Clean folding area, restrooms and lounging area. Wash was great but turn the heat up on the dryer!! There is no way it cost me double to dry than it did to wash. Clothes is not heavy or thick either. read more

Until this laundry place & a worker named , "AMY!" She was rude & kicked my wife out the laundry place & with our sweet little dogs dogs out in the middle of us doing our laundry .....just because they approach a stranger & we said sorry too the stranger & the stranger said ,"oh it's okay !" Machines clean, place is clean, everything seems to work. Most machines look on the newer side. Only complaint. I arrived at 7:10 pm and closing time was 9:00 pm. Last wash states 7:30 I was 20 minutes early before that. When the lady in the nearly transparent pink leggings with a "Juicy" granny panties under and bleach blonde hair saw me loading my 3 small loads she said in Spanish, "Yo necesito irme a las 8:30, así que hágame un favor y apúrese ". This translates to, "I need to get out of here by 8:30 so hurry up". The attitude was what got me. Like I was an inconvenience. I thought they closed at 9 pm. It is 8 now and I need to find a laundromat thats open later to go dry my clothes at because I have this lady starring me down. I came here because of the good reviews. At the end she wins because I'm leaving, not looking to get into it with her. The place is clean at the expense of customer service. 8:03 Update. I came down from LA to help a friend clean her mom's trailer. She is elderly and lives by herself and just underwent hip replacement surgery. My friend tasked me to wash the bedding and we chose this place because it was close by. It looks like a large facility with many washer and dryers which is great. Holy mother of Christ this place smelled SO F*CKING terrible. Like rotting sewage has been percolating for weeks. I'm not sure if it was a recent broken pipe or this is "normal". I hope the owners send a plumber to fix this. read more

First time here! Up in Idyllwild, where I live, the only laundromat has reduced their hours and no longer open nights or sundays when I'm free. Presco is clean, washers and dryers don't stink of fabric softener, and Amy, the attendant on duty, is so sweet and helpful! Makes the drive worth it! read more

This place is really good. The Lady in charge of cleaning is very nice and helpful. Machines work pretty good and even though there is always customers you are able to get your things done without any problem. Regarding the people sometimes you encounter outside the place, well it's true but it's more a city's issue than a laundry thing ... but it's true and I understand it's sometimes unwanted and makes you be a little bit more aware of your surroundings while waiting outside for your clothes to be ready ‍. I am new to Hemet, Ca. I found it very unprofessional for the attendant to have the door locked at at 7:45 pm and tell me that they close at 9 pm. I asked what is the laundry cycle time frame and she stated 26 minutes so I looked at her and asked her to do the math. It didn't make sense to lock the doors and "display" the hours" until 10 p.m. but block customers from entering at 7:45 p.m. I will never ever go to this laundry mat again. I found a very clean and professional laundromat with attendant visible and the doors were open. read more

I'm new to the area. I lived in the same neighborhood for a long time prior to moving out here. So I was looking for a laundromat similar to the one I used to go to prior to moving out here. Some areas of hemet can be quite sketchy. I read a few reviews on Google & Yelp. I checked out the pictures. This place seemed nice and clean. I have a washer and dryer at home but but unfortunately my bed comforter is to big for my washer to properly wash. This is one of the highest rated laundromats in the Hemet/San Jacinto area. I had a good experience. The laundry attendant was Super helpful, friendly and nice. Down side there is a some homeless people but they done bother you. It's definitely something I'm not accustom seeing. read more

This is such an Amazing Company!! Customer Service is 10+ Stars!! From the owner Fred to the Employee, Amy!! The service was super fast and friendly!! My sister just moved to Hemet and her washer stopped and she didn't have a dryer. I tried a few other places but they wouldn't take the wet clothes. This place not only took them they weighed them again after they washed them and gave me a refund for the overage due to the wet clothes. They were so accommodating and super attentive. This is my new FAVORITE laundromat in Hemet! The owner is personable, pleasant, willing to help and answer any questions. The machines are all new and state of the art for a thorough washing and drying experience, without a worry of wasting your time and/or products. The interior of the laundromat including the machines are spotless and I hope everyone will help maintain that. Ample parking is also available behind the building with an access door. This is a great addition to this community and the community needs to help keep it that way. read more

I was a little hesitant to do my laundry so late but when I walked inside I was greeted by friendly staff. Two ladies cleaning and a male employee who assisted customers.
