I had to seek out a laundry service a few weeks ago, and I found Laund3r. I was extremely pleased with it. Pickup and delivery was timely and my clothes were folded nicely in a really cool blue laundry bag. There was a tag with my name and info on it. Thank you Laund3r! I definitely recommend!! read more

June2024- PCS move had all our clothing, linen, some military uniforms and towels in boxes that smelled of mildew and had mold. We were able to get a one day turnaround on 125lbs of laundry they folded items and even bagged like-items together! This service definitely alleviated the burden of trying to do multiple loads at home. Their customer service was great and even asked our preference of type of detergent and hot/cold water. We will most definitely use them again! read more

They're ok. Had a few hiccups and they did refund for the sweater.maybe we will try them again

They do an amazing job and have pick up and drop off. Everything is cleaned and folded and washed to your preference. Recently I had a family member that sent out their laundry and forgot they left money in their clothes. When we received the laundry back, in s separate clear bag was the cash. It was not a small amount and I'm so impressed by the integrity of this company and their employees! In this day and age it's rare to find. I definitely recommend their service which is so helpful with a full workload. read more

This company is phenomenal to do business with. Pick up Tuesday, delivery Wednesday at your front door. Pricing is reasonable and reliable! read more

My washer decided to breakdown on me and I was stuck with a few loads of clothes that needed washing. Being a busy mom & student who works fulltime, I had no time/patience to spend at a laundromat. After a quick search, I discovered Laund3r. I followed the instructions online and was quickly scheduled for next day pickup. I started off with 20lbs of laundry to test the service (I should have just sent all my laundry!). My laundry was returned to my doorstep in a nifty reusable bad that contained neatly folded clothes bagged together with like items. I am impressed by their service and have raved about it to my coworkers. Saved me time and sanity! Reasonably priced and the company responded quickly to my questions. read more

I have very specific service requests and was totally accommodated without hesitation! I had items needing to be bagged separately, hand washed, folded and put in sealable bags individually and a few other requests. They pick up and deliver for the same price other places charge if YOU drop off and pick up!! I do believe I was also given a military discount! You can't go wrong using this laundry service! I was able to reach them through email, text and by calling. They really cater to their customer! read more

Very impressed with speed of service, friendliness of people over the phone, and same day availability. Our washer dryer went out and they were so helpful and actually reasonably priced. I would recommend and use them again! read more

I LOVED this service, until my clothes started to go missing. As a career mama this was literally a life saver. At first I thought maybe they were misplaced and I would never be flippant to accuse anyone of theft but it quickly became clear that my clothes were GONE! They reviewed the tapes supposedly and took a long time to circle back with me, they did confirm that they have "blindspots" before and after the bags leave the facility. I was offered a credit but I'd MUCH prefer to continue to use the service and have my clothing back. In total I was missing multiple lululemon items, pants etc. very disappointing :( read more

amazing perfect could not have been better. I have used fold and wash before other places and none come close to this place, I will definitely use them consistently. The folding on this place was immaculate. I don't know how they folded them so well but everything was perfect. I loved it. read more

AMAZING service. Just register on their website and you're good to go! They were punctual and delivered at the requested time. Even delivered the clean laundry folded in one of their branded bags. Recommend to anyone in the Murrieta or Temecula area. read more

Avoid. After being a loyal customer for 2.5 years, I was subjected to items missing from my laundry and the final straw - one of my shirts ripped to shreds but folded and placed back in my laundry. When I complained, I was told "well do you want to cancel services because we can't meet your expectations?" Sorry, but having all my items returned to me clean and in usable condition is some kind of high expectation? Seems to me this would be a pretty normal expectation of any customer getting their clothes serviced. Im a pretty easy customer. I just need wash and fold. Instead I was treated like some kind of problem, which is completely uncalled for. I decided to give them another shot and arranged for another pickup. They didn't show. I texted to ask about the pickup. A few hours later I received a call saying they didn't pick it up and would no longer do my laundry because they "couldn't meet my expectations." So *I* had to contact *them* to get this info. And now I'm the one stuck w dirty laundry that isn't getting done when I work 80 hours a week and don't have access to a washer and dryer where I live. This is a completely unprofessional way to deal with anyone, and frankly, pretty rude when I had been getting regular service every 3 weeks for the past 2.5 years. This is how I get treated? You're right. I expect better. And so should you. read more

Ive been a loyal customer for years and have always had the best experience. They are quick to respond, attentive to my needs and requests, and always left my clothes folded and smelling clean. Thank you for making life a little easier on me. read more

Never heard of this service before, they do not do much advertising. I tried when one of their customers recommended me when my washer broke down. I'm now a frequent customer. Here are my observations about this business: - I like the fact that their facilities are not laundromats. - Next-day delivery - Reasonable prices. The only negative for me is that they do not pick up on weekends. read more

