I made an appointment online, and Jasen reached out to me in advance to introduce himself. Jasen was extremely patient and took me through the entire process, which was immensely helpful for a guy who has no idea what he's doing in the suit department. Going through fabric books and picking styles was something I never thought I'd do, but it was super enjoyable, and Jasen made it a breeze. These guys have a beautiful facility--and an incredibly well-stocked bar--befitting of a true bespoke suit shop and they have a ton of casual options, shoes, and accessories to browse as well. When you're here, you get true concierge service that is becoming increasingly rare in any industry. When I finally put on the finished product, I was blown away. The tux is comfortable enough that I could go jogging in it, looks incredible, and truly felt like it was made for me. Maybe that's a style I don't know about. Shows no compassion or concern. Kept asking us if we could wait until the Thursday before our Saturday wedding to come by for a fitting. Literally kept changing fitting dates. Even when we said no to him, he set a fitting date for the Monday before and then cancelled it. He asked my fiance to drive to downtown Los Angeles from Joshua Tree, only to show up and find the "master tailor" stank of alcohol and told her to go get a drink at 8 am while he worked on her dress (we pulled the dress and then went to someone else - paying the rush fee). He acts as if he is doing you a favor and you should be thankful for him even making time for you - or changing dates - or not doing his job. Never once apologized. He may have been someone in the 80's - now he is just plain bad at his job.

Needless to say, those fits were not made for me..fabric gathered on my lap from the excess fabric, my coats and blazers pushed my silhouette up giving me large frumpy shoulders as well as made me looked frumpy at the waist. Pants were not made for wheelchair users in the sense that we need longer legs that won't ride up from sitting, wider waist line and room at the hips to accommodate "quad belly." Now for my experience at Premium Suit Bespoke Tailors. 1st off, the store is beautiful and welcoming. When I mentioned concerns to Ray and Eddie, they knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. They started with a base dress shirt and suit. They listened to my concerns and wants regarding fit and comfort. Everything was tailored exactly how I asked..the arms were tailored for a fitted look and feel. Because they were knowledgeable to what I needed he made sure to leave room for movement (reaching and bending of arms) without sacrificing the look and feel. The length of my coat was trimmed and rests on my lap so perfectly. The back was trimmed so I would not be sitting on excess fabric and be uncomfortable while wearing it.
