In all the years we've been going to them, I've never had a problem. They have quick turn services, never lost or damaged an item and more importantly, the gals that work here are exceptional and always provide my husband and I with great customer service. Dry Clean America is so good and honest, they've even returned cash and a credit card that were left in a suit pocket. Now...that's great customer service! Quoted 2.10 for wash n press colared shirts only to pick up to the front desk lady telling me they were 3.25 and the owner initiated a "price increase" with out her knowledge. Really? That's how easy you want to lose a customer. I'm so thankful I didn't drop off a bag of 30 shirts in my car and trusted my intuition to test this place out. Beware customer. This cleaner has decent prices but the quality is lacking. They ruined 7 of my husbands shirts and lied by saying they told me they were spotted and moldy when I dropped them off. Not true. The shirts were not moldy. They didn't say anything to me about any stains or mold. They were really happy to get my money in advance but offered no restitution for what they ruined. I would have been better off throwing my clothes in the washer and dryer than taking it here! I am furious! My husband took his work shirts here to get dry-cleaned, came back to pick them up today and when we examined the shirts in the car there was a black dime-sized spot running across the back of the shirt about 12 inches long. When he took the shirt back inside and pointed it out they said, "Uh...that was there when you brought it in." They had the audacity to tell him, "It looks like a grease stain but it was there." When a man walks in wearing a suit and tie to have your business dry-clean a stack of $80 shirts, what part of that says "I work around grease"??? "Well uh it's on the camera and everything that it's dirty when you brought it in and it was just there." So he asked, "Why would you let me leave with a dirty shirt and not tell me?" "Well sometimes people bring in dirty clothes and they leave with the clothes dirty and don't care" Uhm what in the world are you talking about lady?! The point of a dry-cleaning service is to make dirty clothes clean. Why would we drop off dirty clothes and be okay paying to leave with dirty clothes??? She was obviously LYING and trying to make us feel stupid like we don't know how to take care of our clothes and are okay staying in stained clothing. If the shirt was stained when we dropped it off, any other dry cleaning service I've used has called to let me know and let me know they were going to try and remove it but it would cost "X-Amount of dollars extra". NOT let me leave the store with a stained article of clothing and then try and tell me "It was there" when all I do is sit in an office chair and drive to and from work in said article of clothing. The only reason we used this place was because my husband works right by it but we will be finding a new location now and making sure we let everyone know to never bring their clothes here! You would think that it would be cheaper to dryclean a dress that doesn't have buttons or a collar or anything weird like that.... but its not. Oh well. Yesterday morning, i dropped off a bag with a few times to launder: underwear, socks and one golf shirt. I picked up the clean clothes yesterday evening, and was gratified to get same day service. However the first time I looked in the bag was this morning, and discovered that my golf shirt was missing. I went to the store this morning and they could not find it. The nice man behind the counter said he didn't remember a shirt in my bag. Well, I'm out a golf shirt, and I can't remember the last time I ever lost a piece to a cleaner. I've been coming here for about 5 months now and I haven't had any problems at all. I'm here once a week and pay $6.00 for a uniform set. That includes press and clean. Can't really compare as I've only started using dry cleaners less than a year ago. However, now that I think about it I guess I can compare to the last place I went too. Dry Clean is a tad bit cheaper and they have my uniforms ready faster and they even deliver to my department. Can't complain, unfortunate other yelpers haven't had the same experiences I have. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my silk duvet cover and a comforter here and they were totally ruined! When I picked up my comforter it went from a soft shiny material to flannel. My (previously silk) duvet cover was completely destroyed. If I wanted to wash and destroy it I would have thrown it in my laundry machine! I talked to the owner who complained it took him two hours to clean..... really he had the nerve to complain after destroying my gorgeous silk cover. He was reluctant to give me my $30 dollars back but I REFUSED to pay for this. I would like to report this cleaner to the better business bureau and probably should but do not want to waste any more of my time upset. Recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

This place only had one review but it was a good one, and by a fellow Yelp Eliter so although there are closer cleaners to my work - I went for it and couldn't be happier! Everyone who works here is super friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. I had a fairly large drop off, was told it would be ready in a day and a half and was given 20% off. I arrived two days later to find my stuff perfectly cleaned/hung and it was only around $25. These guys knew what they were doing, provided great service throughout these months, and were real friends to customers including myself. Since the event, I've been a royal customer to Dry Clean America and have been receiving their alteration and laundering services. They provided services that were comparative to their price. I took a brand new $187 shirt to them that I only wore one time. It was a silk blouse and when I got home and looked at the shirt there was a spot in the front that looked like it was melted or something. They took no responsibility and said I did it. I only wore it to dinner and that was all. I only had it dry cleaned because I took it on vacation and it was wrinkled when I got home. They said the shirt was like that when I dropped it off which was not true. Will not being going back to this dry cleaner. read more
