If I could give ZERO stars, I would. However, I feel like people should know what they are walking into. I just moved nearby & my dryer at home broke. As I started loading things into the dryer, I was asked to remove them by the owner. Because the rule is you have to use BOTH washer & dryer. You can't use the dryer only. The owner wanted me to rewash my clothes & then use the dryer. This is so controlling. After reviewing Richard's comment, I'd like to keep my review of ZERO stars for lack of customer service. When someone is dealing with hard ship & will have to pay to get that fixed. And now the owner wants me to spend more time at 8pm and more money to re wash my clothes, because they are a "Full Service" laundromat. They are not washing or drying clothes for you. Other laundromats aren't like this. First time I've ever heard this rule. Even if it's a policy, it's my first time there, let me Dry my clothes this first time. Now I will never go back and don't ever recommend someone to go there. I went to the El Camino Coin Laundromat in Oceanside. It was so peaceful & I felt safe there. I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed that this laundromat does not allow you to dry your clothes. In other words, you have to do your wash and your dry here only or you're not allowed to just dry your clothes. My dryer recently broke, but my washer still works so to be able to go somewhere and dry my clothes is essential. I have to say that this establishment is losing a great deal of business because of a policy that they don't even have listed on their website. The one time i show up in the morning and park out front after a long night at work i get woken up just to be told i cant sleep here then told, are you washing clothes? Not only were my clothes stolen from this place but the owner promised credit for us to use for the next time we came. Never happened. A few months later we used our friend's washer at her apartment but her dryer didn't work so we came here. The second we put our clothes in the dryer the owner came out and told us to leave because he DOESNT ALLOW DRYING ONLY. We just spent four hours trying to wash and dry our clothes just to come to a place we thought was reliable enough to do the job and the owner kicked us out for only wanting to come dry our clothes. He also said he loses money by us only drying. Well, not only was every dryer in the facility empty, he also just lost customers who came every week to use his machines. So ya he definitely lost money today. Don't come to this place. There ARE CHEAPER CLEANER AND FRIENDLIER PLACES TO GO TO IN VISTA. ITS SO FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR. They are clean and the person working helped me and was very nice. They have washers and dryers of all sizes. I was concerned about where I was going to wash my king size comforter, but they do have washers and dryers for that too. You just have to purchase a refillable card for $5 the first time you go and it's cash only to refill the card. read more

My partner and I were traveling from Vancouver in our travel mobile and noticed that our clothes were getting fragrant. So we decided to stop in at this laundromat and freshen up our clothes. Typically, this laundromat requires you to purchase a laundromat card for $3.00, meaning their machines do not take cash or credit card - you just upload money onto the card. But seeing as we were only using this laundromat one time, I asked the manager if I could just give him cash directly and he use his card. He was very kind and allowed me to pay him directly, which was a nice gesture that he did not have to do. They have a selection of EVERY size starting with small washing machines all the way up to large eight load machines, as well as small dryers and large dryers. They offer WiFi and a restroom, which is very appreciated! All in all, great service and fair prices with nice amenities. It's everything you need to freshen up those soiled clothes! read more

Employees are extremely friendly. I use the fluff and fold service and they do a very good job. My only concern is my husband and i drop off our laundry and we go back in 1-2 days after during business hours and no one is there to give us our clothes. Laundry = Loads o' Fun. (NOT!) Let's face it, doing laundry pretty much sucks. If you're anything like me, by the time you get to the "putting away" part, you're totally burnt out from the sorting, pretreating, washing, drying, and folding (if you've even gotten that far). For a few more dollars than doing laundry by yourself (and a heck of a lot less time and aggravation), you can just drop off your hamper and get your clothes back in cute, neatly folded piles that just beg to be put away right (since you didn't waste your energy on all the other steps). And SURPRISE! - I really like my wardrobe actually in the closet instead of in piles all over the place. Oh, almost forgot... Vista Laundry Place even offers a nifty/neat-o pick-up and drop-off service that rocks a whole lot when laundry chaos threatens to overtake my home, and I don't even seem to have the time to drive the few miles over there. I took a cal king comforter there to be cleaned. The lady was very nice and helpful, gave me a price and told me I could pick it up either later that night or the next day. She called me pretty quickly to let me know that there was a minimum price that she forgot to quote me and ask me if it was still okay. I was more than happy to pay the $15 to get the comforter cleaned. The comforter was wonderfully cleaned and it smelled great when I picked it up.
