I rated them back in 2020, but its time for an update. Along with their new remodel and new washers. They have new flooring AND less seating their lack of seating is annoying but most people own cars (i dont). They have many load units now and the locations are clear. From 2-8 load washers. Very clean and orderly. I think the lady who worked there in 2020 moved on to greener pastures, but the new cleaning lady is sweet too. She made me mad tho. I walk up ask her a question in Spanish, and she replies in English. LOOK LADY, I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND FOUR YEARS LEARNING SPANISH... Been coming to this place for a few years now and it's gone down hill. Washers have gotten worse and dryers barely dry. There's always water on the floors so be careful. Floor Tiles are coming off so you trip on them. On top of everything it's expensive. read more

Really less than 1 Star. I sent my laundry containing 8 Designer T Shirts. All 8 shirts came back with blue splotches all over - front and back. I couldn't believe the person who folded them couldn't see the stains. So I marked them with fabric chalk. When I sent them back in hopes of getting the stains out, they didn't return them till I called and called. They came back, but STILL STAINED. MY compensation: the cost of the current wash -only enough to replace 1 shirt. My advice to me and everyone else. DON'T USE THEM. Dottie B. read more

I needed to wash a very large comforter last weekend. The laundromat nearest my home only takes coins and they only had a few large washers, which were all being used. I checked Yelp and found The Laundry Room just a mile down the road. What I found was a bright, clean, comfortable laundromat with six large washers (and at least an equal amount of dryers). Their machines even take credit cards! I planned to buy detergent there, but the machine was out of order. Instead, I was able to ask the friendly attendant, who helped me get what I needed. This is a nice, clean laundromat right off hwy 78 on Hacienda Drive. There are a lot of folding tables, all machines are front loading. It is right next door to a take out pizza place with very good prices, similar to a Little Caesars. The staff seem to put in a lot of effort to continually sanitize. It is on the shopping center with Firestone Tire Center and In 'n' Out burger. read more

I come to this laundromat Because it's conveniently close to my home. Most times it's kept clean and most times there's someone here to help if there's an issue with machines. I don't carry cash with me so I use the machines that take cards. I noticed that the smaller washers charge $3.25 for one load but when using card, it charges $5.00. I brought this up to the owner once and he gave me the difference in quarters. I will say he did take care of the issue at that time but still hasn't fixed it in general. So just wanted to give people a heads up. Check how much you're being charged if you're using cards. read more

5+ stars for the facility and the fact that you can use your atm instead of hauling around a bunch of quarters. Less than 1 star for the people they hire to work there. The lady is rude, racist and a bully. She told me my toddlers aren't allowed inside the building unless they stay seated and quiet. Ummm... I use to love coming here however, after today again I drove by 7am and still not opened so I will be going elsewhere. The weekends they open at 7am but these past few weekends they haven't been opening at 7am. The lady is usually almost ALWAYS late! I get ppl being late but EVERY wknd that's crazy! I found another nice laundromat in Oceanside that opens at 6am and just as nice as here & from what customers tell me they are always on time. If you're like me and I'm like you and we collectively don't have the luxury of an in-home washer and dryer, The Laundry Room is a pretty good option for us. Clean, well-lit, attractive interior, friendly and helpful staff, and washers and dryers are up to date! (you know, not the old rusty white ones that you have to kick every once in a while to ensure they're still operational). It's respectable and most importantly not sketchy. More on the staff, there is a VERY friendly woman that works here that I've encountered a few times. She's always busy doing someone's laundry (as that is a service provided here) but makes the time to ask you if you have any questions about how the machines work and assures you she's around if you need any kind of assistance. Little sitting area is nice. Like that there's a dispenser for laundry bags, detergent, dryer sheets, ect. Flat screens a plenty if you ever want to occupy your time by watching TV rather than staring at your clothes going around in circles. Would 5 star this place if a) the ATM hadn't been removed and b) they hadn't locked the restrooms: in the rare event that you CANNOT find someone working...just walk yourself across the street to In n Out :D read more

Expensive washers that don't work. My clothes didn't even get water just tumbled around with my tide pods and beads. Don't get me started on the dryers. Some are hit and miss, don't miss or you will end up with damp wet clothes. This place has really gone downhill, in the beginning it was so much better. Replace your machines enough said. read more

Brightly lit, tiled, and decorated. 4 big TVs (English on the two I can see from my chair, since folks have complained in other reviews). Help available. It's nice. This used to be my favorite laundromat in the area, until they changed attendants. She's a horrible person. Not helpful, not friendly and doesn't know how to treat customers. Every time she is working I dread it. She stops machines without warning and expects you to pay for them. She is extremely disrespectful as well. I have been doing my laundry here once a week for the past six months. Unfortunately, today they lost me as a customer. I had just enough quarters to do the $3.50 load for wash and to dry my clothes. I left after starting the wash but apparently a drawstring from a pair of my shorts had gotten stuck in the door. I guess this caused a leakage from the unit and water was getting all over the floor. The attendant at the store put a towel down and stopped my wash. That was the correct thing to do. When I had returned to put in the dryer I had noticed that everything was still soaking wet. The attendant was very nice but I did not appreciate the response that I got. I was instructed that it was my fault that the washer did not work properly and that I would need to pay another $3.50 to finish washing my clothes. I was not satisfied with this response and was expecting her to be able to restart the machine for me. She told me she wasn't able to do that and repeatedly stated that there was nothing that she could do. I know they have access to quarters since they refill the change machine. So, I can only assume that losing my business altogether was the proper response rather than just losing $3.50 for the day. As I stated before this will cause me to never come back to this establishment again. I find customer service above all to be the most important aspect of running a business. read more

