I was contemplating for months before I finally decided to go with Elegance Preserved in order to have my Grace Loves Lace Lumi wedding dress cleaned and preserved. I found them via Google search. From the first moment I engaged with them, they have been incredibly professional, courteous, and so pleasant to work with. They made this process really smooth and easy - despite my many questions and requests because I wasn't sure if the stains would be fully removed. The result has been STELLAR! My dress is BRAND NEW. They have been such excellent communicators, and the delivery service is AMAZING!!!! Punctual, efficient, highly professional. Everything you should be looking for. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. They are absolutely worth it. Thank you again!! read more

Having them come directly to the house to pick up and deliver the items was amazing. Super convenient. It takes a few days to get the estimate, and then a few weeks to get the items back, but I was so happy to have my two dresses and veil taken care of. Thank you! read more

this company was SO easy to work with and did an amazing job. I would absolutely use them again.

Could not be happier with my experience with Elegance Preserved!! I got married right before COVID so between that and working + starting a family, getting my dress cleaned went on the back burner for 5+ years. When I looked at my dress I was horrified to see dark stains all across the front and was worried it could not be saved. I researched for the best cleaning and preservation company online and EP kept popping up. What put them over the top was also they offered front door pick up and drop off for no additional fee - very appreciated when life is busy!! They were so professional and kept me informed of the progress of my dress throughout the process. I was able to do a FaceTime with my dress post cleaning and they walked me through all the spots in great detail that previously had stains - it looked like a brand new dress!! They then preserved it and hand delivered back to me. I could not be happier and would highly recommend Elegance Preserved to any and every bride! Thank you again, EP! Anyone with experiences with Elegance Preserved they can share? I was looking for a place to preserve a wedding dress. Great looking website but some of the pictures looked like duplicates from The Knot. Arranged to drop off some accessories to be cleaned via appointment. No one was there, locked and dark. Can't reach them by phone but "someone" kept responding via text saying they are there. (? AI) Dropped me a pin for location that doesn't exist. read more

Elegance Preserved cleaned and preserved not only my wedding dress but accessories as well! They were super easy to work with and the pickup option is amazing especially after the post-wedding blur when you maybe aren't immediately thinking of cleaning your dress. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of care they provide for your lifelong memories. When the car got a flat tire and they couldn't deliver as planned, they were communicative and offered me many options to pickup or reschedule. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone needing it!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Elegance Preserved. After my wedding, my dress had multiple large wine stains ( I was mortified) and was worried they might be permanent as I forgot about my dress in the closet as my life got busy with covid, a honeymoon, work and having babies! But thanks to their incredible team, and their hard work the stains are completely gone--like they were never there! It's mind blowing! Look at my before and after pictures. I initially was not going to do it because I was worried about the cost and not wanting to spend a lot of money if the stains were not going to come out, however they did a patch test run, and the stain came out beautifully so I was optimistic my dress could be saved! Not only did they handle the cleaning with amazing care, but they also preserved the dress beautifully. It's now safely stored in a keepsake box, looking just as stunning as the day I wore it. The attention to detail and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. They picked up and delivered the dress. They also had great communication through the whole process, letting me know how it was going. If you're looking for a company that treats your dress like a priceless memory, not just a piece of clothing, and amazing customer service, look no further. Highly recommend! And don't do what I did and wait a couple years after your wedding! Get it cleaned right away! Brand of Dress: Badgley Mischka Purchased my dress from the boutique: Here comes the Bride read more

Today, my preserved and cleaned veil, was returned to me. I had a wonderful experience working with elegance preserved! They made the entire process so easy by picking up my piece from my house, quoting it without any contingency, and dropping it back off on my doorstep when it was finished. I appreciated their text and tracking updates as well. The entire process was so smooth and easy! read more

Just received my cleaned and preserved wedding dress! It came perfectly packaged, and I could tell it was handled with care. The service was amazing, and the team really made it easy to schedule a pick up and delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better service! read more

