I have used this cleaner before for a few items and never had a problem. I gave them 12 of my nice hats that I've gathered over the years. About $500 worth of hats. I got them back and they were all shrunk and warped and ripped. I went back and ask them what happened and they said they put them in the washing machine like they always do with hats. I told her that I could have done that myself but I would never do that because this is what happens. She said she's done it before never had a problem but if I wanted them in the washer then I would not have taken them to a dry cleaner to have them professionally cleaned. The owner refused to give me any money back and I told them I would never use their service again and she said she didnt really care read more

When I take my dress shirts to the cleaners I always ask for them to be washed and pressed. I was given a receipt and it's to be paid upon pick up. However when I picked up my shirts the price was very different then the price quoted. No call giving me notification or even an apology for not doing so. When I questioned their practice of communication the owner (male) was very disrespectful, belligerent and downright nasty. He threw my clothing at me and told me to pay and never come back. Needless to say I will never come back. It's a shame when you try to support a small business this is the customer service they practice. May be one of the reasons they continue to stay a small business. My expectation was to atleast get a phone call from his wife as I have been a customer for years. Nothing. The couple is very friendly and is willing to help you resolve any stains, mark-ups, or even alter your clothes to your desire so it will look just right (not too baggy or too short). Always come here - usually because it's close to my house. The employees are always super friendly and even rush things when needed. Im not too familiar with dry cleaning prices, but my husbands dry cleaning (two jackets, one full suit (without tie), and one full suit with tie) was a little over $40. I came here to get my custom Santa suit cleaned up. They said the could do it over the phone. Took it in, prepaid for the service and even had them do a couple extra fixes to it. I was very happy to find s place. I got a call later that day and they said they didn't want to do it, being afraid the red would bleed into the white. I was frustrated, but understood. It took me a couple days to get there, and this is where they get the 1 star. I walked in and found it on the floor in a pile. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. I do not care if it was a shirt, or a custom made $1200 suit, you do not leave it in a pile on the floor. Will never come back here and do not recommend this place. read more

I took them back and ask them to please smell them and they told me its fine so I did some research and the smell comes from them not cleaning out the machines. We've taken our normal dry cleaning goods here for years. They have always treated us well and expedited when we asked. We also took some vintage 1970's leather and fleece jackets here, down jackets and snow gear and all have come back just right. read more

I have been going here for over 5 years. The shop owner knew my name and my daughter every time I went in. She even didn't cover my clothing with plastic because I asked her not to. Then I brought in a 100 dress from Nordstrom which she said she cleaned for me. But when I got home I noticed it was full of holes and she had patched it in three places. When I asked her about it she said I brought it to another dry cleaner or that Nordstrom's sold it this way. So sad she wasn't truthful and we could have continued supporting her business. read more

"Professional Care for Detail" ha! yeah right. my wife took in a king size wool comforter to get cleaned and when we got it back it was about the same size as a full size comforter. hrmm. the wool was completely matted down and ruined. The lady that greeted us immediately knew why we were there as soon as she saw the comforter. greeeaaaat. so you knew you ruined our comforter and still let my wife pay and walk out with it? Then she started blaming us for not telling them it was a wool comforter. huh? RTFT! when she realized that wasn't getting her anywhere, she accused us of running a scam on her business. haha. so she's raising her voice at my wife, (who is 40 weeks pregnant) for ruining our own comforter and then accusing us of being scammers. wtf? lady walks away with her hands in the air and calls on her husband to come deal with us. he was nice and calm and greeted us with a smile but wasn't going to budge on his stance. he eventually admitted fault, but was not going to fully compensate us for it. originally our hope was that they were going to pay to replace the comforter. quickly we realized that wasn't going to happen so we asked for half the price of the comforter and the $30 dry cleaning fee. after about a half hour of haggling we settled somewhere south of that and walked out. our biggest complaint is that we had to listen to them accuse us of ruining our comforter and scamming their business. if they had one ounce of customer service in them and had shown an effort of their own volition to resolve the issue, we would have probably settled for less than what we got and you wouldn't be reading this review. instead we had to argue for a half hour and listen to everything from "you scammers!" to an education on the depreciation of wool comforters over a two year period. that was hilarious. they've been in business since 1983 and what little this review may do is obvious. but if it makes just one person think twice about using their services, then the time it took to write this review is justified. read more
