Everything looks decent except my skirt. My skirt had been taken apart!!! Whoever was assigned to clean this DID NOT understand the design or the fashion of how it was supposed to look. They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. This is much higher than dozens of laundry places in San Diego. The city took over street parking for bike lanes and this is terrible for this area There is only one street space on Park Blvd. for the entire block for disability parking. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. Attendant on duty at all times.

I spoke with Hussein, explained my situation, and he immediately reassured me that they could help. He and his father met with me that same day, assessed the dress, and quickly came up with a plan.
