They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED.
