He charged me less after discovering he counted clothing pieces wrong at drop off. Appreciate honest businesses.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I spent quite a bit of time researching cleaners with good reviews because I wanted to make sure my clothes would be properly cared for. Although it's a bit of a drive for me, I ultimately chose Cleaner Cleaners based on their reviews. My initial experience was great. Drop-off was smooth, and the customer service was pleasant. Unfortunately, after picking up my clothes and getting home, I realized that one of my pairs of slacks had been damaged. There were shiny marks imprinted all over the fabric that were not there when I dropped them off. I brought the pants back to show them and asked whether the marks could be removed. I was told they could not be fixed. At that point, I asked for a refund for the $10.50 cleaning service. The response I received was, "For what, cleaning them? We don't guarantee a result." I found that response incredibly disappointing. I was only asking for a refund of $10.50 for a service that resulted in my pants being permanently damaged, when realistically I would have expected a business to offer to compensate me for both the cleaning and the approximately $60 pair of pants they damaged. Instead, they refused the refund and offered no apology whatsoever. I was also sarcastically told to "call the pants manufacturer" because supposedly the fabric was the problem. If they believed the fabric could not safely withstand their cleaning process, I'm not sure why they proceeded with cleaning the pants in the first place. I also dropped off the exact same pair of pants in a different color, and those came back completely fine, so that explanation doesn't make much sense to me. Mistakes happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the situation had been handled with basic accountability and customer service. Instead, I left with damaged pants, no refund, no apology, and a dismissive attitude from the business. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. My biggest issue isn't even that the pants were damaged -- it's how poorly the situation was handled afterward. read more

Always a pleasure. Quick turnaround time and excellent service from everyone who is there

Yes they did a beautiful job on my husband's sports coats. I called at 9 am and ready at 5 pm. We needed these for a wedding the following day. read more

Convenient location right next door to my gym Great prices Friendly staff Quick turnaround read more

Wonderful dry cleaner, they do a great job! And when I need my clothes back on a specific day they exceed my expectations and it's typically ready even sooner than my request. Have been coming her for years, they don't disappoint. Great service! Highly recommend for reliable quality. read more

Good, quick reliable service staffed by friendly people. What more can you say? If you need dry cleaning this is a great place.

Says it opens at 8am on Saturday. It's 8:24 and no one is here. I'm sure this won't matter to the owner but it might to potential customers. Be careful here. read more

Today I picked up two quilts that were cleaned beautifully and packaged for pickup in zipper bags. They were given excellent care and looked better than new when I unfolded them. I plan to use this company for all my cleaning needs. read more

At The Cleaner Cleaners they go above and beyond the call of duty. I stopped in to have some shirts and a pair of pants cleaned and I needed them the next day. The young man helping me said they'd be ready by 5pm the next day and I was happy with that. However, I received a text message at 4:30pm the same day that my items were ready. I've been going to Ogden's for years and they started buttoning only the top button on the shirts... I guess to save time but that allows the shirts to bunch up and then I have to iron when I'm ready to wear them defeating the whole purpose for dry cleaning. TCC buttons more buttons and cross and secure the sleeves in front which helps main the press! They are always friendly and their pricing is not as expensive as Ogden's so this is my new spot!!! Treat yourself!!!! read more

We have gone to this cleaners for many years. They have always done a good job. My wife went in a week with 9 pants and 10 tops. Owner marked 3 pants with stains on them to make sure those areas needed extra attention. My wife was given a receipt tag of $110. Ok, everything has gone up in price. When she went back to pickup clothes she gave owner credit card. Thinking charge was going to be $110 as agreed but he took card and put thru a charge of $220. WOW, Make sure they charge you your agreed amount. My credit card is pursuing this now fraudulent charge. read more

I love coming to these guys! Whether it's three suits with the fixings, or just one shirt, they always have my clothes ready within two days! They don't use any harsh chemicals when they dry clean my stuff and it always smells wonderful! The prices are fair and the staff are very friendly! I've been coming here for about two years and they have never disappointed me. 10/10 service! read more

We go to this dry cleaners on a weekly basis. The people here are so friendly and kind. The best dry cleaner's around.