I found myself 6 years after my wedding needing to get my dress and veil preserved. To give you reference, I purchased an A-line dress from Casablanca Bridal. My dress was layers of tulle with a lace overlay and beading on the top and straps. I had spray tan and makeup stains as well as stains from the night at the bottom of the dress. Elegance Preserved picked up my dress from my residence sent me a quote and we were off to the races. I opted for a zoom call where I could see the dress after it was cleaned. Thereafter a few weeks later, it was delivered to my doorstep! I work a ton so the pickup/ drop off service was necessary. They were very professional and so helpful with all of my questions. They had a few repairs to make to my veil but didn't pressure me to make a decision. I would highly recommend them. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I had such a wonderful experience and cannot thank Elegance Preserved enough!! I have a Vera Wang Meliora, my absolute dream dress and obviously I was nervous about how it was handled and cleaned. After a full night of dancing and a couple of champagne spills I didn't think I would be able to get it back to its pristine condition. Sure enough, Elegance Preserved saved the day. You guys are my hero, I just wish there were more locations!! read more

My husband and I got married back in April 2024 and I quickly decided to preserve my wedding dress (Jenny Yoo Kelsey from BHLDN) after the wedding day. As I was looking up different options for wedding preservation, I came across Elegance Preserved through my online search. I decided to give it a try after reading many positive reviews online. Once I submitted my inquiry online, the shop team immediately contacted me and answered all the questions I had about the process (i.e. timeline, quote, delivery). They scheduled a time to pick up my dress from where I live and gave me a quote within a few days. I knew exactly what to expect (i.e. timeline, cost breakdown, delivery/pick up option) and thought the price was very reasonable and much better than the quotes I received from other places. They even offered a $100 coupon, which made it even easier for me to say yes! They informed me that it would take 12 weeks (so around mid-November 2024) to complete the wedding preservation process but they ended up finishing the process two months early! I was able to schedule a time for them for delivery and received the final product within a week. I was pleasantly surprised by their service and truly appreciated their flexibility and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Elegance Preserved for anyone who is looking for wedding preservation service! read more

I got married in August 2023 and had been putting off getting my dress cleaned (Alyssa Kristen gown), then I found out I was pregnant with a little girl! Immediately I started looking for places to get my dress cleaned in case she wanted to wear it one day. I came across Elegance Preserved and from day one they were amazing - they got me a quote fast and even offered me a discount! The best part was that they both picked up and dropped off the dress at my apartment once the cleaning was done. My dress looks just like it did when I bought it! You can't go wrong getting your dress cleaned by Elegance Preserved. read more

You meet with this lady who is also the delivery person and she literally just handles the tasks with no real/genuine customer service. She handled my dress and veil without care to take photos. My veil ended up tearing as she kept twisting it on the hanger and she was completely unapologetic and kept taking photos as if nothing happened. She took no responsibility. I was mortified! Eventually I got a discount but the experience left me never wanting to go back ever or recommend it. read more

Elegance Preserved I love you! I spent months finding my dream Vera Wang dress. I finally found the perfect one at Luv Bridal. I was so nervous something would happen when I had to hand it over to be cleaned. Elegance Preserved handled my dress with care and gave it back looking better than ever. The pick up and drop off service was so convenient and amazing. I can't recommend them enough! Top tier experience! read more

