I put in a $20 and a one dollar bill and got back $18 $.50. There were three laundry workers there that morning, one of them being the owner I believe, and after a phone call at about 10 minutes investigation, he gave me back $2.50. I appreciate that he was there to handle my issue immediately, and I was satisfied with the result. The high capacity washing machines worked great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience experience using them. It took 23 minutes, cleaned my pets beds great and drained them very well. One of the machines had a slight leak as during the spinning cycle, but they had towels there to catch the residue. All in all I will give this place a five star review, but it should only be 4 1/2 because the coin machine didn't give me the right change. I pity anyone who was short changed and the owner was not there to immediately corrected.