I have never taken anything to get dry cleaned before, but I borrowed a dress from a friend and wanted to make sure I was returning it clean. I chose this business based on the great reviews and pictures of the receipts with good prices. When I went in, the man that came to the counter was very unfriendly. He asked for my phone number and name and then took the dress and told me it'd be ready in a few days. He handed me a ticket and as I walked out I looked at the ticket and the cost was $35.00! I was very confused and almost thought it was meant to be $3.50 instead of $35.00 (since $3.50 was the price on a picture of a receipt from another review of this same business). I went back up to the counter and asked if the price was correct and if that was normal and he just shrugged.... so I asked for the dress back. He then walked away and pulled the dress out of a bin, which was all wadded up into a ball. I left the store and called another local dry cleaner for a quote. She said the dress would cost anywhere between $2.50-$10 depending on the garment, so I took it into this other business. When she looked at the dress she said the tag had a symbol that meant it was unable to be dry cleaned, which I would have never known, and was never told by the man at The Cleaner Cleaners. Very glad I went and got the dress back or else I would've been charged $35 for my friend's dress to be ruined! read more

Quick and easy service! Good pricing. I dropped off 2 full suits and 2 white shirts can't remember what we paid but I remember being happy with the price. Will def come here again. read more

The person we dealt with didn't know what velvet was and when we asked about if the shirts could be lightly starched we were told they didn't do that. read more

I get my oversized blanket cleaned here. Always a good job and I don't mind the 3 day service.

I had a pretty nice experience here. Staff was pleasant. I turned in several items ( 3 jackets, 2 suits, 3 shirts, and a dress) plus got a pocket fixed in 1 of the jackets. I paid around $98 with a 2 day turn around when I was quoted 3. I also had help carrying them items to my car. Thank you very much! read more

This is the best!! Would never go anywhere else. Always ready in a few days and gets stains out 98 percent of the time.

I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and I was SO impressed with how well it turned out. My wedding was at a ranch so the bottom half of my dress was covered in dirt, twigs, and probably bugs. This business did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend. read more

fast and great service by mike. Came in on a Wednesday morning to have two hoodies and two shirts cleaned all for a great price. Was ready for pickup the NEXT DAY! Super clean and fresh will be coming back thank you. read more

New to the area and needed a cashmere sweater cleaned. Excellent service, price and quality of cleaning. Highly recommend.

This dry cleaning business is located in a small shopping center that also has a Japanese restaurant, insurance company, and Jazzercise studio and plenty of close parking. May get a little busy in the parking lot when the high school down the street has students getting dropped off and picked up but when I went at 1pm today the parking was easy-peasy. I dropped off a silk blouse, suit jacket, and heavy peacoat on Thursday and they had it ready for Saturday. It doesn't smell in the building and isn't blistering hot, which I've experienced at other places. The staff was helpful and told me about their frequent customer program where they give you a VIP bag and discounts for coming regularly. You can also rent one of those Rug Doctors here. My total order came to $20 and the receipt told me exactly how much each garment cost for future reference. They accept both credit and debit here. I will definitely be going back. read more

So far I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff. For regular dry cleaning they have about a two day turnaround. I like that I am not waiting to drop off or pick up my clothes. The pressing and cleaning is done all on the premises. read more

