TLDR: go somewhere else. [And FWIW, I have experience working in a laundromat, so I know a little bit about the machines.] I did laundry here last night. The machines were more expensive than another place I went in town. I did two of the $6 loads. At other laundromats I've been to, it's usually only .50 more if you want to add an extra rinse or more intensive wash, for instance. Here, it's $2 for each add-on. Despite leaving PLENTY of room for the clothes to wash (the load was maybe 2/3 full), a pair of jeans came out half soaked and half still dry. After that, the card reader wasn't working on the dryers, so I used quarters. I was able to start my first dryer, no problem. For the second, three of my quarters got stuck in the coin slot. It was toward the end of the day, so the coin catch was probably too full. I didn't see an attendant, so I went to my vehicle and got tweezers to see if I could jimmy the quarters lose. As I worked on retrieving the 3rd quarter, I looked back at one point and noticed an older man watching from inside the back door. He didn't move, so I walked over to him to ask for help. He asked why I was trying to break his machines. He said "so you're going to break my machine for .25?" I said no, I wasn't damaging the machine, but out of principle, I wasn't going to give up .75 for a faulty coin slot (on already overpriced laundry). He told me to move my laundry to another machine. I already had but explained that I was still trying to get the remaining quarter back from the first one. He then made fun of me and laughed in my face for caring about a quarter. Again, it was actually three quarters, but I had already gotten two loose. Finally, after a considerable amount of back and forth he offered to provide me with a .25 refund. Great, thanks. I left the machine alone. What he SHOULD have done in this scenario is come up to me, while I was trying to jimmy the quarter to say "excuse me, can I help you?" I would have said yes, I just need to get my quarter. He either could have opened the machine with the key to fix it for future customers (best option), or brought me a refund quarter. Instead, he stood there watching, thereby allowing me more opportunity to potentially "break the machine." He also should have put an out-of-order sign on that coin slot if he wasn't going to empty it. Instead he spent the next hour I was there pushing a broom around (yet somehow missing the largest pieces of trash on the floor), likely keeping an eye so I didn't go back to "break his machine." While I was there, another customer found out the hard way that the dryers' credit/debit card readers weren't working after she loaded her wet clothes in the dryer. There is not an ATM on site, and she didn't have cash, so she had leave and go to an ATM in order dry her clothes. In addition to telling him myself, I personally saw at least two other customers tell the attendant that the card reader wasn't working for the dryers. This woman came in after he was already aware. The attendant did not inform her that the system was down before she started her wash. I was frustrated for her (a single mom doing laundry at 8pm on a Sunday night). I don't know what people were talking about in their reviews when they mention "the nice man" who works here. He was rude and not proactive whatsoever. Whether a machine takes someone's quarter, dollar, or however much, it's his job to oversee the successful operation of the machines. Laughing at a customer for caring about losing any amount of money is tacky in any light, but especially when they might already be counting every penny. read more

This laundromat is always clean and it's nice to be able to just tap the card and pay instead of handle the coins. The parking is always available and it's really close and it's also nice cause you can take the cart out to your vehicle instead of having the cards are like all locked up inside anyways it's a great laundromat. read more

Wish that I could have used the restroom while doing laundry. Or washed my hands at the station in the middle of the mat but both were not working. Wont be going back here again. read more

Worst laundromat. Ever. 4.5 stars, yeah right! Two different people claiming not to work here yet one credited us for a gorgeous, new-looking, modern dryer that didn't even work. None of the beautiful new-looking dryers worked. Makes sense because no one's here using them. Horrible energy here. Butt faced people, the few who were here. Rows are too tight to even walk down them if even one party is towards the front of the row. Horrible carts. No one answers the customer service line phone. This laundromat is just waiting for someone with an IQ of even a kindergartner to come and take it over! read more

Great place to do laundry. Actually surprised to see Applepay options which was perfect cause I didn't wanna have to take out cash from ATM. Place was clean and pretty empty in my visit. They promote "free WiFi" but wasn't not able to locate the password anywhere. But other than that I really liked. Will be coming back again for sure. read more

Those bad reviews must be from before the new owner took over. Machines are brand new, some even take credit cards. The facility is incredibly clean. I travel across the country full-time, but I will exclusively be using this place whenever I'm in the Oceanside/Carlsbad/San Diego area. This is the cleanest laundromat I've seen in the past year of doing vanlife. And the owner is incredibly nice. read more

Sandy and Alfred were great. They were so accommodating. I dropped my clothes off expecting the 2 day turnaround time they quoted me and everything was done in one. They went above and beyond to from the first interaction to the last. I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone. read more

I been going here for awhile and I see it going downhill. Place not as clean as before. Please know if no one there to help you with issues with machines not working you are out of luck. Money will not be reimbursed. No out of order tabs so other people can be aware and not lose money. I did try to contact owner and no response. This is the greatest laundromat around! They have the best prices in all of north county! I know someone in Escondido that makes the drive. Not only is the actual facility and equipment very nice and new but the owners are so lovely and kind. The owner comes racing out the door to help me unload my car. She is so wonderful! Not to mention they have laundry service for an extra fee just in case you want to go to the beach or go get a bite to eat! To summarize I highly recommend this place not only for the amazing prices and service but my clothes always turn out so nice clean and smelling good too! read more

This place isn't much cheaper than the coin laundries in Carlsbad... it's in a dirty area. Plays only Hispanic music. The snack machine ate $1.25 from me. There aren't any attendants. And, there is currently a man working on his truck in the parking lot that's making me super uncomfortable... I've only been here for 10 minutes. They have Wifi though... so that's a plus. read more

Couldn't ask for a better laundry mat! From the second you walk in it is clean, inviting, and friendly! Not to mention they have the best prices in town! The machines are well maintained and they even have two TVs playing whatever popular events on! The bathroom is consistently cleaned and never looks or smells like it has been used.
