I brought in a California King comforter for cleaning late Thursday afternoon - it was ready Friday morning, $25 and good as new! Richie was awesome, friendly and professional! Paid by credit card, no fuss about needing to pay cash or buy a card thru them as others mentioned - it was as easy as could be! I think other reviews are mixed in from other locations in LA, etc. This spot is great - very clean and fresh! Definitely recommend! read more

Hi, It hard reaching out to you guys but I need help with getting a refund on my 20 dollars since I didn't know that you guys give tokens instead of quarters. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. However, I feel like people should know what they are walking into. I just moved nearby & my dryer at home broke. As I started loading things into the dryer, I was asked to remove them by the owner. Because the rule is you have to use BOTH washer & dryer. You can't use the dryer only. The owner wanted me to rewash my clothes & then use the dryer. This is so controlling. After reviewing Richard's comment, I'd like to keep my review of ZERO stars for lack of customer service. When someone is dealing with hard ship & will have to pay to get that fixed. And now the owner wants me to spend more time at 8pm and more money to re wash my clothes, because they are a "Full Service" laundromat. They are not washing or drying clothes for you. Other laundromats aren't like this. First time I've ever heard this rule. Even if it's a policy, it's my first time there, let me Dry my clothes this first time. Now I will never go back and don't ever recommend someone to go there. I went to the El Camino Coin Laundromat in Oceanside. It was so peaceful & I felt safe there. I recommend going there for better service. You are in & out. No one bothers you. read more

Such a great experience! The place was spotless and the machines worked perfectly. The owner was incredibly friendly and helped me right away. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this laundromat! read more

Big laundromat but the washers don't wring out that great so that means you have to add more time=money to the dryer

We had a ton of dirty stuff from our trip to the desert. Came by there and a nice lady in the morning helped us. I like that they had large machines. read more

Clean machines always working safe tv on all channels very nice location also no one bothers your clothes

great service, reasonable prices, have been coming here for a couple years and I like how they have cameras everywhere to make sure no one is stealing your stuff. several TVs and a bathroom help a lot when you're spending an hour or two washing and drying. No complaints. read more

if you're looking fir a new laundry place, this is the ONE!! the owner and staff are so sweet!! I made a mistake and they helped me fix it. Above and beyond with customer care! I feel like family. 10/10 read more

Richard is not an understanding person don't bother responding and the parking here sucks two handicap parking spots up front and people always park there without a handicap sticker. Salma Z you are correct. read more

Not only were my clothes stolen from this place but the owner promised credit for us to use for the next time we came. Never happened. A few months later we used our friend's washer at her apartment but her dryer didn't work so we came here. The second we put our clothes in the dryer the owner came out and told us to leave because he DOESNT ALLOW DRYING ONLY. We just spent four hours trying to wash and dry our clothes just to come to a place we thought was reliable enough to do the job and the owner kicked us out for only wanting to come dry our clothes. He also said he loses money by us only drying. Well, not only was every dryer in the facility empty, he also just lost customers who came every week to use his machines. So ya he definitely lost money today. Don't come to this place. There ARE CHEAPER CLEANER AND FRIENDLIER PLACES TO GO TO IN VISTA. ITS SO FRUSTRATING THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR. WHAT AN ASS. UPDATE: As you can see the owner is attempting to make sense of his utter rudeness in the comment he made. Like I stated, there were only a few people there and every single dryer was unoccupied. Peak hours? Hardly. Most interesting part is when he came outside after I submitted this review to flip us off as we drove away. Don't be fooled by his "professionalism". We asked him to make an exception and he denied us up and down, so what on earth could there be to discuss beyond that? read more

first experience being billed $5 for their plastic card without notice. just wondering why I didn't get my $15 to do laundry. Crooks! this is illegal. what if I didn't have it in my budget to spend $5 on your plastic cc ? read more

The owner, David helped me with the costs, washing and folding my comforter. I was there the first time, and the place is pristine and spotless. He only charged me the daily cost, and did not have to set up a payment card. read more

I always come to this location and have never been bothered. I mind my business and dont talk to anyone. The one time i show up in the morning and park out front after a long night at work i get woken up just to be told i cant sleep here then told, are you washing clothes? Im literally parked at the front door car on and my detergent on my dash but thats not even it. Its the stares i got the whole time after the encounter with the older lady here she just wouldnt stop looking at me mad and walks by the door and looks me in the eyes like im in my car on my phone and u still have to look into my car WHY though read more

I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed that this laundromat does not allow you to dry your clothes. In other words, you have to do your wash and your dry here only or you're not allowed to just dry your clothes. My dryer recently broke, but my washer still works so to be able to go somewhere and dry my clothes is essential. I have to say that this establishment is losing a great deal of business because of a policy that they don't even have listed on their website. Yes, that's right, if I had known that they didn't allow me to dry my clothes at this place I wouldn't have even bothered to come. read more

They are clean and the person working helped me and was very nice. They have washers and dryers of all sizes. I was concerned about where I was going to wash my king size comforter, but they do have washers and dryers for that too. You just have to purchase a refillable card for $5 the first time you go and it's cash only to refill the card. read more

Expensive, but the dry is cheap. Best time to go is the morning before 9am. No one is here and it's nice and quiet. There's a que tortas next to it which makes it even better to wait for your laundry. read more

