I reached out to Posh Wash for fluff 'n fold services because I do not have washing machines at present. I was directed to speak with Lupe - and she was great. We made quick arrangements for me to drop off my laundry, she explained pricing...all good. When I went to the facility itself to drop my laundry off to her, the place was very clean. I met Lupe, she took my laundry, weighed it, gave me pricing up front, and we agreed that I would pick it up a few hours later (they provide services that are same day or 2-3 day - I opted for same day). I was even able to use my own detergent (what can I say? I have strong smell preferences LOL). Lupe was great to deal with. When I got home and unpacked my bag, my clothes smelled great and everything was folded perfectly. I would DEFINITELY use the service again and would highly recommend Lupe! read more

I was adding coins to a wash that costs $8.50 and one thats $6.50. I noticed the difference wasn't going down so the washers were just eating my coins. I had $20 worth of quarters and by the time the machine registered $0.00 left on both machines, I only had $2 left of quarters instead of $5 (8.50+6.50=15; I should have $5 left) so the machines took $3 worth of extra quarters. There's no workers here to help and they aren't answering phone calls. read more

So I don't know who gave you 3.5 stars but I'm giving it a one business has no attendant during business hours. I will actually put up a picture of a box of soap that I paid two dollars for which is equivalent to $.25 worth of soap. Most places do have an attendance, especially on the weekends on duty so that might be one thing that this place can look into as things do come up, and when I called the number, it literally directed to emergencies or just certain other items which are not even equivalent or register read more

Great. Clean and friendly staff. Easy to use. Has a bathroom, tv, and up-to-date machines.

Basic. One of the 8 load washers ("W") was running a constant stream of hot water through the softener adding area. Tried calling since it's costly and wasteful. No answer nor voicemail. Left a note in the refund reporting bin. The 6 load dryers are ancient and I gave up trying to get them to work with their wonky buttons. Fellow customers were pleasant when I was there and the change machine worked. Overall fine. read more

First time to this place. Loved it. Clean and the machines are well kept. Some are new and the prices are very reasonable. I like how the price will change if you use hot or cold water. I thought that was ingenious. I will be returning to this location. Thanks!!! read more

Waste of time and money. Washers do not operate properly. Half of the driers do not produce heat to dry clothes at all. First time here and I've lost $15 just to still have clothes that aren't clean and jumping from one dryer to another just find one that works. read more

Signs posted at entry of storefront indicate open time of 6am. I planned an early start based on these signs.. got here at 6:15am. Doors are locked.. I was told by attendant the day before that doors would automatically open at the 6am time. Even if no attendant was present. Obviously the owner failed to re-program their security entry system match the posted hours of 6am-10pm read more

Bad experience before I even started my laundry. Soap machine was broken so I was needed to go out again and buy soap. If there was an attendant they didn't make themselves available. Decided not to return this trip. 2nd visit. I decided due to location and current schedule I'd give the place a try. Huge mistake. Machines are more expensive than other local places by a dollar or more. When I switched over from a triple loader that was more of a double loader to a quad loader my sunglasses were stolen in the 5 minutes I had my back turned. No bathroom usage except when the attendant is present (before 10am or after 6pm). Sign on bathroom door explained it was due to excessive vandalism. Bad sign right there. At 6:10pm no attendant yet on duty. Afraid to go elsewhere to use the bathroom when it only took 5 minutes to have my glasses stolen. Who knows what would happen with my clothes if I were gone for 15-20 minutes in search of a bathroom. If the machines were priced the same as competitors not offering (or claiming to offer) a superior laundry environment I still wouldn't in any way recommend this place. Update: The attendant finally showed at 6:20pm. When I asked to use the bathroom I was informed it was "cancelled". In proper English it was always closed. I've added photos to give you an idea of how badly the place is maintained. I love the disclaimer that if their machines ruin your clothes they're not responsible. Note the many non-working amenities. Only one 60" TV (not plural as stated on the web site). The only thing working as advertised was the Wifi which had a decent download speed over 6Mps. read more

My dryer broke at home so I found this laundromat in my neighborhood to take my wet clothes. I don't recommend this place. I spent $7.75 in quarters and my clothes weren't dry. I started on the Dexter dryer (machine #11). I could only get 12 minutes on the machine. When the cycle finished, my clothes weren't dry. So, I followed the same procedure, but the machine wouldn't start another cycle and the coin return broke. So, I transferred my clothes to machine #9. I was able to get two 6 minute cycles completed. My clothes still weren't dry. So, I attempted to start another cycle. The machine took my quarters, but wouldn't start. Again, the coin return "button" broke on this machine! There is no attendant available, so there is no recourse, but to give this negative review. The floors are filthy; they haven't been swept in days and I don't think the floor has been mopped in months. The clothes bin carts are in good shape, though. There are no instructions on the walls to tell you how to properly use the machines. The LED readout on the machines themselves just state to pick a heat level and then deposit quarters. I did get a 12 minute cycle the first time, but could only get 6 minute cycles afterwards. But, to have TWO machines take my money and not work is a sign of poor maintenance. The fact that the coin returns aren't operational tells me that management is not concerned with operating an honest business. read more

Decent place to wash. Prices are a little up price but consider the area. Workers are not usually on duty. Have cash in hand.

