I was delighted that I was able to schedule a next day pick up and delivery can be scheduled 24 hours after. Everything went through smoothly with pick up and drop off, items were washed and folded neatly and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend

The first couple of times we used their fluff and fold service it was decent enough, other than getting a random extra pair of boxers that weren't mine and a couple of other peoples t-shirts... The last time we used them, they gave us back thrift store clothes and kept our actual clothes... John, the owner shared with me he had continued to employ a drug addict who has done this before. He was so sorry and embarrassed and wanted to know how to make it right for us... We agreed that we'd try to asses the value of what we lost and let John know. This was an amicable enough call. He seemed dejected and sad but expressed a desire to make it right. Fast forward two months now and John and his wife Kelly have patronized and attempted to pacify me multiple times with multiple excuses on why they weren't honoring John's own request to compensate us for our losses. Neither has even offered a refund. It's hard to tell fact from fiction, but it is clear their goal is to brush losing $750 worth of my wardrobe under the rug. I've waited over two months for compensation, and even offered a reduced settlement price as an olive branch to show I recognize running a business can be costly and difficult. The staff all seem to say the same things about John and Kelly, they are rude and short with people and try to undercut pay and etc. It shouldn't be a surprise that after the business makes a mistake they accept zero accountability and word for word today told me: "What are you going to do, sue us for $750? Go ahead!" Okay. ‍ Needless to say, I don't think people like them should be able to be in charge of other people's careers let alone run a business. Avoid at all costs.

I brought this up to the attendant, and she said "No refunds". I told her I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the service I payed for. After going back n fourth with her for a bit, she finally started the machine and I got the service I payed for. (The last experience I was there a few months ago) Today, I came in for a Wash n Fold service. Same lady, Told her the 2 baskets I had were going to be 2 different transactions. ( Since I run a business and have my own laundry and business laundry). She started giving me trouble about them both being under the same phone number... Okay. Then I asked her if I can know my total before leaving, she said "No, not until after". Pretty sure they can weigh your clothes and give you total before you leave, as they do everywhere else. I asked for my clothes back and will not be coming back here. The relief on her face when I took my clothes back was the relief of someone that doesn't want to work.

After I had already paid and started my machine, I realized I had forgotten to put my detergent pods inside. I immediately asked the attendant if she could help me restart the machine so I could add them. She flatly refused and said she couldn't help. When I mentioned that a worker had helped me in a similar situation before using my laundromat card history, she claimed that would only be allowed if it were the first time. This response didn't make sense because she had no way of knowing my history as a customer, and this was my first interaction with her. It felt like she was making excuses rather than trying to help. What made the situation worse was that when I asked for a manager's contact information to clarify the policy or file a complaint, she refused to provide it. She only gave me the manager's name "Mario" That level of unwillingness to assist a paying customer is unacceptable.

TLDR: go somewhere else. [And FWIW, I have experience working in a laundromat, so I know a little…read morebit about the machines.] I did laundry here last night. The machines were more expensive than another place I went in town. I did two of the $6 loads. At other laundromats I've been to, it's usually only .50 more if you want to add an extra rinse or more intensive wash, for instance. Here, it's $2 for each add-on. Despite leaving PLENTY of room for the clothes to wash (the load was maybe 2/3 full), a pair of jeans came out half soaked and half still dry. After that, the card reader wasn't working on the dryers, so I used quarters. I was able to start my first dryer, no problem. For the second, three of my quarters got stuck in the coin slot. It was toward the end of the day, so the coin catch was probably too full. I didn't see an attendant, so I went to my vehicle and got tweezers to see if I could jimmy the quarters lose. As I worked on retrieving the 3rd quarter, I looked back at one point and noticed an older man watching from inside the back door. He didn't move, so I walked over to him to ask for help. He asked why I was trying to break his machines. He said "so you're going to break my machine for .25?" I said no, I wasn't damaging the machine, but out of principle, I wasn't going to give up .75 for a faulty coin slot (on already overpriced laundry). He told me to move my laundry to another machine. I already had but explained that I was still trying to get the remaining quarter back from the first one. He then made fun of me and laughed in my face for caring about a quarter. Again, it was actually three quarters, but I had already gotten two loose. Finally, after a considerable amount of back and forth he offered to provide me with a .25 refund. Great, thanks. I left the machine alone. What he SHOULD have done in this scenario is come up to me, while I was trying to jimmy the quarter to say "excuse me, can I help you?" I would have said yes, I just need to get my quarter. He either could have opened the machine with the key to fix it for future customers (best option), or brought me a refund quarter. Instead, he stood there watching, thereby allowing me more opportunity to potentially "break the machine." He also should have put an out-of-order sign on that coin slot if he wasn't going to empty it. Instead he spent the next hour I was there pushing a broom around (yet somehow missing the largest pieces of trash on the floor), likely keeping an eye so I didn't go back to "break his machine." While I was there, another customer found out the hard way that the dryers' credit/debit card readers weren't working after she loaded her wet clothes in the dryer. There is not an ATM on site, and she didn't have cash, so she had leave and go to an ATM in order dry her clothes. In addition to telling him myself, I personally saw at least two other customers tell the attendant that the card reader wasn't working for the dryers. This woman came in after he was already aware. The attendant did not inform her that the system was down before she started her wash. I was frustrated for her (a single mom doing laundry at 8pm on a Sunday night). I don't know what people were talking about in their reviews when they mention "the nice man" who works here. He was rude and not proactive whatsoever. Whether a machine takes someone's quarter, dollar, or however much, it's his job to oversee the successful operation of the machines. Laughing at a customer for caring about losing any amount of money is tacky in any light, but especially when they might already be counting every penny.