I wash my clothes but the staff had a nasty attitude towards me when I was there. I still was able to use my credit card to wash my clothes in a fashionable manner. The manager was there because there was some type of leak while I was there. Also is alway some problems or confusion with going to the restroom when I am there. One of the men's bathrooms is closed for some real reason? So the made me use the ladies bathroom. read more

I love this place. A woman in a previous posting complained about Alicia... I have to tell you she does run a tight ship over there, and that is why I go there. She keeps the place really clean. So if she is strict and maybe seeming unfriendly let her be. (We never know what goes on in a persons personal life that may affect the mood we are in. Her job is hard and she is constantly cleaning and checking things while at work. I don't think you would want her job, or be able to do it that well.) I will take a clean laundry over friendly any day. But wait! She is very friendly to my Mom and I. We have been going for 3yrs and she does all the laundry sheets and towels for my salon! I would add that it is perfect. I haven't had another place do my laundry to my specific instructions. So, a note to the owner if she were to leave I'm not sure I would stay a customer. read more

I come to this laundromat a lot. Not always someone here in the afternoon. Today i had a small white load & a medium color load. I loaded the Color load first , then walked over to the other side to load the whites in a smaller washer. Once i was done starting the white load I walked over to the color load & it was on washing but the machine had no water inside. I thought maybe the water was just taking long to come out but I watched the whole cycle wash my clothes with NO water. To top it off it's a washer that locks when in use to I couldn't even take it out until it was done. Wasted soap & my time. Also no one here to let them know. TL;DR: Big washers and dryers. Has restrooms, folding service. Might save money if your apartments laundry room is expensive. I usually come here because I can save money by using a 3+ load washer instead of 3 separate washers at my apartments laundry room. The interior is pretty nice, with a kind of Italy theme to it. They don't have any of the regular top loading basic washers you'd find in a apartment complex, or a cheaper laundromat. All of the washers/dryers are the 3+ load front loading kind, and do a pretty decent job of cleaning your clothes in timely fashion. They have carts available for transferring your laundry from the washer to the dryer. It seems like they added some more areas to fold your clothes, because sometimes it gets really busy and people take up the entire folding area. There is a sink that you can wash your soap lids or try to get some stains out. There are separate mens and womens restrooms, but the mens room is always locked. Even when no one is there. read more

New laundromat in the area. Loving the space and cleanliness of the joint. There are LOTS of washing machines and dryers compared to the other ones I've been to. Only down side is that they close early. Washing can start from 2.50 to 6 and change depending on your load. And because the dryers are new they work quite well (which is to be expected of course) but they don't seem to jip you on the dry time like mr bubbles. read more

This is a great place to get your laundry done! Clean machines, floors and tables. Plenty of machines to use and different levels based on the size of your load. I like that they have an attendant on site the majority of the day to help with any needs or provide change. The attendant is very nice and is always working to keep things in order. The best part is that they have a new system which accepts credit/debit cards (very convenient!). There is Free Wi-Fi and Tv's always playing something in the background. They have a change machine, and a detergent/bleach dispenser in you run out or forget to bring something. Overall it is a great laundry experience. read more

Lots of washers and dryers available plus it is a very reasonable price! I also like the 4 TVs to keep my attention while I wait for my clothes to be washed. I wish I could rate this place a 0-star review. I come back to check on my clothes , and the woman working ("Virginia"), placed my still damp clothes by the door, while they were still open! When I brought it to her attention that I was unhappy about this, she was rude and indifferent. I thanked her for her terrible customer service as I was leaving and she responded , "you're welcome!". During this pandemic recovery money is tight. I managed to save $3,50 to get wash the blanket on my bed at a laundramat. I got change for my dollars. Put the quarters in the machine and nothing happened. The quarters were trapped in the out slot and couldn't be retrieved. I spent $4 total because I thought I counted the quarters wrong and added a couple more so the machine would start. WORST PART IS THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER IN THE ESTABLISHMENT TO CALL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR MALFUNCTION! NO ATTENDANT ON HAND! Some of the customers told me it has happened to them. When I went online and found the number, no one answers. Just leave a message. I don't know about you but this is not what I paid for. Wasted my gas to and from and the laundry soap as well. All that for nothing. I won't EVER go back. If they don't return my money I will be sure to tell everyone I know what a lousy place this is. read more

I give this place 3 stars and here is why... first I like how clean the place is and its right next to lil caesars and In N out but the lady that works there grabs your laundry baskets and your laundry cart and puts them in the corner. That to me is just inconvinient because I like to have my laundry cart next to where i'm washing my clothes and not on the other side of the room. I also don't like how the lady doesn't let you wash your clothes without telling you that I have to wash a certain way. So this place loses 2 stars because of that.
