Been going to this cleaner for over 25 years. Mr Lee was the best. My silk and my wool shirts came out beautiful. NOT ANYMORE. New owners don't have a clue. Just got three wool shirts back that look like they were just put on hangers and bagged. There was more lint on them than when I dropped them off. Improperly pressed collars, sloppily hung, just plain bad work. Couple of months ago I took my pleated tux shirt here, ended up redoing it when I got it home it was so poorly done. My cashmere sweaters didn't even look like they had been dry cleaned. They were full of Nubby's and they weren't even combed. I'm shocked, and they were put on hangers which totally surprised me. I've never had a dry cleaner, clean my cashmere sweaters, and put them on a hanger by the shoulders no less so they can stretch that's stupid And then not comb them and leave them with all the ninnies on the sleeves. That's why they make the combs for dry cleaners to use. I will never go back! read more

I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned here since I read that they provide such a service. The older gentleman was very kind when I picked up my dress, although he had to go searching for it for a good 10mins which scared me quite a bit. They were able to get a fair amount of the stains out of the dress, but some still remain. It was $200 for just the dry clean (no packaging or preservation). Keep in mind this is CASH ONLY. I had to run next door and get cash back. 4/5 because the pricing was high and overall quality of a dry cleaning service was above moderate at dark stain removal. I love supporting local businesses, but I also feel this is a very standard dry cleaning business. read more

This use to be the best place to get your dry cleaning done. However, I just picked up my jacket after taking 24 days to get done. The repair I asked for was not even touched. I was so disappointed until I asked and they told me there are new owners as of last month. They could care less about the time it took to get the jacket back and the fact that they didn't address the tear. When I asked for a discount, I got the reply "it's not our fault." I've been going to this cleaners for over 30 years. The owner provided amazing service all around. The new owners are absolutely the opposite. I unfortunately had them clean my $400 bedroom drapes. The smell after cleaning is horrible. Jesus told me it was because they were cleaned with something smelly and they should have put a freshener on them. That was a huge red flag. Jesus offered to clean them again, but after they still they smelled. I paid $150, for them to ruin my 1 year old linen drapes. Jesus' response to my complaint, "...we get new customers and have lost some of the old, that's whatever it is." Wow! There's tons of dry cleaners in Oceanside because of the Military but I come here because I've never had a problem here, the prices are fair, they have same day service and they're right of the 78 and 5. Damn Mr. Lee!!! 13 bucks to dry clean a sports coat??? I'm in the wrong business I'll be down there tomorrow to fill out an employment application. Was NOT happy to see stains left on clothes that are labeled as "clean" WHILE ON VACATION (very much planning to wear my freshly cleaned it) JUST to see that it's not wear able:... due to left stains... The owner is awesome because once I paid my bill he insisted to deliver my belongings to my car where he opened the back door then hung my suit from the hook closed the back door then walked around and opened the drivers side door for myself closed my door once I was in and then sent me on my way.