This was HANDS DOWN the best service I have ever paid for!! My laundry room and kitchen flooded and I had to use all my clothes to soak up the water. And since I hate doing laundry and I don't have time to sit and do 10 loads...let alone 1 load...I found these guys and it was AMAZING!!! I out the clothes in bags outside...they picked up before I left for work. It was waiting at my door the next day in a big blue laundry bag, dry and folded in air tight bags. All I had to do was open the bags and put away. I'm a single dad that has 2 businesses I have no time for laundry this was AWESOME!! I totally recommend this. I'm super excited about it! I'll be doing this weekly for sure!!! read more

I live on the east coast and my sister & brother in law live on the West coast in Murietta, CA. They have major disabilities so when they both got sick at the same time and were in need of help it was extremely stressful to not be able to run to their aid. One thing they needed help with was their laundry. They don't have a washer or dryer in their apartment but I was able to find a company through Yelp who services their area. Laund3r.com was a lifesaver and their services are exceptional for a very fair price! I highly recommend Laund3r.com. read more

I am so thankful for you guys! 6 HUGE loads of laundry, all done washed folded, and smelled Devine! Back the same day! Not only that they separated all of the families clothes almost to perfection! With 3 kids, 2 adults, sport's and all! HIGHLY recommend this service especially to the moms and dads Out there working hard and letting the laundry fall behind. Inexpensive as well and worth the money ! Every single penny! Ok read more

Great service! My clothes come back smelling clean and fresh. My favorite part is not having to fold them, now if only they would put them away too! read more

I love this concept. I drop my dads stuff off...a few hours later it's washed and folded. They are a little hidden, but they pick up and deliver too for convenience. They are friendly and very courteous. I have referred them to so many people (including my daughter). read more

Update: Company changed management, and customer service is not nearly as good. They are inconsistent with pick ups, and laundry isn't all folded the same, so it's hard to store it without re-folding it. Not worth it, when you pay for that service. This is a great service! I set my dirty laundry outside my front door, and they picked it up. They returned it the next day, and it was clean and folded! Worth every penny!!! read more

I used Laund3r.com for the first time yesterday. I made my appointment on-line, I received conformation via text and e-mail. I had 91 pounds of laundry in 8 large garbage bags. The laundry was returned in 2 heavy duty laundry bags, all shorted and place in individual bags based on item types, towels, underclothes, etc. Everything smells great and I couldn't be happier with the service. Also, the lady that picked up and delivered was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Laund3r.com and I will use them again. read more

100 percent satisfied !! I had a flood in my house and this place has exceeded my expectations. They are so accommodating. I picked the day I needed service and they said they would have it back the next day while my house has been under construction due to water damage. Not only have they delivered as promised but they have brought it back same day every time.fresh folded and packaged even when they were set to deliver the next day and special shout to Nicole for her great service since day one !! One more plus .very affordable! read more

I would like to thank you for the easy way to get your laundry done!! They are very fast and organized.

I placed by first order a week and a half ago, laundry was picked up and delivered on time but unfortunately when delivered I was missing an item. I had placed work clothes, normal daily clothing and my bedding. All of the regular items returned but my queen size Kate Spade velour blanket was not in my order. I emailed thinking maybe they just forgot to package it with my things but they emailed back three days later saying they were unable to locate. I called them to discuss and they said they checked their cameras and basically it's my word against them and there was nothing they could do since I couldn't prove I sent the blanket? So I would avoid sending high end or designer items as according to other reviews that's what seems to disappear. They offered a refund of my 60 dollar order but unfortunately that will not come close to replacing the blanket. I would not recommend using this service for anything of value or importance. read more

Having to go to the laundramat is a royal pain in da butt AND expensive. I had a month of laundry bagged up in my car and kept procrastinating about gettin it done. So I went online and found Laund3r and now I am a very happy camper. The whole process was sooooo easy. Called them up, scheduled the day for pickup, took the bags out of my car (lol) and sat them on my deck. They came by and picked them up and delivered back to me the next day. My clothes were clean, smelled fresh and were all folded and packaged up neatly. I am really impressed with their service. I also think the price was well deserved for all that was done in the process. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to all. Oh.....and very nice people too!! Now with my car free of laundry, I can drive by those laundramats in clean clothes with a smile on my face and chuckle. read more

Great Service! I started the service when I decided to do a spring cleaning in all the closets. The laundry had a next day turn around and not only was the clothes clean but all my husband's work clothes was ironed! I also got great friendly service. The laundry was picked up and dropped off in my front porch so I didn't have much face to face interaction but I would receive a text when my laundry was picked up and when it was dropped off, sometimes I would receive follow up text asking if the service was satisfactory and if there was anything they could do different. If I asked for anything to be done different it would be taken care of right away. I even forgot one time to put the laundry out and went out of town I received a text asking if I would like to reschedule or wait until next week and was able to reschedule for the next day. I kept the service on going because it was well done, convenient, friendly and affordable. read more
