I had the best experience with Class Act Tuxedo. I called them frantically on Thursday (we had a wedding on Saturday) because I needed a sage green suit for my 5 year old. He was the ring bearer in a friends wedding. The suit we had ordered from somewhere else was the wrong color and a terrible fit. They not only had the correct color but had it quickly shipped. I was able to pick it up Friday morning and the owner also quickly tailored it for me. It was a perfect fit and completely saved the day!

How often do you walk into a business and fall in love with it? For me, it's very rare. But I absolutely fell in love with this place and the two owners, Sal & Shae! I got several suits here for my wedding and now I travel from LA just to come here because I love this place so much! I am impressed with the care and attention Sal & Shae give to every customer that walks in. They are so friendly and welcoming, it is undeniable that their customers truly matter to them and they take real pride in their work. They charge unbeatable prices whilst offering top-notch service. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! But don't just take my word for it, their reputation speaks for itself!

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband and two sons. I sent them over to Class Act after seeing the great reviews here on yelp with an inspo picture of what I wanted their look to be for our big 20th anniversary celebration . Planning a wedding on my own down to every last detail it was very hard for me not to be there and just put my faith in the owners of this shop to come through for us and boy did they ! I had no idea what my husband or son's tuxedos looked like until our ceremony began. I could not contain my tears. My baby boys looked absolutely handsome and I've never seen my husband look so dang sharp! If you are looking for a small business to really take care of your needs , class act is it. I want to add that my husband mentioned that they really took care of them and actually listened to what they liked & catered their looks to meet their style. Class act provided A+++ service. If we ever need suits and tuxedo rentals again I will not hesitate to come back and recommend anyone here.

What is there to say but excellence! Thank you Shae and Sal for your amazing work and customer service! You two are definitely the best!

    Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend this place. It was busy when we arrived to select the tux but the owners were extremely nice, patient and professional. They communicated how long the wait might be and it was worth the wait. Pick up was a breeze. Looking forward to coming back next year! Thanks again for making my son look so handsome!

With Home Coming only a little over a week away, my son and his friends decided to go to the dance. They wanted to go casual, but fresh. I considered going suit shopping but time wasn't on our side. Thankfully, Class Act took him in, got him sized, he picked his colors, and was able to pick up his outfit right on time for the dance. He was so happy and feeling good with his outfit. We will be back soon for prom!

Best ever!! We love Shay and her husband, the owners of Class Act. They treated us like family on day one. The suit looked absolutely gorgeous on my teenage son and they gave us a smoking deal. No need to pay those huge suit prices from the corporate owned chain places! My son was the best dressed kid in the wedding!! Shay was professional but also relaxed and no pressure. The suit was ironed perfectly when we picked it up and the alterations were perfect. She even threw in some free shoes to borrow for the weekend. I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!! This place is a hidden gem. Keep up the good work guys!

God forgive me for not posting this earlier. I came in for a fitting for my best friend's wedding, and walked out with a purchased tuxedo and four complete three piece suits. Sal and Shae, you both are absolutely amazing and have no idea how much I appreciate the two of you. God bless you always!

Keeping Classy with Class Act, Let's Goooo!

Love, love, love this place! Shae & Sal have been taking care of me for years. However, this time around it was the biggest event of my life, my wedding. Shae has a lot of spunk and personality, so be prepared. She's cool as long as your cool. Sal is down to earth and always helping hand to Shae or the store. It can get really busy especially, during prom, wedding, and graduation time (May/June). Be sure to make an appointment before coming and don't freak out if its busy when you arrive on your scheduled time. People walk in unexpected and sometimes get turned away because they didn't make an appointment. I promise the two of them work as fast as they can and will get you in/out as soon as possible, so keep a positive mind. Please support them as it is family-owned business. Their prices are unbeatable. Thanks Shae & Sal for always keeping me on point throughout the years. Look forward to getting suited and booted for my next event with Class Act.

We were browsing dress shirts when my boyfriend asked to try on a simple white shirt (around $90). Before even allowing him to try it on, the man questioned whether the price was "acceptable," then went on to complain about customers on a budget wasting his time by asking to try things on. This was unnecessary and off-putting. My boyfriend tried the shirt anyway. While the fit was fine, the fabric and overall quality did not justify the price, so he decided not to purchase it. At that point, the situation escalated. The owner became visibly irritated and began criticizing my boyfriend's current shirt, insisting the one in the store was far superior--ironically, the shirt he was wearing had been purchased from that same store previously. The entire interaction felt argumentative, dismissive, and unnecessarily condescending. Shopping should not feel like you have to justify your budget or defend your decisions as a customer. There are plenty of places that offer both quality products and respectful service. This was not one of them.

We rented complete head-to-toe looks for both of my boys for prom, and they looked absolutely amazing. Everything fit well, and the overall presentation was sharp and polished. I highly recommend using Men's Wearhouse. While prices can be a bit higher during prom season, you're truly paying for the experience--and it shows. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. If you want to avoid the hassle of piecing together an outfit for prom, a wedding, or any special event, this is definitely the place to go. When I walked in, I wasn't acknowledged at all. Several associates passed by me without a greeting or even eye contact, which made the store feel surprisingly unwelcoming. I spent some time browsing on my own, hoping someone might check in, but that never happened. It wasn't until I was basically on my way out the door that someone finally asked if I needed help -- at that point, it felt a little too late. The store itself seemed fine and had a decent selection, but service really sets the tone, especially for a place where people are often shopping for important occasions. I left feeling overlooked and disappointed. Hoping this was just an off day, because the experience didn't match the expectations.

This is easily one of my favorite Boot Barn locations...top five for sure…read more I ordered a new cowboy hat and worked with Brad, who shaped it exactly how I wanted. I didn't want anything standard or off-the-shelf, more relaxed edges, a subtle front tip, and a little intentional unevenness. He listened, added a smart suggestion to widen the front for better balance, and it made all the difference. The whole process felt more like getting fitted for a suit than buying a hat. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and not overcrowded. Prices are fair, and there's something for everyone. Great experience all around, easy five stars.

As I found my boot size and went through the vast selection of boots, I was greeted by at least 2 other associates who asked if I needed any help. At the time I didn't, but I realize I would have some questions about the fit of the boot that I was considering. I saw one of that employees walking by and she gladly assisted me in the boot area and told me all about how a boot should feel and fit. She also put a pair of insoles inside of the boots so I could tell the difference when walking. She told me about the normal break- in, the heel, how it should feel, how the boot should not feel, and how much and when they would stretch and mold to my foot. Because of Callia's service, demeanor, and expertise, I ended up buying the boots but did consider walking away and "thinking about it" at one point when I was confused about some discomfort with the boot ( before her help) . At the cash wrap, I was offered a pair of wood ?boot stands? to keep the moisture out of the boot but I ended up going w/ a leather conditioner first and in all honesty I told her I would like to see if I would find some of the wood inserts on Amazon for less. She explained to me why the Amazon inserts were not going to be the same and it made sense with what she said. Before the total, she signed me up for a type of rewards program and I got 10% off for purchasing in my birthday month, which was a nice surprise . The store itself has soooo many cute items, accessories, nice hats, clothing and of course boots. But I will come back for the customer service for sure. I am over 50 and worked in an era where if we were working with the public, we'd better exemplify some amazing customer service and this is that same, good old fashioned service that seems to have disappeared in the last decade or so. Thank you Boot Barn. And thank you Callia, Krystal, Dee, and Nilo!!!