I love this dry cleaners for a number of reasons but the most important is that they work HARD!! They put in the hours to make sure that you, the client, are taken care of. On more than one occasion I was running late and despite being closed, they happily opened the door and let me pick up my clothes. They offer fast service with a smile and even tell you when they found a stain that they could not remove without possibly damaging the garment. Pricing is just right and there is plenty of parking at all times. I would avoid the mornings as it is located next to a daycare and near RBV High School but the schools in the area let out early enough that an afternoon stop is ideal and you wont have to deal with the traffic. The only gripe I would have is that they need a little coaching with Military uniforms. I take the time to remind them of the "regs" from time to time to ensure they press out the shirts as they should. Other than that, they are my go to cleaners. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch! I've been coming here for ~9 years and they are the best cleaners I've ever used..... from my days in the Air Force (dress blues), suits, dress shirts, etc. to every day needs. I dry clean a lot of my clothes. They text you when your items are ready for pickup. They are extremely quick. When they say "Same day" or "24hr" service they actually mean it. Some places advertise those services but really don't want to deliver on those services. You know, you ask for next day service and most places give you a look. Not this place. These guys follow thru. This place is just top notch. Very friendly, owned by a couple who work very hard!. Cheers! Robert read more

This is my go-to neighborhood dry cleaners. Best in the area. Brought my dry clean-only clothes there probably ten times. Friendly service, reasonable prices and a business I can feel good about supporting. They were able to get out a couple tough stains on shirts I thought were going to end up in the trash! Certainmy worth driving a little further for them if needed! read more

Been a customer for years. Lately clothing is not properly cleaned. All my jackets and sweaters smelled of sweat. I called the owner said nothing he can do. After 10 yrs , he told me I should go somewhere else, if I am unhappy. That was the worst example of handling a customer complaint. I would not recommend them to anyone or ever go back. Customers are your business!! If u don't care anymore get out of business. .... Very disappointed ! And I spoke wt the owner. Horrible customer service read more

This cleaners is my neighborhood place. I have always found the owners and workers there to be friendly and helpful. I have brought everything from military uniforms to formal gowns and everyday clothes there. I recently brought in a black dress that I needed the next day and it had a few snags. They were able to get me my dress and fix the snags with no extra charge. I also once had a formal dress that had stains on it that I didn't know about. They contacted me to ask me to come in so they could talk about it with me before proceeding as they were worried it could damage the dress. I find this place to be thoughtful by doing that. Their hemming work does seem a little high in price so I haven't used them for that but they are my go to for dry cleaning. read more

Wow The cleaners did an amazing job with my wedding dress! The dress had red juice stains and it was really bad at the bottom. I was not hopeful that they would get it all out. They were able to take all the stains and dirt off! It looks as though I just got the dress from the designer. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Amazing work! read more

My husband had used this business before for same day cleaning service (on a Saturday!) and was extremely happy. I finally am working through my "to do" list and brought my wedding dress and his dress uniform in to get cleaned from our April wedding. The lady was extremely helpful and since we were repeat customers she gave us a discount. Not only will I be back because its a mile from our home, but because of the great service and quality of work! read more

I have been a loyal customer for a couple years and it seems the customer service has dropped significantly. I recently brought in a shirt for dry cleaning and took it with me on an overseas trip. Upon unpacking my bag I found that all the buttons were missing!!! Yikes! When I returned, I brought the shirt back. They immediately stated that it was not their fault, they had nothing to do with it, and that if I wanted new buttons they were going to charge me additional fees. I really don't want to switch cleaners, but now I have no choice. read more

The best! I've been a customer of Cleaner Cleaners for years and loved them under the prior ownership and happy to say they didn't skip a beat when Mike and Laura took the reins. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their work and you'd be hard pressed to find two nicer, more committed people to work with. I'd recommend them to anybody. read more

Great prices and great service. The owner even helped me carry everything to my car. We will definitely be back.

Impressed! I have a Calvin Klein Cali King size comforter that is dry clean only...I have taken it elsewhere and was not very "wowed" by the end result :-/ i definitely was pleased with the finish result from this place! I brought it in Monday, they said it'd be ready Friday. Was kind of hoping for it sooner and asked if they could have it any quicker...they said Wednesday and I was cool with that. Here it is only one day in, Tuesday, and they texted me it was ready! Super happy i decided to trust the previous reviews that led me here...i will definitely be back! Thanks! read more

The gentleman that took my bedspread was nice and friendly. I got a text when it was done and when I went to pick it up the spread was in a nice zippered bag and it looked great, reasonable price as well. If I have dry cleaning I will be back to pay this business a visit!! read more
