With the extra fabric, she offered to make two pocked squares as well. My sister and I had a very small window in which we needed alterations for her bridesmaid suit and my dress. They got them BOTH done so fast and the work was incredible. Aside from the work, they have great customer service which seems to be hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this place! I brought two old short sleeve shirts in for very small repairs but the owner grimaced and remarked…read moreabout how horribly they were damaged. "How did this ever happen??!", noticing a buttonhole that needed a small amount of repair. She automatically took the shirts and hung them up on her to-do rack making it somewhat uncomfortable for me to say thanks, but no thanks. It was then I wanted to know how much the bill would be, and she replied $24. I then grabbed the shirts off of her rack and bid her a good day. I have seen this same tactic used at different types of repair shops where the owner overly dramatizes what needs to be done and takes possession of the item prior to discussing the charge or getting approval. In sales that's called the assumptive close, where they act as though they assume you will approve the work and pay their price for the very minimal effort required. Don't fall for it. I have just now received a response from the lady's husband indicating that I must have visited a different shop and mistakenly thought I was in theirs. Absolutely not possible as I've been in several times in the past. Perhaps showing the shirts will refresh her memory and also defend my own. For full disclosure, the green shirt does have a small half-inch rip on the back side.

This started when I entered the establishment requesting to receive his uniforms. When requesting his uniforms, I was left with blank stares, completely being ignored. Once I was finally acknowledged, they answered me with they are currently trying to find them. What made the situation even more unprofessional was when the women went out the store, chasing other customers who picked their uniforms up just before me, searching either their cars or the uniforms they were currently holding, trying to find his uniforms. She re-entered the establishment empty handed. Thats when I proceeded to ask, "so do you not know where his uniforms are"? That is when she told me, "they're in the back". Once the uniforms were found, she brought them to the front without updating me with anything. So I asked again, "Do you not know where my husband's uniforms are"? She responded with, "Do you not know what your husband's uniforms look like"? This entire situation was very uncalled for, especially with the unprofessional name calling. I am afraid I will no longer be doing business there from now on.

I have been going there for a year because they are 5 minutes from my house and I read the reviews which seemed legit, not true! I have tried to be fair and reasonable as I have given them multiple opportunities to address the issues I have shared with them over the last year. 1. I have had multiple articles of clothing ruined by them(picture attached of my white dress shirt which has black spots all over the back and sleeves as one of many examples and actually saw a review today from two weeks ago where another customer raised the same issues with her dress). This is one of many examples where they give me back my clothes with stains that weren't there when I dropped my clothes off which I can 100% assure you of as I have total OCD!! 2. The people they hire to work up front need listening lessons as they don't listen or hear one thing you say to them as I asked them 5 different times to saw buttons on my suite pants and every time I picked them up, you guessed it no buttons, despite me asking and the pants having a tag on them for buttons. This isn't isolated to these dress pants as it has happened to multiple suit jackets and dress shirts as well. When I point this out to the 3 different people that work upfront (guy with long hair, younger girl and girl with interesting make up) I get the exact same puzzled I have no idea what you're talking about aka I don't give a s....t apathetic look from each one of them. I can keep going, but I am sure if you are reading this you get the idea that unless you want your clothes ruined and receive terrible customer service there are plenty of better dry cleaners out there that won't ruin your clothes and at least pretend like they care when you are asking them something related to what they are being paid to do, like their jobs!! One of my coworkers told me about Kathy's Tailoring. The tailor I'm assuming is Kathy was super nice and friendly. She listened to how my daughter wanted the bottom of the her dress. She charged us $145.00. And had it done in about a week. My daughter couldn't be more happy with how her dress came out. I will definitely be back if I ever have something that needs to be tailored. And I would recommend her to my family and friends.

I had ordered a new dress which was delivered midday Saturday Sept 2nd (5 days before I flew out…read morefor a wedding) - all the tailors and places that offer alterations closed at 4pm that day but were also closed Sundays plus the following Monday because it was Labour Day. I found Maria on Saturday evening and was told I'd be able to drop the dress off Sunday and get it back Tuesday evening. I was so grateful. Drove to her, tried the dress on, she pinned it to mark where it needed alteration. 2 days later on Tuesday evening it was ready, just as she had said. I went back, tried it on and it is fantastic. Fits so much better and she did such a great job. You can barely even tell anything was altered by looking at it except for a tiny amount of thread on the inside of the dress which is a tiny bit darker than the original thread. Maria was super friendly, chatty, showed me some of the other things she'd done and was currently working on. She had just started on some sofa cushion covers which looked great. Grateful for her flexible schedule, that she was able to accommodate my alteration on short notice and that she did such a great job. Pricing was also standard compared to the other places I had seen and very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.
