They charged $40+ tip for pick up/ wash and return. Not a bad fee for the service. The service was good. Blanket was properly washed and dried. Only hiccup was my daughter lives in an apartment complex the person doing the pickup got lost. I understand how many apartment complexes can be confusing. The person picking up and delivering was super cranky which made it feel like she was doing us a favor for a task she was being paid to complete. Maybe she was having an off day. Would still recommend as service was completely to our satisfaction.

As I started loading things into the dryer, I was asked to remove them by the owner. Because the rule is you have to use BOTH washer & dryer. You can't use the dryer only. The owner wanted me to rewash my clothes & then use the dryer. This is so controlling. After reviewing Richard's comment, I'd like to keep my review of ZERO stars for lack of customer service. When someone is dealing with hard ship & will have to pay to get that fixed. And now the owner wants me to spend more time at 8pm and more money to re wash my clothes, because they are a "Full Service" laundromat. They are not washing or drying clothes for you. Other laundromats aren't like this. First time I've ever heard this rule. Even if it's a policy, it's my first time there, let me Dry my clothes this first time. Now I will never go back and don't ever recommend someone to go there. I went to the El Camino Coin Laundromat in Oceanside. It was so peaceful & I felt safe there. I recommend going there for better service. You are in & out. No one bothers you.

I got married right before COVID…read moreso between that and working + starting a family, getting my dress cleaned went on the back burner for 5+ years. When I looked at my dress I was horrified to see dark stains all across the front and was worried it could not be saved. I researched for the best cleaning and preservation company online and EP kept popping up. What put them over the top was also they offered front door pick up and drop off for no additional fee - very appreciated when life is busy!! They were so professional and kept me informed of the progress of my dress throughout the process. I was able to do a FaceTime with my dress post cleaning and they walked me through all the spots in great detail that previously had stains - it looked like a brand new dress!!
