I dropped off six items. 5 pairs of Levi's and a white football jersey with a mustard stain, and yellowing on the neckline from a couple years of improper handling from being uncovered in my closet. Man, where do I start... I brought in 6 items to be cleaned: a couple of dresses, a shirt, a skirt and coat. It costed me $87. A bit steep in price if you ask me but it's close to my house so I gave it a try. Almost a week later, I get a text saying everything is ready for pick up. I go get my items and come home. Everything looks decent except my skirt. My skirt had been taken apart!!! Whoever was assigned to clean this DID NOT understand the design or the fashion of how it was supposed to look. They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. Never been here before and I will never come back. I thought in a jersey that had what may have been a mustard stain. I asked if they'd be able to remove it. The clerk took it aside and sprayed some chemicals on it and then showed it to me stating it looked like with some more chemicals it would be removed. The business requires you to pre-pay (gee, I wonder why). When I picked my jersey up, no difference. Stain still there but they got their money. Pretty poor way of doing business in my opinion. This dry cleaner is AWFUL. I took four 108" long curtain panels to have dry cleaned cleaned they ruined them by washing them in a washing machine! The cost was $280! When I asked for a manager the employee lied and said she would be in later that day. When I went back no manager was there. I went back the next day and the girl argued with me when I showed her the HOLES and SHRINKAGE. Finally a manager called me a week later and left a voicemail. I cannot give this cleaners enough praise. My husband asked me, a couple of months ago, to get his blazer cleaned. I thought I did. Then, on Friday, at 2:00P, he asked where it was...... I never got it cleaned (sigh). So, I got on Yelp and started a search. However, I really didn't think I could find one that I could a cleaners, which I could drop off at 2:00P and get it back by noon the next day. I was WAY wrong. This place is AMAZING!!! I called them. They answered immediately. The nice lady told me that I could come over and she would have it ready. I got there within 30 minutes. I returned the next day, by noon. The same lady was there, with a smile. She not only cleaned the blazer, but she was also nice enough to clean a suit and have it ready as well! I HIGHLY recommend them. For years they prepared my uniforms correctly and according to regulations but with in the past year, I've had to have them redo my uniforms multiple times. This place is a life saver. They saved my wedding it was Saturday, they closed at 4:00 pm and we were doing our last minute preparation for our wedding on Sunday and at 5:30 pm before our rehearsal dinner we realized that we had forgot to pick up my suit and considering I'm the groom there was no way I could just run out and get another one and match.
