Could not be happier with my experience with Elegance Preserved!! I got married right before COVID so between that and working + starting a family, getting my dress cleaned went on the back burner for 5+ years. When I looked at my dress I was horrified to see dark stains all across the front and was worried it could not be saved. I researched for the best cleaning and preservation company online and EP kept popping up. What put them over the top was also they offered front door pick up and drop off for no additional fee - very appreciated when life is busy!! They were so professional and kept me informed of the progress of my dress throughout the process. I was able to do a FaceTime with my dress post cleaning and they walked me through all the spots in great detail that previously had stains - it looked like a brand new dress!! I can't say enough good things about Elegance Preserved. After my wedding, my dress had multiple large wine stains ( I was mortified) and was worried they might be permanent as I forgot about my dress in the closet as my life got busy with covid, a honeymoon, work and having babies! But thanks to their incredible team, and their hard work the stains are completely gone--like they were never there! It's mind blowing! Look at my before and after pictures. I initially was not going to do it because I was worried about the cost and not wanting to spend a lot of money if the stains were not going to come out, however they did a patch test run, and the stain came out beautifully so I was optimistic my dress could be saved! Not only did they handle the cleaning with amazing care, but they also preserved the dress beautifully. It's now safely stored in a keepsake box, looking just as stunning as the day I wore it. The attention to detail and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. They picked up and delivered the dress. They also had great communication through the whole process, letting me know how it was going. I found myself 6 years after my wedding needing to get my dress and veil preserved. To give you reference, I purchased an A-line dress from Casablanca Bridal. My dress was layers of tulle with a lace overlay and beading on the top and straps. I had spray tan and makeup stains as well as stains from the night at the bottom of the dress. Elegance Preserved picked up my dress from my residence sent me a quote and we were off to the races. I opted for a zoom call where I could see the dress after it was cleaned. Thereafter a few weeks later, it was delivered to my doorstep! I work a ton so the pickup/ drop off service was necessary. They were very professional and so helpful with all of my questions. They had a few repairs to make to my veil but didn't pressure me to make a decision. I would highly recommend them. read more

My husband and I got married back in April 2024 and I quickly decided to preserve my wedding dress (Jenny Yoo Kelsey from BHLDN) after the wedding day. As I was looking up different options for wedding preservation, I came across Elegance Preserved through my online search. I decided to give it a try after reading many positive reviews online. Once I submitted my inquiry online, the shop team immediately contacted me and answered all the questions I had about the process (i.e. timeline, quote, delivery). They scheduled a time to pick up my dress from where I live and gave me a quote within a few days. I knew exactly what to expect (i.e. timeline, cost breakdown, delivery/pick up option) and thought the price was very reasonable and much better than the quotes I received from other places. They even offered a $100 coupon, which made it even easier for me to say yes! They informed me that it would take 12 weeks (so around mid-November 2024) to complete the wedding preservation process but they ended up finishing the process two months early! I was able to schedule a time for them for delivery and received the final product within a week. I was pleasantly surprised by their service and truly appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. I got married in August 2023 and had been putting off getting my dress cleaned (Alyssa Kristen gown), then I found out I was pregnant with a little girl! You meet with this lady who is also the delivery person and she literally just handles the tasks with no real/genuine customer service. She handled my dress and veil without care to take photos. My veil ended up tearing as she kept twisting it on the hanger and she was completely unapologetic and kept taking photos as if nothing happened. She took no responsibility. I was mortified! Imm after my wedding I researched how to clean and preserve my beautiful gown and found Elegance Preserved in Carlsbad m. The process could not have been simpler: an online questionnaire and schedule a pickup date- yes! They picked up my gown, cleaned it, packaged it with incredible thoughtfulness and obvious care and returned it to me a few weeks late. I was encouraged to open the box to inspect my gown, provided gloves to pro the material and advised where and how in my home to store this one of a kind keepsake. I did take some time to carefully open the fabric wrapped package , peel back the layers of cloth and paper and was impressed at how my beautiful gown was presented. When I first started working with them I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area and had worked with Nouvelle Vogue Bridal Boutique in San Mateo, CA. They helped me secure a custom Francesca Miranda dress in 4 weeks for my impromptu elopement in Lake Tahoe in December 2023. My husband and I are planning a celebration for our one year anniversary with our loved ones and I wanted to wear the dress again. Nouvelle Vogue had mentioned a dress cleaning/preservation service and I'm so glad they led me to EP! There was a bit of dirty snow that got on the tulle and makeup on the high neck of my dress. I chose the "Clean Only - After an Event ( I intend to keep my dress)" service and they were remarkable to work with! Olivia and the team were EXCEPTIONAL high touch service! Olivia arranged to have my dress picked up the day I called and arranged for their driver to pick it up from my home in Oakland as it just so happened she was in the neighborhood that day. I shared I would be moving to San Diego at the end of the month and it coincided with their Carlsbad opening! Communication was so smooth & delivery was so simple to coordinate. They even gave me a surprise discount I wasn't aware of! They were so accommodating they delivered to my place of employment since I would not be home on the days of their delivery schedule and saved me a trip to pick it up. Amazing service! I was so hesitant about taking my Tal Kedem wedding gown to just any cleaners as it was such a special and beautiful dress. I wanted my dress not only cleaned but preserved. I had a beach wedding and the bottom of my gown was almost black from all the sand . I found Elegance preserved and enquired about their services. They were extremely up front about pricing and how the entire process worked. They were able to work with me with my crazy schedule to pick up and drop off my dress when it was ready. Before packing my cleaned dress into its box they arranged a FaceTime call with me to show me the cleaned dress! I was so thankful they were able to clean off all the dirt on the bottom of the dress and able to get self tanner off of the top. I couldn't recommend elegance preserved enough! So happy I found Elegance Preserved. I had waited over a year to clean my dress and it was stressing me out finding the right place. I didn't want to take it to a standard dry cleaner, I wanted some place that worked with wedding dresses specifically. I had a Monique Lhuillier gown that I purchased from Dress Theory, and the dirtiest areas were at the bottom of my train. I contacted Elegance Preserved for a quote and they were SO quick to respond and they picked up my dress from my house (Carlsbad) for free to do the quote (also free). It took them a week or two to have a quote ready and then another few weeks to clean it. Once it was ready they offered to drop it off at my house again for free or for me to pick it up at their Carlsbad location (which I did, so easy and quick). My dress looks great, I just did the cleaning service and not the full preservation because I intend to resell it. My dress looks great and the service was even better.
