I don't normally go to a laundromat, so I did not have the frequent flyer card and use their coin machine. There are 4+ corn machines to use. I put in a $20 and a one dollar bill and got back $18 $.50. There were three laundry workers there that morning, one of them being the owner I believe, and after a phone call at about 10 minutes investigation, he gave me back $2.50. I appreciate that he was there to handle my issue immediately, and I was satisfied with the result. The high capacity washing machines worked great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience experience using them. It took 23 minutes, cleaned my pets beds great and drained them very well. One of the machines had a slight leak as during the spinning cycle, but they had towels there to catch the residue. All in all I will give this place a five star review, but it should only be 4 1/2 because the coin machine didn't give me the right change. I pity anyone who was short changed and the owner was not there to immediately corrected.

There are no posts in the facility indicating a phone number or any other type of contact information in the event a customer has a need to contact owner/operator. Almost 4 months of laundry had stacked up and I was looking for support to help me maintain that piece of our families lives as work was just pure chaos. The LL team was incredible. This service changed my life and was well worth it to have the support and time back. I always joke that the first gal Marie Kondo folded my underwear and it was so wild yet organized and space efficient that it's now the only way I fold my underwear. Even though I've since moved out of the area, this was by far such a great investment and great resource for those who are busy with other aspects of life or even just stuck/ overwhelmed. Thank you!

They always come across like jerks in their text reminding folks by saying how long it's been that a customer hasn't picked it up. I personally think it's comical, but at the same time super ghetto. Not sure if that's what they're trying to do. No complaints on the dry cleaning process itself, so I will give them 2 stars. But not a fan of how they treat customers which is why I don't intend to return and plan to warn ppl to take business elsewhere such as Canyon Tailor. I work M-F 12 hour shifts, and by the time I get home they're already closed. Meanwhile, I'll get a text that is intended to make me feel like a crappy customer. on how late I am on picking up my stuff. I get it you need the money/space. But I also gotta feed my family so you can wait until Saturday when I am off. I don't know who their owner is or if they're even aware that they are doing this, but I would advise that instead of texting and chastising your customers. maybe they could just send out a simple reminder that fees will be incurred if not picked up within x amount of days. It gives the customer incentive to want to pick up their clothes and makes you some extra cash.