Bridal Dress Preservation was excellent to work with. I found them through a quick google search, and was glad I chose to clean and preserve my dress through them. There website was very user friendly and thorough, giving me all the detailed information I needed to make a decision on which services to use. I decide to get my dress cleaned and preserved with them. They offer free pick up and delivery options, making the preservation process easy and convenient. They communicated during the entire process on how my dress was doing, timelines, and delivery/pick up options. The process timeline was relatively quick, considering my dress was filthy and tattered from my outdoor forest wedding. My dress arrived back to me in beautiful condition in a preservation box. 10/10 would recommend to friends, family, and any bride looking to clean and preserve their beautiful wedding dresses! Imm after my wedding I researched how to clean and preserve my beautiful gown and found Elegance Preserved in Carlsbad m. The process could not have been simpler: an online questionnaire and schedule a pickup date- yes! They picked up my gown, cleaned it, packaged it with incredible thoughtfulness and obvious care and returned it to me a few weeks late. I was encouraged to open the box to inspect my gown, provided gloves to pro the material and advised where and how in my home to store this one of a kind keepsake. I did take some time to carefully open the fabric wrapped package , peel back the layers of cloth and paper and was impressed at how my beautiful gown was presented. My lace and silk blush lined mermaid style dress with a chapel train will forever be perfect:) I highly recommend Elegance Preserved. read more

Cannot recommend Elegance Preserved enough! If you're thinking about it, stop searching and do it now! When I first started working with them I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area and had worked with Nouvelle Vogue Bridal Boutique in San Mateo, CA. They helped me secure a custom Francesca Miranda dress in 4 weeks for my impromptu elopement in Lake Tahoe in December 2023. My husband and I are planning a celebration for our one year anniversary with our loved ones and I wanted to wear the dress again. Nouvelle Vogue had mentioned a dress cleaning/preservation service and I'm so glad they led me to EP! There was a bit of dirty snow that got on the tulle and makeup on the high neck of my dress. I chose the "Clean Only - After an Event ( I intend to keep my dress)" service and they were remarkable to work with! Olivia and the team were EXCEPTIONAL high touch service! Olivia arranged to have my dress picked up the day I called and arranged for their driver to pick it up from my home in Oakland as it just so happened she was in the neighborhood that day. I shared I would be moving to San Diego at the end of the month and it coincided with their Carlsbad opening! Communication was so smooth & delivery was so simple to coordinate. They even gave me a surprise discount I wasn't aware of! They were so accommodating they delivered to my place of employment since I would not be home on the days of their delivery schedule and saved me a trip to pick it up. Beyond considerate and convenient. They were super communicative, efficient and my dress and skirt look brand new! Super professional and I already shared with one of my besties who had a destination wedding in Hawaii and will be using their services for preservation. I will also most likely be using them again after the celebration and spreading the good word to all brides!! Use their services, you'll be so grateful you did! Thanks Olivia, Alessandra and the Elegance Preserved Team! read more

Amazing service! I was so hesitant about taking my Tal Kedem wedding gown to just any cleaners as it was such a special and beautiful dress. I wanted my dress not only cleaned but preserved. I had a beach wedding and the bottom of my gown was almost black from all the sand . I found Elegance preserved and enquired about their services. They were extremely up front about pricing and how the entire process worked. They were able to work with me with my crazy schedule to pick up and drop off my dress when it was ready. Before packing my cleaned dress into its box they arranged a FaceTime call with me to show me the cleaned dress! I was so thankful they were able to clean off all the dirt on the bottom of the dress and able to get self tanner off of the top. I couldn't recommend elegance preserved enough! They will treat your gown extremely well and get those tough stains out! read more

Wonderful & Great Service! Olivia made our process very easy, enjoyable, and left no questions unanswered! My Monique Lhuillier dress was returned in immaculate condition. So happy I found Elegance Preserved. I had waited over a year to clean my dress and it was stressing me out finding the right place. I didn't want to take it to a standard dry cleaner, I wanted some place that worked with wedding dresses specifically. I had a Monique Lhuillier gown that I purchased from Dress Theory, and the dirtiest areas were at the bottom of my train. I contacted Elegance Preserved for a quote and they were SO quick to respond and they picked up my dress from my house (Carlsbad) for free to do the quote (also free). It took them a week or two to have a quote ready and then another few weeks to clean it. Once it was ready they offered to drop it off at my house again for free or for me to pick it up at their Carlsbad location (which I did, so easy and quick). My dress looks great, I just did the cleaning service and not the full preservation because I intend to resell it. My dress looks great and the service was even better. I think total cost was around $450. read more
