When I went to Executive cleaners and took my wedding dress in I was told they might not be able to clean my dress. With the process it required it might fall apart. It had yellow stains everywhere, but I had to take a chance and agreed to their terms. This dress was My mom's 25th wedding anniversary dress. I of course wore it for my wedding and now in a few months one of my daughters will be marrying and she wanted to wear it for her wedding reception. I wish I'd taken a picture of what it looked like when I took it in, but oh my gosh I was breath-taken when I saw my dress. It is like new and now my daughter can wear it too. My mom had the original style. I altered it a little and now it's my daughters turn. Executive cleaners will be helping with the alterations and I can't wait to see the result.! Exceptional service! I came in at 7am and they were so nice and accommodating. They not only had it done same day for me, they didn't even charge me the entire emergency fee for prioritizing me. I have been coming here for a while now and usually drop off between 8 to 10 items... but this time, it was 6 items, and the cost was $90... which is what I normally pay for more ?... 3 of the dresses are linen and the other 3 were regular cotton. When asked for a price breakdown my receipt states formalwear? I am confused on how these translate to formal wear when the actual definition in the dictionary for formalwear is a states, "clothing, such as tuxedos and evening gowns, for formal social occasions." WOW.. this is absolutely highway robbery and when I asked to explain how these are considered formalwear, he just repeated formalwear to me several times.. he could not even explain it because they are not actually formalwear. I am so upset and think it's extremely wrong and I WILL NEVER BE BACK. read more

I am extremely disappointed. This company had some of the highest ratings in Temecula. BTW, they are the same cleaner as Vineyard Valet Dry Cleaning, also listed here. It's true, Executive did a nice job of cleaning and pressing my clothes. However, they lost my favorite black slacks that were tailored for me in Hong Kong. I loved those slacks. They could've cared less, and did nothing to reimburse me. I checked with them numerous times to see if anyone had returned them. They barely looked for them...and barely said they were sorry. Okay, I let it slide...where else can I go? Our previous cleaner on De Portola behind Costco had lost a bunch of my husband's shirts, too. THEN, my husband brought clothes home from Executive Cleaners about 3 times later and there was a woman's sweater among the items that was not mine. I took it back and I'm still trying to figure out what OTHER item of mine they lost because the number of pieces was correct. I wouldn't ever trust this cleaner with my clothes again. Disappointed. Brought 4 mens shirts and 5 handcrafted baby items. Men's shirts came out fine. Baby items did not. I brought them in for a reason because I didn't trust myself to clean them. 4 of the 5 baby items are now ruined because of discoloring and and pulled thread. Pretty sad. Changing my review. I've decided to look for a different cleaners after trying this place a few times. They really don't do that great of a job. I don't like how the receipt isn't itemized. And the prices in the store are on a small piece of paper behind the register. The guy never offers to help put my clothes in my car. I am always carrying my 10 month old too. It's a struggle. I go in there with my clothes and I like to organize them on the counter but the guy starts taking them from me and putting them in the computer. So it makes me feel like it's being counted wrong. Also, I'm not sure if it's necessary for the clothes dry cleaning process but during the summer it is insanely hot in there and I feel bad for the employees doing the dry cleaning. Oh and the hours on yelp aren't accurate. read more

I ripped my slacks a while back and Executive cleaners sewed them back for me and now it looks and feels like the tear never happened. They did an excellent job cleaning 4 of my work slacks that i brought in and for a reasonable price too. I dropped my items off on Wednesday morning and they were ready for pick up on that Friday. Their turn around time for this was incredible. They are also conveniently located off margarita and about 1 mile away from mi casa. My only issue with this establishment would be their customer service. Not like it really matters in terms of the services being offered. I mean if they were serving food then it would be completely unacceptable but they are in the dry cleaning business. I just like to talk to people and expect more feedback rather than 1 word answers and negative tones. But that is the difference between a flawless 5 star review rather than this above average 4 star review. I needed my designer gown steamed and pressed for my wedding day this Saturday. I also asked if they would be able to do a very delicate veil. They had it done within 24 hours and did such an fantastic job. I told them I needed the lace to lay flat on the tulle of the veil and I couldn't be more happy with the results. If you want someone to ruin your 300.00 jacket and not tell you, then this is your spot. This place has a history of losing clothes and double charging you. The service has taken a fast decline. I have several jackets from same company and not ONE has half lined a jacket. I only discovered this atrocity when putting the jacket on. It did not fit right.This caused me to look inspect the lining and to my horror a half sewn jacket. The biggest insult was the poor job they did to COVER things up. The owner needs to check his employees work before they finish a job. At least be a decent business owner and notify the PAYING customer that you have DESTROYED their garments. Totally dissatisfied. This cleaners are totally incompetent and unprofessional. I took a bunch of clothing for dry cleaning about 30 pieces most of them came out worst than when I took them in. My light color/white clothing came out stained and brownish even after the second attempt by the owner to redo the cleaning. He had the guts to insinuate it was the way the clothing were when I brought them. After rejecting his claim he then admitted it was possible the dark colors co-mingled with the light color clothing during cleaning. I'm so disappointed with the service and wanted to post this review with the hope that it helps someone. read more

I spent $70 on 23 shirts they look great just didn't expect to pay that much but when I went through them they were perfect. They were done in two days which I'm not sure is good timing but the shirts look wonderful! I know my Hunny will be so happy to wear all his favorite shirts since he lets them just pile up for months.. Damn, these guys are good. I spilled an entire glass of red wine on a friend's white wool coat and then tried to get it out with stain remover, which only made it worse. I just picked up the coat at the cleaners and it looks awesome... and it only cost $13.95 too. Great job. read more
