"Little old feel but owner seems nice" Started my interaction with the owner over phone, he was prompt and very helpful and polite, I was asking about what they offer and pricing, few days later I came into store for a dress and suit, tried to call ahead of time no answer no big deal maybe they're busy, came to the location and entered through the back I'm not sure if that's their main door but it was really strange it's like a really outdated storage room that you can't help to feel you shouldn't be back there, we went all the way to the front with no greeting or anyone coming up to us for info on the items, they seemed nice and well stocked it's just it's extremely outdated inside, doesn't feel welcoming or clean just old, definitely with alittle more updating they could be more welcoming read more

Awesome tailor! They altered 2 pairs of pants for me last minute & had them ready the same day.

My husband has taken his new suit pants here to have them hemmed for years without a problem. However, he recently left five pants to be hemmed with one of them needing an adjustment in the waist as well. Short story is that they adjusted the waist for all of them and charged him for adjusting all five pair. The one pair fit fine, but the other four were too tight. Took the four pair back to be "unadjusted", which they did. However, they would not refund the full cost of the unnecessary work. This experience was SUPER frustrating and we will not be back. We will also let all of our suit wearing friends know to steer clear of this place as well. read more

Recently took a pair of pants to this place to get the waist altered. It's kinda dirty inside and the MJ that works there was lot very polite but I ve never been to a tailor before so I wasn't sure what to expect. He pinned the pants very quickly and said ok pick up this day. I picked them up and they're only altered on one side of the pant and now there gapping the back. Pretty much ruined a brand new pair of pants. I won't be taking anything back to them again. read more

I cannot say enough good about this business. They've altered a dress of my daughter's, hemmed multiple pairs of pants and skirts for my mother, and even altered my sister's wedding dress magnificently. They've lined two skirts, with me providing the lining fabric. Their latest? Replacing the lining in a Reza Duro leather pea coat with over a dozen buttons and backs. I was not in a hurry, and let them know this. I wanted the original tags sewn back in, as well. I purchased the lining fabric and turned it over. The result is fabulous. The coat looks brand-new; I wore it out of the shop. I was promised it a couple of times, but I was contacted via text that it would be delayed. Again, I can not recommend them highly enough. Went to get 2 formal dresses altered and was told a price at drop off. When I went to pick up the dress, the gentlemen wanted to charge me more than the price that was indicated on my ticket. He claimed that he added tape to the straps so it could be more comfortable. I had already paid an extra amount for the straps to be added so why would I be charged more to do the proper job. They had my number and could have called me and asked for the ok before wanting to charge me more for something I didn't ask for. read more

Master Tailoring tailors onsite, however they also have formal wear available onsite as well. The owner has many tuxedos available to use almost immediately. He does all his own alterations and can have things ready for you asap. I ordered 3 tuxedos approximately 1 week before my wedding and he had them ready on Wednesday (wedding was Sunday). On Friday my father needed to rent a tuxedo as well, and he had his fitted and ready before close that same day. Onsite tuxedos are only $75, a steal compared to mens warehouse, where I was going to pay $170 (for the same design). The tuxs looked and fit great. This place has no AC and to top it off she said my dress would be ready on a Tuesday so I went to go pick it up and there was a sign that said the closed early because it got too hot what's the point of her taking my phone number she could've called me to tell me she was closing early. I decided to try this business since it was recommended by my neighbors. The physical appearance of the store is a little disconcerting, in an old run-down building in downtown Hemet. But once I started dealing with the owners, I felt very comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful, and managed to make alternations to fully-lined dress in just a few days and for a very reasonable charge. I've since brought in a pile of my clothes to be altered, and plan to use them from now on. read more

One Star is one star too many. They butchered my daughters $300 beaded gown for prom. The shoulder straps were sewn together in a folded over clump. Strings of beading destroyed and visibly falling off with torn threads all over. The bag of extra beads that came with the gown was still attached to the pricetag and left unopened, no excuse for not fixing the damages they caused. It felt deliberate. And the price, the PRICE to Ruin my daughters dress! Over $100 ! I sent her in to pick it up, we get home and Oh My God! I couldn't believe my eyes! I called the so called master tailors to complain and they were Rude and offered no compensation or even an apology! I would never recommend this dirty ratty (and I mean dirty looks like a horder runs the place) hack job place to anyone. Ever. read more

There is a woman here that does tailoring that is just fabulous, I had a very expensive wedding gown that had to be taken out. I was so afraid I was going to have to have the whole back taken out and then laced up like shoe strings which would have ruined the whole style of the dress. She was able to take it out from the side. I didnt have extra french lace that matched so I was able to get some lace fabric that was similar for her to use. You can't even tell where the different fabric it. She truely has a talent for what she does. My dress looks beautiful. She saved the day! :) read more

All of these 4 and 5 star reviews are misleading. I was told to pick up my pants at 1 pm. I show up to 10 minutes early to find the shop closed. Definitely wouldn't consider that a 5 star business. An extremely unprofessional move in my opinion. read more
