First time using this laundromat. It has open space (wide open wall by the entrance so it doesn't get too stuffy inside), sufficient instructions, plenty of washers and dryers! I like how a few of the washers are close to the dryer (very convenient)! Enough parking space! I also like that the carts are big (my laundry basket fits)! The place is clean, it has seating and tv! One more thing, the machine shows the cost of washing or drying, so you're not surprised on the price. read more

Well... I recommended this place before because it is nice and clean and the attendant Letty is so efficient and friendly. But unfortunately the other night I had to do laundry and homeless were going in and out of the place. I was even folding clothes and one of them kept staring at me. Then I came back on Sunday morning and another drug addiction was inside, talking to himself and also staring. Sorry but that makes me very uncomfortable. I've never been to a laundromat and talked a friend into going to this spot. It was very clean. We met a very nice employee that explained everything g and showed me how to add money to a card and to register it in case I lose it. There was a lot of room. It was very busy but it wasn't an issue to find a a washer. I brought some towels and small blankets and a dog bed. My friend brought carpet runners. It was nice to wash 4 loads at the same time in 24 minutes then to dry all 4 in 20 minutes and then go on with your day!! read more

Came here when my washing machine broke and needed to get our family's laundry done. Farther from my home in Escondido but the great reviews had me curious. I was not disappointed and am so glad we came here! The laundry attendant (Leti) was SO very helpful and immediately showed me how to get a wash card and use the machines. While it was pretty crowded on a Friday this place is HUGE and there were still plenty of washes and dryers to use. I like how it's very open- garage door type windows- lots of light and not hot or stuffy like some laundry mats can be. Plenty of table space to fold and seats and tables throughout to sit and wait. There's also a Starbucks across the street and a Grocery Outlet next door to pass the time. It was nice getting all of our laundry done at once (5 loads!) and we were in and out under 2 hrs. Highly recommend this place and I'd def come back! read more

I have been here several times and it's excellent! The place is spotless with employees constantly cleaning the facility. The machines are new and high tech. There is a nice bar top seating at the front where it's open to the outside. There's also patio seating in the back. There's different size washing machines for various load types. read more

They clean so well, so fast and you have multiple machines to choose from for laundry sizes. #2- Great prices plus they give you extra credits when you add money. #3- This place is always clean as a whistle! First time here, brought in rugs and comforters. Clean, bright, lots of machines. Mario was very helpful to assist for my first time running the machines. You can get a card ( it's not a membership) , you just load money onto card and swipe it on the machine. If you load $20 you get $5 back, $50 you get $12.50 back. So easy, Mario helped me with this. I never write reviews but after reading a couple on here I have to. Ignore these idiots that are complaining about having to get a card, people speaking Spanish or people playing "ethnic music".....................PFFFT. This place is GREAT! I just started coming here recently and it was a little bit of a learning curve but they have attendants working the whole time. My first time in they could tell I had no idea what I was doing. The man working was super helpful and explained everything very clearly and quick to me. I don't speak Spanish and he spoke English to me the whole time so not sure what that other person is talking about. If you're bothered by someone being bilingual that sounds like a personal problem. (I think we all know what that means for whoever wrote that) Sure the machines are a bit more expensive than I thought it would be but this place is SUPER CLEAN and has a great hang out spot right in the front that I find really nice while I'm sitting waiting for my clothes to wash/dry. Also has a little hang out spot in the back that has some little play stuff for your kids if you have them with you. These are commercial sized washer and dryers so they are going to operate a bit different than what you're probably used to. I think that's pretty clear upon entering any laundromat. I can't recommend this place enough! So if you're that worried about getting a card to use the machines that you'll most likely end up using again when you need to come back I don't really see an issue with that AT ALL. Yelp reviews I find hilarious and usually take with a grain of salt because sometimes people are just mad and think they need to have an opinion on every minor inconvenience they encounter. I like to make my own judgement on the places I go rather than read that some Karen was offended someone wasn't speaking English to her. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in a very long time. We have these extra large and heavy comforters that will not fit in my washer hence why we went here. The Attendant was very helpful as we didn't know what to do. Explained everything clearly, that you need a card and how to use the machines. The place is big with a lot of machines. It's very clean, the Attendant keeps it very clean and is constantly going around checking on things. The restrooms are very clean as well. It's pretty cool how the front area opens up completely where you can sit and wait or do some work. There's also an open area out back that has round tables. Many comfortable benches throughout the laundry mat you can sit. Affordable prices.There's plenty of parking as it's in the corner of a shopping center. We will be coming here from now on to wash our big comforters. read more

Most of the time this laundromat is clean. There are some slackers who work there that ignore the trash on the floor and leave the carts strewn about everywhere and they leave the doors of the washers and dryers open so you have to be careful not to run into any of them. Most of the time there is loud ethnic music on and if you speak English or if you are American you might have to request something else if you don't like the oompa oompa music. Usually the bathrooms are working but occasionally both are not working. The store next door isn't very amenable to sharing the bathroom so make sure you don't have to use the bathroom when you go there. Also when you go spend $20 to get $25. That is the best deal. There is good ventilation as well as large ceiling fans so even on a hot day the temperature is tolerable. I don't appreciate the discrimination against people that are non Spanish speaking there. But forewarned is forearmed. read more

What a joke. I came into this establishment to simply wash my bed comforter. You have to "BUY" a card for X amount of washes. I will never step foot into this place again! I will burn and buy a "NEW" comforter. Wouldn't recommend to my dead grandmother! read more

Attendant ONLY speaks Spanish and has a poor attitude. Washer size is very misleading. A "7" load washer does about 2 large loads. Drums are not deep, so you can't fit much in. read more