First time in a laundromat and the owner of this place was so so kind. Very willing to help me and explain things with great energy. The machines were great too, quick clean clothes and the dryers dried everything including an entire load of denim. Big shoutout to the owner, will definitely be back!! read more

One of the worse experiences i went through. Seriously. First time i went to this place literally all my shoes got stolen. Second time i came there to use a dryer they said i can do that only if i also use a laundry machine even though all the dryers were free! F this place read more

Warning! You can't just dry or just wash your clothes. You HAVE TO use both services or you can't do you laundry at this place. I've never seen this before and can't believe the owner would turn business away by expecting people to do FULL laundry service! Their loss!!$$ read more

I love this place it's always super clean & stocked with items that you need for cheap if you forgot your detergent or dryer sheets. The owners r usually there & he sweet guy who always nice man especially for them regulars. Thank you for being amazing add to Vista. read more

I had a very good experience at the Vista Laundry Place. My Dryer broke down, so I had to go to a Laundromat. I checked your ratings. It was mixed review but I wanted to try. I was very happy with the service that I received. Although I failed to ask her name, this older lady was kind enough to take time with me and showed me how this system works. I really appreciate her. not 5 star was for the equipment not working properly. But was easy to remedy. Over all my experience was a very good one. read more

Place well maintained and good machines available. Helpful staff keep the laundromat clean.

Best place to do laundry in Vista! The facility is clean and there is plenty of seating to wait. The owner is always available and helpful with customers. The machines work great! This is the only place I'll go! read more

I'm not sure if they are remodeling it or if there is a new owner. But I went for the first time last week and I was greeted by Richie and he was so polite, helpful, and over all thanks to him it was a great experience. He asked me twice while I was there is I needed anything. The machines are clean, the place in general is. There was like 1 machine that didn't work but over all everything worked and i got my laundry done super fast. read more

Honestly wish I could give this place a 5 star the place is clean machines that do work don't smell and the dryers dry but the women who works at night is a terror don't ask anything go somewhere else if you need to use the facilities she was extremely bothered when I need her help twice apparently tik tok and online shopping we're more important all she does is sit in the back on her phone. read more

If I could give a negative, I would....I feel bad but this place is the Worst! So many broken down machines, it's not clean, there is no change machine. There's a card machine but no cards. The poor man comes out and inserts his card and you give him your money. I feel bad but this guy needs to sell this place to someone else. read more

Vista Laundry Place - Everywhere... - Laundromat Near Me - Vista, California

Great news place to do laundry! New to the area and I will be a regular. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Richard is the most pleasant guy to deal with. Helpful, concerned, attentive- this is how you run a laundry business. Other businesses in north county take note, Richard is the real deal and a great human being. read more

My partner and I were traveling from Vancouver in our travel mobile and noticed that our clothes were getting fragrant. So we decided to stop in at this laundromat and freshen up our clothes. Typically, this laundromat requires you to purchase a laundromat card for $3.00, meaning their machines do not take cash or credit card - you just upload money onto the card. But seeing as we were only using this laundromat one time, I asked the manager if I could just give him cash directly and he use his card. He was very kind and allowed me to pay him directly, which was a nice gesture that he did not have to do. They have a selection of EVERY size starting with small washing machines all the way up to large eight load machines, as well as small dryers and large dryers. They offer WiFi and a restroom, which is very appreciated! All in all, great service and fair prices with nice amenities. It's everything you need to freshen up those soiled clothes! read more

Employees are extremely friendly. I use the fluff and fold service and they do a very good job. My only concern is my husband and i drop off our laundry and we go back in 1-2 days after during business hours and no one is there to give us our clothes. We have gone as long as 4 days without being able to get our clothes back. Their phone number listed no longer works and neither does their website. read more

Laundry = Loads o' Fun. (NOT!) Let's face it, doing laundry pretty much sucks. If you're anything like me, by the time you get to the "putting away" part, you're totally burnt out from the sorting, pretreating, washing, drying, and folding (if you've even gotten that far). How the heck can you expect to conquer the world if you can't even conquer your own laundry? Thankfully, there's Vista Laundry Place Fluff & Fold service. For a few more dollars than doing laundry by yourself (and a heck of a lot less time and aggravation), you can just drop off your hamper and get your clothes back in cute, neatly folded piles that just beg to be put away right (since you didn't waste your energy on all the other steps). And SURPRISE! - I really like my wardrobe actually in the closet instead of in piles all over the place. Oh, almost forgot... Vista Laundry Place even offers a nifty/neat-o pick-up and drop-off service that rocks a whole lot when laundry chaos threatens to overtake my home, and I don't even seem to have the time to drive the few miles over there. (Some might call it lazy, but I say delivered fluff n fold is an investment in my sanity!) I'm gonna go conquer the world now... see ya' around in my stylin' CLEAN & NEAT threads courtesy of the conscientious peeps at Vista Laundry Place. :) ps: if you are into the whole laundromat scene (which you've probably gathered I am not), Vista Laundry Place is nice and clean and has free wifi and someone is always around to help. read more

The internet had a link for best laundromats in the area. This was one of them. I am quite anal about these facilities. Some are dirty. This place has clean machines, floors snd tables. I wasn't sure which size machine to use. The woman overseeing was so helpful in advising me. She must have seen a confused look on my face as she immediately offered her assistance. Didn't get her name but a big thanks. read more
