This response didn't make sense because she had no way of knowing my history as a customer, and this was my first interaction with her. It felt like she was making excuses rather than trying to help. What made the situation worse was that when I asked for a manager's contact information to clarify the policy or file a complaint, she refused to provide it. She only gave me the manager's name "Mario" That level of unwillingness to assist a paying customer is unacceptable.

Sometimes if a shirt is missing a button, they kindly fix it for us. Although there is usually a fee, some places don't always remember to take care of special requests, but here they do. The prices seem reasonable compared to other shops around here. That's one of the reasons our family feels comfortable and confident dropping off our clothes here.