This place use to be awesome! Clean and pleasant and machines always worked! In the last 6 months the place is always dirty and machines no longer work the same! It took $1.25 to dry a full load of towels and now it takes $2.50. Place is hardly ever supervised either. Sad to see the old manager gone too. read more

Clean and well equipped, sleek and sturdy folding tables, nice tile flooring, great location. As well as some large flatscreens hugging the walls. A fun claw/game vending machine. Also an inviting environment. Not sure when they remodeled but it's the only laundry mat I would recommend! read more

This place has a lot of machines, wifi, all the usual. Today is my second time here and I tried the smaller dryers on the right hand side. On every machine there is a sticker that says "clean before loading" on the lint catcher. I cleaned them out and the woman working said customers aren't supposed to do that, only staff. There was a half inch thick 2 feet long chunk of lint in there which I mentioned makes the clothes dry slower. Also there is a sticker that says clean before load on every dryer. So my suggestion is ask them to clean it before you dry if you want your clothes to dry in a third of the time. This part of the review is a week later on a Sunday. Fellow laundry doers are pretty rude. The carts just have their empty hamper in them, sitting unused while their clothes dry, but people refuse to give them up for one minute so you can move your stuff from the washer to the dryer. I'm going to try another place. A bit shady practice by the shop with the lint screens (and a fire hazard) and at least on the weekends, rude customers. read more

By far the nicest laundry mat in Oceanside. Location is clean, staff is very nice, and I don't feel as though I'll be mugged by coming here. New cameras, new machines, fluff and fold service, staff on location all open hours. Definitely will be coming here for all my laundry needs! read more

Tweekers going in the bathroom together in the middle of the day is absurd. Been coming for a long time. Gunna look at other options. You need to have this place staffed all day apparently. Check the cameras, its 1pm on Friday, 10/26 read more

There is a senior white man who works here in the mornings some days who is extremely rude. My mother went to dry some clothes after washing them in our house, and yet when she arrived she was told by this man that she was not allowed to dry here, there's no sign posting any rules that you have to wash clothes to be allowed to dry here, there's no rules stating anything except for the basic safety rules of course. My family and i have been washing here for years now and this is not the first time we've been harassed by this man. The first time the washer locked on me and he told how stupid could I be to not go to the newer ones. The second time the dryer was not working and he just told me to fill out a complaint form, I did but I never heard back from anyone. The third time which was today June 21. He took pictures of my mother without her permission because she was drying there. He humiliated her and made a scene all because she was drying there and didn't want to give him her name. Christina, if you read these reviews please reprimand him or at least give him a warning. He does not have good customer service at all. read more

I have to say...WOW and Whoot-Whoot!! The Fluff and Fold service was outstanding, to say the least. Before the remodel this place was a dump and scary to go to . Now since the revamp its great.

I was informed by the attendant that I would have to pay .25 to use the restroom after I spent over $20 washing and drying. The cost is not an issue, it is the principle and it is not acceptable. I will not be returning to this laundry mat. read more

Wow! That's all I can say! I dropped off my laundry last night for the Fluff and Fold service, the gentleman working was incredibly sweet and friendly and asked me a bunch of questions regarding my preferences of how I like my clothes washed and even used my own soap I provided (I'm kind of crazy about using only natural products). When I came back to pick it up today, my clothes looked amazing, folded incredibly well and wrapped in plastic. I've never been so excited over my laundry! Lol It seriously looked like a birthday cake of clean laundry all packaged up for me ready to take home! The gentleman even walked it to my car for me and loaded it in my car for me! Now that's what I call service! (If only he could come home with me and put it all away! Lol) I couldn't be more pleased with first, the facility itself and how well taken care of it is, and second, the quality of service! A+!! I will definitely be bringing my laundry here again, especially for the Fluff and Fold service, and I will most certainly be recommending it to friends and neighbors. Thank you Posh Wash! read more

This is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. I just moved to town and needed to wash a bunch of stuff before my washer and dryer are installed at home. Mike, the owner, was really friendly and helpful. Price is good and the facilities are new and clean. Free wifi, tv, and coffee make it an enjoyable experience. Usually pretty clean with tons of different sized machines which is nice. I love the rewards program and I'm almost to a free wash! Today was a slight bummer as quiet a few dryers were out of service and the place was booming. But there were enough machines to accommodate everyone. I'll keep coming back for sure! Also.. one machine ate my money once and the owner sent me a hand written letter with a free full wash. That was amazingly sweet. read more

I was in Oceanside for a vacation and needed to wash some clothes. I saw the sign for the laundry mat and expected to find a regular laundry mat but I was very surprised to find Posh Wash. It was hard to find as it was behind the main strip mall (Walmart, 99 cent store, etc.), It is located near the Harbor Freight. The location was very clean and manager was very friendly and helpful with his knowledge of how many loads I needed to do. I got there on a Wednesday which turned out to be Free Soap Wednesday so I got my soap for my loads for free. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in the area. read more

So I usually do laundry at my dad's house, because I am fortunate enough to have that option. Yesterday, I went to my dad's to do laundry, and left after I put my clothes in the dryer. Through an unforeseen series of events, I wasn't able to pick my clothes up until late in the night. I pulled them out of the dryer, and they were still damp. It was late, I had a tiring day, my dad wanted to go to sleep, so I just figured I would go home, get a couple hours of sleep, wake up early and dry them here before work, since it's so close. So I walk in, and approach the dryers. I am then approached by the attendant telling me that I have to wash the clothes before I dry them. I tried explaining my situation (not in depth, because I shouldn't have to) and he just keeps saying no. I'm trying to dry my clothes before work, I stated that I washed them at my dads yesterday, they didn't dry completely, I have to go to work, and do t have time to wash and dry them. He kept saying basically that he can't believe me and that he doesn't trust me. Well, you can believe I won't be returning. read more
