This is the second dress I've brought to her, and once again, I was incredibly impressed with both the quality of her work and the level of care she puts into every detail. When I dropped off my dress, I told her I was perfectly happy with a simple hem. To my surprise, she went above and beyond and preserved the unique pattern along the bottom of the dress instead of just shortening it. She didn't have to do that, but she wanted the dress to look its best and it really showed. That extra touch made me think, "Wow, she truly cares about making her customers look and feel great." It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. On top of that, she finished the alterations ahead of schedule so I could have my dress ready for an upcoming trip. We been going to Kim's Mission Dry Cleaner since 1986 when we bought our house. Their service has never wavered. Kim, is a marvelous seamstress. I have purchased many clothes three times my size bc they were on sale for a ridiculous price and she would cut and sew them until suddenly they were my size. I can recommend her highly. The dry cleaning section of the business is excellent. Shawn and his father handle that department. My clothes have always been returned perfectly and usually within 3 to 5 days BUT if I needed something quick for a wedding or something important Shawn would see that I got it back early. I Came into Kim's Mission Cleaners back in late Oct/Nov of 2023 after multiple attempts in locating different Cleaner's around Oceanside, CA, however everyone was booked/ had far projected time frames to have my Dress Uniform ready for Inspection.
