I think that this dry cleaning service is a bit pricier than the others that I've been to. I took in a comforter to be washed, and they charged me about $40. In the past I've been charged $20 at different dry cleaners for the same comforter. It took me over a week to get my item cleaned, and even when I came in the first time, it was not ready. However they were very reasonable and offered me a discount. Overall, my comforter was clean at the end, and I do not have any complaints in this area. read more

I brought some shirts in here to get pressed because Annie's had the lowest price I could find. I also brought in one blazer with a small spot on the cuff of one sleeve. When I dropped off the items I brought my own hangers so they didn't have to use any of their wire ones and clearly explained this and they took them. Cleaning the blazer took longer than I was told it would, so I had to make 2 trips. When I came to pick up the second time, they hadn't used my hangers (12 of them) and had no idea where they were. The blazer did not appear to be any cleaner than when it arrived, but it was hung on a wire hanger and wrapped in plastic. If anything, I think they sealed the spots in permanently so my wife is out a blazer and we're down 12 hangers. No attempt to address these issues was made. Forget Annie's (or any dry cleaner for that matter) and pick up a Dryel kit on Amazon. You'll save time and money. read more

If you're fine with waiting more time than stated when you drop off your items then this is your place.. I dropped off 4 pairs of jeans to be hemmed and brought in at the ankles on Thursday afternoon. She said they would be ready to go the following Wednesday at any time.. well I show up Wednesday at 3:45 pm to pick them up and they're not ready. She told me to come back in an hour because she had 2 more of my items to do. I came back an hour later and tried my items on to make sure they were done correctly. 2/4 were fine but the other 2 needed to be brought in more. She said she could do them and be ready the following day.. I picked them up the next day and should've tried them on in person. I just got home and tried them on and one ankle is almost a whole inch longer than the other one. I specifically said these needed to be done correctly for work the following week. :( bummed to have wasted my time when I will still need to get these fixed. I will be taking my items to someone else to fix them as this place has been more of a stress than fix for me. I should've listened to the other reviews before coming in. This shop is in a convenient location and all my items turned out looking clean and fresh. However, I brought in a holiday sweater that has multiple beading and flowers attached (definitely a challenge to be cleaned). The sweater was not ready the day I told to come in (about a week after I dropped off). The owner or employee apologized and told me to come in the next day for it. I came in the next day and it was still not ready. Finally, on the third day, after calling in first, my sweater was ready. This place is great for basic jackets/ blazers but maybe not the right choice for complicated or beaded items. read more

Had them do some alterations, and the owner seems to know what you want even though she doesn't speak good English. Fairly quick turnaround too, as it seems like she wants to know when you want them done rather when they'll be able to get to them. In the past my experience has been to just accept the date the place says they'll be ready. In a nutshell: you pretty much dictate when you want to pick up. Last Saturday, I dropped off my faux leather weekender bag because the zipper to the main compartment needed to be replaced. When I brought it in, she said they could do it for $15. I thought that was pretty reasonable. We talked about how I use this bag often so it'd be nice to have a heavy duty zipper. She asked when I needed it by (I asked if possible in a week) and she said they would have it by Thursday. I thought she was so nice! Well...today I called to see if by chance it was done. Just a day early-no biggie if it wasn't. She said it was ready for pick up. I was so excited. Drove there and come to find out... the zipper was the same! It wasn't replaced just repaired. I reminded her of our previous conversation. She said no, that they don't replace zippers on anything that isn't clothes. I wish she would've said that before!! I would've gone somewhere else that could. She said the repair was still $15. I've personally repaired this bag multiple times with a few pliers and it only last a little while before it breaks again. Hence wanting the replacement. I told her she didn't do what I wanted. She got upset and told me to just take the bag. I offered to pay half the price since she did work on my bag. She refused and said she doesn't do discounts. I either pay the full price or leave. I am so thankful I found Annie's! I am maid of honor in a wedding this weekend and tried on my dress again on Tuesday night and it did not fit any more. The dress would not zip 2 days before I was leaving for the wedding in Arizona so I was panicking. I showed up on Wednesday morning at 8am and thankfully she said she could do a rush job and assured me it could be ready next day. My son decided he was going to be a hockey goalie weeks after we received his $$$ player jerseys. They barely fit over the larger goalie pads and he was extremely uncomfortable. I took them to Annie's and she was able to add some of the matching hockey socks to the sides and armpit areas to essentially add 2 sizes to the jerseys. Well they were not ready and was then told they would be done by 2:00 pm. Well after making two trips they still were not ready. I called six cleaners/alterations listings in Yelp to find someone who could alter our daughter's prom dress inexpensively. It was a high/low dress with two layers so it wasn't a quick hem. Annie's was recommended to us by a nearby alterations place that does much more customized jobs (wedding, etc.). We stopped in to Annie's and told her what we wanted. She made a couple suggestions to make the dress flare better and adjust he hem so there was a better transition from the one color layer to the other. Wow - never even noticed that minor detail but it made a huge difference. Total cost was $35 and it was done on time, pressed and ready to wear. Annie (if that's her real name?) was so friendly and nice and really wanted everything to be perfect. She was easy to work with and remembered exactly who we were when we came back in to pick up the dress. I would highly recommend this cleaners and will certainly drive the extra few miles to go to her for anything I need. Trustworthy, reasonable, professional, and timely.
