not pay or something. When I said I was here about a month ago she corrected me to say with attitude it's been a months since I was here last. I guess overall this place could use more clarity with pricing- as there are no signs or prices on the walls. I am giving three stars because the shirts are dry cleaned nicely and my pants are well altered. Customer service - not a fan. I will not be back. read more

This is my new cleaners. The people are so nice and helpful. I came in with a dirty comforter that had a tag stating to dry clean only. LC said that since it's polyester, they could wash it and it would come out better than dry clean. They were right as the thing looks almost new. read more

Lewis Cleaners as a new customer for life. The staff there were extremely nice and helpful. It truly was a family atmosphere. Prices are affordable and they got my stuff done when I needed and trust me it was short notice. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Family business. I had a stain and the owner did his best to remove the stain on my dress t shirt. Great customer service and very friendly. Small business owners with a positive attitude is something we need more. Than you! read more

I've been going to a different dry cleaner for a while and was looking for a new place that was a little less expensive. I took a table cloth in and thought I saw a scorch mark on it when it was home. I went in and told the man working there (the owner?) and after looking it over, we couldn't find the mark. (I think it might have been a shadow) The man was very rude, asking me how long I had been going there and where I used to go. After I told him he said, "maybe you should go back there!" I am still in shock about how poorly I was treated. I will take their advise and stop my weekly business. NEVER go here! read more

The people here are super friendly, I will say that, but there have been too many mistakes in the very few times I've been there to make me come back. My husband and I both dropped off uniforms on different days, but when we picked them up, my pants were somehow with his shirt and vice versa, which we unfortunately did not notice until one of us was at work. I also dropped off a shirt to have patches sewn on. I showed them where the patches should be (directly underneath another patch) and they came back halfway down the sleeve. They offered to fix it, but when I picked it up the second time it wasn't even centered with the first patch. read more

Wow! For an elderly lady, I'm becoming a yelping fool as my grandchildren say. Anyway, I've been having this cleaners clean my clothes for many years. A bit pricie but, quality work! Great place to know. read more

Can't say enough good things about the service this place provided. We were in town for a wedding and my girlfriends bridesmaid dress got hair gel spilled on it during the flight, leaving a huge greasy stain on the front. We were all freaking out since the wedding was in two days. Luckily, we found these guys and they knew exactly what to do. They took the time to listen to the problem and situation, and fixed it. In three hours!!! I don't know how but they saved a lot of trouble for my girlfriend and she was so grateful. These folks are professionals and provide excellent customer service. I wish I lived here so I could give them my business permanently. We would have paid triple for this. Go here!! read more

I don't find myself needing things dry cleaned more than once or twice a month, but when I have something they're the only place in town I'll go! They're always super nice when you walk in, and you feel welcome! Today is a warm day here in SoCal and I had to run errands with my 6 week old baby, when I went inside to drop off my items the woman working told me that I could always just honk and have them come out to me so I didn't have to move the baby in and out. I was so impressed and overwhelmed with joy by her saying this. Luckily my baby doesn't mind going in and out, but the thought of them going the extra mile to make my life, or other customers life easier, not only has guaranteed that I will be a customer for life, but restores a little bit of hope in humanity! read more

I love this establishment! I usually bring in my husband's work uniforms, and Lewis's does exactly as I ask. I haven't doubted them. Cheap and fast, but I'm not entirely sure the quality is the best. The woman working there was super nice so I hate giving a less than great review. I will admit their price on laundered shirts is hard to beat. read more

I have been going to Lewis cleaners for several months now and I have been blown away by their service. They are incredibly professional, always have quick turn around times, and the most trustworthy dry cleaners in Temecula. Just this past visit, I accidentally left some cash in one of my slacks without knowing and during my pick up, they graciously attached it to my clothes. This simple act just goes to show that Lewis Cleaners is a business that you can trust and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent dry cleaning services. Thank you, I am now a customer for life. read more

Great place for Dry Cleaning and the owners are nice.

Walked into this place, they were trying to charge me $100 dollars for what I usually pay $45 for?! $4.50 to launder shirts?? 8 dollars for a jacket? Supposedly they've been around for a while but I have no idea how or why people would keep lining up to get ripped off... Response to comment below: I actually just moved to the area, that's the only reason for me looking for a new dry cleaner. I've lived in OC, SD, LA and have never seen prices these high, I sure hope you have the highest level of customer service and quality at these prices. Sorry I don't have an extra 400 a month to spend on dry cleaning LOL! Good luck, you've been around a long time from what I was told when I came in so I'm sure you will be fine! read more

I have never had them clean any items. However, my husband and I are both in the military and have both taken uniforms there to get very simple work done, holes stitched up on cammie pants and simple rank sewn on sleeves. For the simple work needed for military uniforms the pricing is pretty outrageous. I suggest if you are in the military stick to places close to the base, pricing is considerably more reasonable. This places doesn't do any amazing work that deserves the prices. read more

This family has been taking care of my husband military uniforms since we moved here in dec 2015 . They have phenomenal customer service. I always recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been taking all of my weekly dry cleaning and laundry to this lovely family for the past 7 years and they are fantastic! They do a good job with the laundry but the customer service stinks. My husband dropped off his clothes and the lady at the counter said he couldn't get a claim check because she was too busy. If he wanted a claim check he would have to come back later. So rude. read more

Thanks for the reply although I am disappointed you did not copy/paste the original answer you sent me on a personal e-mail... Here it is, this is how Lewis Cleaners treat their customers: "after I cleaned your dress I returned it to the bag you brought it in which that the moth was in I hand cleaned that dress came out perfect when you asked if I carried insurance I knew you were going to be a problem.im not responsible for your bag having a moth." I appreciate you calling me "a problem", I would define myself more like an unhappy customer complaining on a public website aimed exactly to this purpose. I will let other future customers decide if it makes sense that a moth stays inside a bag after taking my gown out and putting it back in after cleaning. read more

If you need a dry cleaner for your down comforter please use Lewis Cleaners. I took in a king size down comforter that I had cleaned other times but it never was clean when it returned. I am new to the area, and I found Lewis on a fluke. I have to say that as with most cleaners, they do a satisfactory job. I've had only one broken button in a year, props to them. What is top notch with Lewis is that the treat you well. Justin as well as everyone else know me when I come in, they get my preferences, and they are proficient at providing a service. I actually enjoy dropping (and picking up) my gametes as I feel that they really care about what they do. I do recommend this establishment, seriously, a family-owned business that knows your name when you arrive, that says a lot. read more

Got my suits dry clean for first time, got them all wrinkled, so disappointed, I'm thinking they forgot to dry clean them

I am in the customer service business and have to tell you that I am impressed with everyone at Lewis Cleaners!!! As soon as you walk I walked in the door, I was treated like family, I sincerely felt that way when I left there on my very first visit. The family and their employees has always treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and kindness every time we have been there. My clothes are always perfect (and I ama very picky detail oriented professional) on time and the pricing is very reasonable. The only way I would stop doing business with Lewis Cleaners is if they left the country and didn't tell me where they were going! I'll be a loyal customer for as long as they are in business!
